Hello ☺ My name is Helin and I am from Paris. I plan to come and do a WHV from September 14th in Australia and to stay 4 to 5 months in Melbourne. In a few words: I am a calm, respectful and organized person. I'm really looking forward to coming to this great city and why not share some good moments of friendship with my future roommates. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
Hi There, I am Teju (TJ). I am relocating from Germany to Australia. I am a positive person, friendly, Happy and a tidy girl who loves Shopping, cooking and trying out new things. I am a Software Engineer and I'll be working in Melbourne CBD Area. Due to the nature of my work, I am looking for a place which is closer to office. I am a friendly, clean, responsible person looking for a place to call home.
I am here in Melbourne studying and working full-time. I am very well organized clean and non-smoking. I like to talk with my flatmates, but at the same time, I crave for my own space. My main interests are design, art, fashion, animals, pubs, music and health food. At the moment I am looking for a private room not too far from the CBD.
I'm a software engineer and gym junkie(aspiring amateur bodybuilder) from Perth looking to make the move to Melbourne. I'm an easy going, chill guy. I keep to myself and I love to cook. I generally tend to prefer a quiet night in over a night out, but don't mind going out every now and then. I'm looking for somewhere that's easy for me to get to the CBD via public transport, has room for a desk or is already equipped with one, preferably has space for a car park, but it's not a deal breaker if it doesn't
Hey, I and my boyfriend form Taiwan, I am working on restaurant. And my boyfriend is barber.we are clean, tidy and respectful people. My boyfriend's hobby is cleaning the bathroom lol. We usually watch the movie, like travel and going to beach. We are friendly and easygoing. We are looking for some house near the CBD and close to the transport
I work full time so rent will never be an issue. I also work long hours Monday to Friday so prefer quieter evenings through the week. My friends have called me Monica Gellar before so i’m pretty tidy and organised! Also if you get the friends reference, then I’m a big fan. Which should be a plus. I don’t have pets and parking isn’t an issue. Thanks!
Hey friends, Boring things: I work part time (28h a week) running a before and after school care program, I coach and compete in calisthenics, and I do some aide work in schools. I study education at Deakin part time. I'm looking to live somewhere where I have friends for housemates, rather than people who just coexist as I've experienced that before and it was not fun! Fun things: I'm a pretty funny person pretty much all of the time, love some bants. I am a big fan of AFL, calisthenics, reading, socialising, napping, running, animals, bad jokes, dad jokes (are they the same thing?), bad singing, netflix and eating. I'm v clumsy. I come with a boyfriend so he'd be around sometimes, I also come with a digital piano (if there is room) because I play. Obviously. Not sure why else I'd have one. I'm also hearing impaired, you can be as loud as you like while I don't have my hearing aids in (sleep and shower time) and I would not know!
UPDATE: I'm only really looking for a short-term place to stay, since I have some commitments which will take me overseas for a couple of months at the end of the year. Hi, there! I'm a post-grad student moving from Brisbane/Gold Coast down to Melbourne to be closer to my university (RMIT) and other commitments. I'm currently studying online, though I'll probably switch to face-to-face study after moving if I'm able to. Regardless, I'm still very active in the community and I have a lot of things lined up to keep me busy (ie. volunteer work, meetings, conferences, and a research project). I can promise you that I'm a very kind person, very clean (maybe even too clean), and I make a really friendly housemate. I'm also an obsessive recycler and I'm completely willing to take over that task for everyone in the house if they aren't feeling up to it. I'm an early riser and I like to get a lot done in a day - which often leaves me ready to pass out by the end of the day (I can be a serial-napper after 5pm). Nonetheless, I can almost always be convinced to keep myself bright and awake long enough to chat over dinner, watch a movie, or get up to something fun. Interests include live music, exercise, travel, a good novel, and collecting vinyl records. I'm looking for a private room in a place that isn't too crowded and is close to both public transport and shops. I'm hoping (first and foremost) for a place that feels like home - so I'm really hoping to find like-minded housemates who are clean, friendly, have a good sense of humour, and are genuinely good people. On a side note, I ALWAYS pay my rent on time. Will provide references if you need them. Also willing to negotiate the length of my stay (4 months is just an easy length - willing to stay longer). Moving date is also flexible. Have a great day!
