Hi there! My boyfriend Charlie and I (Izzy) are from the UK and currently looking for somewhere to stay whilst working in Melbourne. We are both really social and always up for a laugh and a chat. We love music and going out to bars and restaurants. We look after ourselves well and have learnt whilst travelling to keep our personal space tidy and clean! We both love to cook and watch films. We're excited to meet new friends here in Melbourne :)
I'm a 19 year old female student who is originally from England and have lived in Wellington, New Zealand for the past 9 years. I have recently graduated with a Commercial Dance diploma and am now looking for dance work. I have recently accepted an offer and I am heading over to Melbourne for a 1 month mentoring course with a professional dancer, choreographer and director. I am needing somewhere to stay during this time. This takes place in Spotswood, VIC so I am preferably looking for suburbs close-ish to the area. I am an outgoing, fun, helpful and trustworthy girl who is very tidy and likes to help out wherever I can.

Hi There! My name is Eli (Eleonora) and I am a German on a Working Holiday Visa seeking for a place to settle down for a year in Melbourne. I prefer a movie night over partying but would never decline a cider after work! I love cats but I am scared of dogs, enjoy the presence of any other animal that is not out for my blood and am pretty easy going in general. I am a tidy person in general and it's important to me that everything has it's order. You hate vacuuming, sorting through stuff and cleaning windows? I am your woman! (I am not a big fan of dishes though so if you have a dishwasher...) My hobbies are cooking, video games, fashion and random strolls through the city. The Room I am looking for should be private, furnished with a bed and should not cost more than 300$ including expenses. Feel free to contact me for any questions about my work and other stuff! Cheers, Eli
I am a Fulltime argentinian worker, who is about to start studying Art History at the University of Melbourne, so I will be living in the city for 2 years or more. I am very tidy, clean and I like to spend time watching movies or reading a book. I am a fan of sports, especially soccer and tennis, I play and I watch them on television. In my free time I like to practice outdoors sports or go to places where there is live music. I enjoy all the cultural offer that this city has to offer. I am looking for a new home, since where I live now I am very far from my work. Above all, I value friendship, so I would like to live with people who like to share meals and talks.
Making the move from New Zealand to Australia! I'm independent and considerate, happy to do my own thing but enjoy a nice flat bonding experience like everyone else. I do my own cooking (might take up some freezer space with pre-made meal portions), but share the house duties as normal. I'm down to earth, compassionate, a bit shy to start with but once I settle in I'll be right up in the banter with the best of them. I enjoy a healthy mix of quiet downtime and social gatherings. I consider my home to be where I relax, I don't like to bring the party home, but I don't mind a flat that has friends over a lot. My career history is in communications and media within the sports industry, though I am hoping to move into the fashion or publishing industry. I try to live a healthy and active lifestyle (though sometimes not quite achieving it), and am a potential running, cycling, gym, or other exercise, buddy. My interests range from being happy to sit down and watch UFC, to dressing up and seeing a ballet, to nature walks and beach visits followed by acai bowls or sushi bowls from the local healthy food places. If you're after a kind, chilled flatmate with a good sense of humour, who gives great advice and is a potential adventure, event, and activity buddy, look no further!
Hey Guys I'm Kiwi aged 21 with a degree in hotel management! Just secured a full time job with Sheraton Hotel Melbourne so looking for some fun outgoing flattys who love to laugh and socialise. A room with a double bed and one that has windows!
I am Sara from Italy, just turned 36, Psychologist, Nutritional therapist, artist and PhD Candidate at Deakin University from late March 2017. Friendly, positive, outgoing, clean and tidy, reliable, considerate, cheerful and used to housesharing, nice to live with! I can be a good friend, not just a flatmate, and very respectful of my flatmate's space and privacy. Looking for: bright and spacious single room in a comfortable modern house or flat, and great flatmates, in North Melb or close to the main stations, or in the CBD (I will commute every day either to Geelong and North Melb). Looking forward to meeting you!
Hey! Me and my friend Luc are looking for a room to share! We're currently living in Sydney but will be moving to Melbourne in a couple weeks for work so a parking space will be needed! We're really outgoing people, we train really hard and work really hard during the week so we can really enjoy our weekends!
Hi! We are an easy going, friendly couple from Scotland who have just arrived in Melbourne. We are looking for full time employment at the moment and will be looking to stay in Melbourne for around 2 and a half months. Look forward to hearing from you!
