Hello, my name is Edith, I am 60+ and I run the Dao Yuan School for Qigong in Germany. I want to teach Qigong in Australia and hope to be able to start in September/October 2019. Therefore I am looking for accommodation (preferably with people interested in Qigong! - but actually I am interested in everything that others think and do and are interested in). I am also looking for a classroom of approx. 40-60 sqm. I teach Qigong forms that can lead to mastery in about 10 years of regular practice and I think there may be interest in this knowledge and these skills in Australia as well.
I'm 22 years old on a working holiday visa from England! I'm super clean and tidy, I love being social and always up for any adventures! Looking for a place not too far from the CBD!
Hey future house/flat mate! I'm a really clean, hard working friendly guy who just needs similar people to live with that enjoys the best city in the world! I love my solitude when I'm at home but will be keen to socialize every now and again, I understand the importance of personal space and shared living situations. I'm keen to make friends or keep it professional, very flexible and will never cross any lines when it comes to respecting my roomies. I can cook too so if you would like to alternate chef time I'm always up for that :) I'm a non smoker with no pets nor loud. I'll be out of the property most of the time as I'm working a lot and will never have people over unless it's cool between everyone, no pressure. Hope we talk soon!
I'm a 23 year-old spanish neurosciences student moving from Amsterdam to finish my masters. I enjoy spending time with the people I live with: sports, specially basketball, going out (sightseeing and local bars but also party hard) or just chill at home. Overall getting to know how locals live and share some laughs together. I do my best cooking spanish meals, but I'm better at helping others cook... I'm clean and tidy, and will be extremely excited to make the best out of this experience!
Hi, I am Amy - I work full-time as a nurse and in hospitality. I am clean, friendly and always happy for a chat. I am looking for a short-term lease whilst I finish my nursing contract before moving to join my husband in Ireland.
My name is Jade and I grew up at an international school in Singapore, with South African, American, Australia and Chinese cultural backgrounds. I am starting my Masters of Teaching (Primary) at Melbourne University next year and will get a job in childcare while I study. I'm moving from Sydney in Janurary where I just finished my undergraduate at Sydney University. I enjoy playing basketball/running, listening to music, reading, playing boardgames, having a drink with friends. Would consider myself a clean, tidy, organised and considerate flatmate. Hope to hear from you soon! :)
Both bright and bubbly girls looking for somewhere to call home! We are always up for a chat but also love our down time! Working part time and studying, in our spare time we love to find the best coffee in Ballarat, or chill out by the lake!
Hi future flatmate, I've recently moved to Melbourne to work in the insurance industry. I'm a respectful flatmate and believe in creating a harmonious environment for everyone in the home. I am respectful of shared spaces but enjoy socialising and getting to know my flatmates and won't be shut up in my room when I'm home. When being social, I love to sit in the garden or living room, swap some stories, laugh, and share a bottle of wine with some delicious cheese. Board games are another great choice! Most evenings I will be busy with something, gym, yoga, pottery or cooking classes, dinner with friends, or errands and on weekends, I spend exploring, art galleries, shops, travel, and markets. What can I bring? Excellent cooking skills, happy to help out in flat duties, caring and open personality, mature attitude, and fun.
Hey :) Moved to Melb in 2018 to complete my Juris Doctor. I love heading to the slopes, checking out a new rooftop bar and movie marathons. Big traveller - trying to hit 50 countries before I turn 30. I'm independent and enjoy my space but also keen for a glass of wine after a long week.
Hi pals, I’m Vanessa but people call me V. I am a 25 year old gal from Adelaide who is moving to Melbourne for work. I am employed full-time in the legal industry which means my hours are generally long, although not in a 9-5 capacity notwithstanding being full time. In this role my hours are varied and sometimes include later starts and later finishes. I am super outgoing and social. I only know a handful of people in Melbourne so it may take some time to get my momentum but generally I’m out for dinner etc most nights a week/on weekends and not home a whole lot. I am usually up early and at the gym and like to spend my days off socialising and getting stuff done. I also like to go out and have a few drinks but those nights are few and far between. I also like to be pretty active. I own my own house in Adelaide so I am respectful of people’s property and I have been housesharing so I’m also respectful of people’s space and used to living with others. I have two giant cattos named Booty (he’s a big boi) and Toby (my brother named him - sigh) who spend most of their time on my bed. They’re sweet boys and obviously need to come with me. I’m super easy going and laid back, like a chat but also love to read and have some down time. Looking for someone like-minded who would perhaps be happy to show me round and have a few drinks or go for a hike/bike ride etc from time to time but also happy to share who just wants me to pay them rent and keep a low profile (lol). Ideally I’m looking for a furnished room but I could be flexible on that. No real other requirements other than negotiable on pets. My own bathroom/BIR in the bedroom would be nice but absolutely isn’t necessary. Feel free to shoot me a message if you think we could be a match :)
Currently looking for a place to live. We have a great work opportunity to move to Melbourne and need a place to rent. We're quiet, friendly and hard working people. Up for a good chat but also understand personal space. We do have 2 dogs, very well behaved.
Luke and I were supposed to move in together towards the end of November but the owner of the flat we were supposed to move into, ended up ignoring us, standing us up when we waited several hours for him at the flat for an inspection. We’re very tidy, and we’re friendly towards everyone, we were also interested if anyone wanted to look at renting a house all together, if it’s unsuccessful to find a place both me and Luke can stay in
We are two girls from Spain and Norway looking for nice flatmates to live with. We are clean and tidy and have respect for other people's privacy, while we are also funny and like to meet new people and share adventures. We like music, art, animals, nice food and good wine, and would love to share these interests with someone else. Our plan is to stay at least 4 months in Melbourne working and discovering the city. If you are looking for two nice girls to live with, please send us a message :)
I’m a Scottish traveler in search for a place to stay for my time here. I plan to stay in Melbourne till Feb/March time and plan on spending Christmas with my family that live just outside Melbourne. In the meantime, working and saving more money for my travels. I am easy going and can get along with just about anyone. I tidy up after myself and normally spend my days out of the house, keeping busy.