Hey guys, I’m a 23 year old guy studying nursing 3 days a week, I’m currently on the hunt for a casual or part time job. I have a dog that I would love to bring with me but he doesn’t have to come he is currently living with my parents who love him so he can stay there. I also am gay so would love to find someone who doesn’t make a big deal about and still treats me as if they would treat a straight friend. I’m also interested in teaming up with a few people and getting our own place if anyone is interested. I love a casual drink, watching a movie/tv series, and I don’t mind a bit of footy (Tiger supporter) I love hangout and having my own down time as well.
Hey, I'm Philipp from Hamburg, Germany. I am heading to Melbourne soon to spend my semester abroad at Torrens University studying 3D animation. I will probably spend most of my time over the week at university but I am also looking forward to explore Melbourne and it's surroundings. I am the quiet type of person and I would be happy to find a tidy place to stay and enjoy my time in the most liveable city on earth.
I am a 27 year old female, working in Marketing. I love being active and am regularly at Pilates early in the morning. I enjoy cooking and baking - usually more the healthy variety. I am easy going, I am neat and tidy and enjoy a glass of red wine or two. In my down time I like to binge watch reality TV. Looking for a place to live with some great people.
Own Private Room NEEDED asap My name is Jay, a friendly and sociable 30 year old Welsh man from the UK. This is now the beginning of my 2nd year in Australia, after 4 months spent in Asia, doing the typical backpacker lifestyle. MANY funny stories to be told over some beers! :) I'm now working full time in construction, and building an online business in my spare time. After all the antics that come with travel, I am now looking for a place to settle and call home. Looking for a peaceful environment to live during the week, as I have to get up early for work. But also love to get out on the weekends and socialise with some drinks ;) I have a lot of experience living with many different people, from various cultures. I love travel, cooking, photography, movies, being out and about, good food, good company and good positive vibes! I am very down to earth and easy going while being a very clean, respectful and helpful person.
Part-time worker. Part-time student. Full-time Rick and Morty enthusiast. Looking to move in with easygoing and humor loving people. I'm pretty relaxed but not a slob, friendly but respect boundaries, tidy but not uptight. I always pay rent on time as it is my first priority to provide shelter for my dumb ass. Always down for a friendly poker game or a chat (Unless it's before my morning coffee - I'm not a great person at this time) Message me if you have any questions. Easy to find on social media ;) POICE!
Hi, Thank you for taking the time to read this. I am 36 years old. I am in the transition phase to call Australia my permanent home. I am fairly easy to get along with. I like to respect people's privacy and would love to live in a clean surrounding. Efforts from both ends :) I can cook and together we can certainly have a great time! :) My interests include travelling, cooking, working out, exploring, movies, arts, etc. Do reach out if you think I fit your role of a flat-mate. :)
Whats up! Luke and I have just made our way to Melbourne and are actively searching for places to live though are hoping for 1 or 2 others to come and join us. We are looking to build a home so ideally you will also be social and like to hang out, drink and cook. We are clean and respectful though aren't clinical just as long as there is a mutual respect and help each other out from time to time. Originally from Brisbane we both work in Software. Really are just a couple of dudes who like chatting shit, drinking and hanging out. We like to keep the balance though so while we enjoy going out we just as much like to chill out. Bonus points from Luke if you read obscure books and bonus points from me if you watch premier league. We are looking in the range of about $250-$300/week in inner-city locations. Must have or about to start full time employment other than that swing us a message with a little about yourself we have a few inspections lined up so let's get the ball rolling!
