Hi, I’m Daniel, 28, currently living on the Gold Coast and relocating to Melbourne for a change of pace. I work full time at PlaySide Studios and will be transitioning from the Gold Coast office to the Melbourne headquarters.
I’m looking for a place within commuting distance of Docklands. I have a car and don’t mind a bit of travel if the place is a good fit.
I'm flexible with the length of stay, something around 6-12 months would be good starting late August.
I’ve lived in shared accommodation for over 10 years and am very comfortable maintaining a household. I clean regularly, am organised, don’t smoke, don’t have pets, and always pay rent and bills on time. I’m generally quiet and independent, but friendly and easy to live with.
As I’m currently based on the Gold Coast, I’d ideally like to arrange a FaceTime/video inspection before committing.