We're a fun and outgoing couppe who love to socialise. After traveling Australia we have now settled and have started working. Andy is currently working as a merchanic for Mercedes and is being sponsored through the role. Unfortunately I have not yet found work but I'm actively looking! Back in the UK I worked in a special needs school as a Parent Support Advisor, although out here in Aus I'm looking for work outside of the box! We are a very reliable couple who would ensure payments would be paid on time and would keep the apartment space clean and tidy. We are very sociable but respect other people's privacy at the same time!
Hello! We are Blue and Stephen, a friendly easy going couple who just relocated from Brisbane. I (Blue) am a freelance interior designer working in Hospitality whilst Stephen works in agriculture. We look forward to meeting you, Blue & Stephen
I am a simple man , love to laugh happy and enjoying life. Don't like party and messy people. I am also hardworker, I work as a cleaning at night. Morning I work as a waiter in south melbourne restaurant so mostly me and my friend rarely at home. Even weekend we are also work that's why we are looking cheapest room and comfort of course. Happy to hear good news from you. Thank you in advance.
I am a very calm and easy-going person! I like sports like football and skateboarding. I like to cook my own food and share, if you like the type. I love drinking beer at home at night during the weekend listening to music or watching movies or sports, even if I'm alone. I like to go out to have fun with friends and have a good time. I`m from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. In the moment i`m a english student and i`m looking for a part-job in Melbourne!
I'm a Brazilian english student here in Melbourne. A really chilli and tidy guy. Looking for a private bedroom for a long-term stay.
If you're not willing to do a tenancy agreement - I won't be interested in the room unfortunately. I'm currently based in Sydney and looking to make the move to Melbourne this year, just saving/waiting for a transfer to come up. So there isn't a rush for me to move About me! 👻 I'm a kiwi gal who moved here nearly a year ago for work. I'm really career focused (that's why I moved to Australia) so I want something legit, stable and long term. No dickheads. 😂 I work full time in management with Cotton On Body! Long hours, keeps me busy. I've been with the Cotton On Group coming up 6 years. I also work as a promoter with a nightclub meaning I love to go out and do enjoy a drink - If it's not a party house I respect that and won't bring people over. But if it is a party house count me in! I'm into music, going out for food, good banter with dark humour, loves the beach, happy hour is a good time, being around people who aren't too serious. 👋🏻🍑 No dramas, passive aggressive high school crap and unnecessary stresses. I wanna live with the right people! - Don't mind living with girls or guys - Don't mind pets - I don't smoke and don't care if you do - I work, train and then potato with a movie or doco during the week - I don't cook often because I can't be arsed usually but do clean up after myself in the kitchen And that's about it! If I've missed anything don't hesitate to message me xx 🤓
Hi Everyone! As you can see, my name is Ingrid. I'm a 25 year old originally born and bred in Brisbane and have lived there my whole life. Recently however I've accepted a full-time position with a company in Melbourne so of course I have to move (...imagine the commute if I didn't). I start the new job on the 1st of May and I'm aiming to fly down/move in on the 29th of April, so I need to find a place ASAP. Given I'm still in Brisbane and need to secure a place before I move down, coming to inspect places and meet in person isn't an option for me BUT I'm totally 100% okay with meeting over skype or facetime if you need to suss me out and show me around. As for who I am personality wise...I'm super friendly and generally really socialable (if I'm not super tired). Completely happy to pull my weight in household duties and chores, because I appreciate a clean space as much as anyone else. I've done my hard time at uni and have my two shiny pieces of degree paper to show for it, so I understand the study life and the need for down time and peace and quiet. Mostly I keep to myself at home but I'm also down to hang out and watch TV and participate in household banter. Don't drink alcohol or smoke (but have no problem with either), not a party animal, not religious. My interests are pretty eclectic. I'm majorly into movies and documentaries about history. My friends have described me as a walking, talking IMDB in the past and I tend to know some pretty cool facts and anecdotes about lots of different topics, so I like to think that's an asset. Love most things 'nerdy'... popculture, videogames, sci-fi everything, super into star trek etc... but I'm also super into watching most sports (I happen to love all teams Boston and will forever be a massive Brisbane Roar Supporter... so Melb Victory/City fans beware...). Also like some of life's more simple pleasures like shopping, going exploring and the like. Main activities during my downtime include eating everything and sleeping. My ideal rent is $200 but I have some wiggle room up to $250 so that's my absolute max. If I sound like someone you might potentially wanna live with, feel free to send me a message. I'm super friendly, promise!
