Hi there! I'm Franck, 29, gay, born in France where I lived until my 20th, then moved to Switzerland for 6 months, London for 3 Year, Bora bora (yes like the tahiti shampoo) for a year, Daylesford for 3 years and Melbourne for another 3 years. And of all this happened by just following job opportunities! I work in the wine service - how Cliché for a frenchie hey - and had the chance to work in some amazing places around the world. Also recently came back from 4 monthz backpacking central America, across Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Guatemala, El Salvador and Mexico. I became an Aussie citizen last July and plan on living in Melbourne Probably for ever! Currently working full time in a wine bar in the CBD, but this doesn't mean I'm a massive party animal at home! Obviously I like to treat home with respect, paying bills/rent on time, considerate, clean etc etc! Ideally looking for something long term. I probably forgot heaps of infos but drop me a message if it sounded good so far ! Cheers
I'm respectful, I love to listen to music, to talk and drink coffee. I want to leave in a place I could call Home. I'd like to live with friendly people who are also respectful :) I enjoy doing different activities, hang out, sports, meals, outdoors activities, etc., but in a rainy day I'd probable like to stay at home chilling or watching a movie :)
Hey guys, my name is Saskia and I'm from Freiburg in Germany. I'm going to study at the Swinburne University of Technology for one semester. I am looking for a room in a shared flat near the campus and hope to find some great people to live with. To me: I love drinking beer, doing barbecues, playing the guitar and laughing.
I am a 31 year old Sydney born UI Designer moved to Melbourne and looking for housemates! I'm well accustomed to living independently. A bed, my computer desk and speakers are the only things coming with me. My job is stable and I'm looking for something moderately short term (3-6 months). I work standard hours usually in Melbourne CBD, and occasionally from home. I am a reliable, well mannered and respectable guy. I verge on the OCD side of cleanliness for my own space, but can be more tolerant when it comes to shared spaces if needed. I love pets but don't have any of my own. If you like chilling out to music in the evenings we'll get along swimmingly. If I'm not socialising, I'm usually reading or weight lifting. Ideally I would move sometime in February.
Friendly, adventurous, loves to travel and the outdoors, up for a good chat, open-minded, respects personal space, loves linguistics, Malaysian, easily chills at home. I love oogling at plants and have a prickly pear cactus, sundews, and Venus flytraps at home (those boys ain't gonna survive the plane ride over). Enjoys a good time music surfing on YouTube, or exploring nooks and crannies outside in town or parks. - shared room and apartment/house experience (currently lives with family of 6, undergrad back in Seattle) - picks up after self (especially hair. But I have short hair now.. so it's less...horrible?) - does dishes - occasionally bakes and cooks but nothing too heavy to set off the fire alarm or too pungent - alright around pets - willing to protect you from bugs and spiders Starting a masters at MelbUni ( speech pathology) in Feb 2019. Looking for a room near campus, doesn't mind sharing an apartment or house, and prefers to have a single room. HMU!
Hey guys I’m 24, an actor, also working part time in Hospo. I love anything creative, films, music, yoga, photography, and am always out and about with friends but value having a safe place to come home to. Currently living in a share house off of Chapel with close friends but our lease is up and we are branching out. Looking for a new place to call home that’s laid back, clean, social but also respectful of each other’s space. Keen to hear from you 🙂
Hello! I'm moving to Melbourne next February to study English in Impact College. I'd like to be as close to the city center as possible. I'm an easy-going person, don't smoke or drink and I am very respectful of other's space. Some others preferences about the place would be: *Need a study desk or study room in a public area of the building. *No bunk bed. * Rent not over 200/week (INCLUDING BILLS). Please let me know if there's anything you'd like to ask or if you have a room within my budget :)
Full-time Architecture student, aspiring artist and designer! Love visiting gallery openings and group exhibitions. I enjoy a vegetarian lifestyle and love to be active. Currently on exchange in England and looking for student accomodation from February 2019 in or near the CBD.
Hi! My name is Araceli, I am Argentine but I have lived in Spain for 12 years! I'm leaving in Southbank but I need to move me. I'm working at Crown. I have participated in an exchange program in Italy, I like meeting new people and cooking. I am very clean person. If you want to know more about me, do not hesitate to ask me! Regards!
Hi, I'm Elisa, 22 yo italian girl. I'm looking for single room in a share house with friendly and tidy people. I love art, cinema, music, sport and nature. I'm working in Carlton, but when I'm free I like chilling out at home or go out with friends. I'm in Melbourne to improve my english, working to keep my expenses but also to travel and have a good time.
I’m a relatively easy going person that maintains an organised and neat lifestyle. I am a qualified plumber by trade and in my spare time I enjoy exploreing the outdoors-camping-photography-fishing, and spending time with my friends and family. I am originally from Point Cook and am currently living in Altona North and in need of teaming up with some one to find a new place that’s comfortable and close to work.
I am an arty-farty creative working full-time in Graphic Design. Always keen for a drink and a game of FIFA on the playstation if you're keen! Easy going and house proud. I am a home-owner in Sydney, now moving my life down to Melb to start a new chapter. I will be bringing my house-cleaning / bleach obsessed habits with me (lucky you, future housemate!)
Hi everyone, my name is Sergio and I am a 35yo Italian guy and I am looking for a single room. I have to move the 1st of January. ABOUT YOU: - you have similar interests so we can easily get along and share similar interests. - you shouldn't have pets I will consider all the offers, unfortunately I can't have any inspection till my arrival date. Thanks to anyone! -Sergio-
I'm moving to Melbourne from a small country town with my labrador, Frankie. I spend my time at gym, watching netflix, or chilling with my girl Frank. I have a psychological science degree and have work lined up in this field
I work full time Mon-Fri sometimes long hours. I am relocating from Sydney to Melbourne, I'm Australian, 32 years old. I'm into a healthy lifestyle so am not a party person. In my free time I'm out and about a lot. I like to workout - swimming, oz tag, yoga, MMA, triathlons, parkrun. I love the beach, coffee and catching up with friends. When at home I would generally be sleeping or relaxing so not much noise. I would not be cooking daily as I'm not home for many meals but may occasionally make something light (think eggs/bacon/toast lol) or I may do meal prep on a Sunday. I'm a positive/happy person and pretty easy to get along with. I'm social but also like "me" time in healthy balance. I do require fairly reliable internet as I on occasion need to login to work after hours etc. Want to know anything else? Just ask :-)
We've been living together for around 2 years now and sadly, one of our friends has decided to abandon us and move on. And so we have turned to flatmates to find us a new flatmate. We are fully house-trained. We are good fun, sociable and keep the place pretty clean. We like keeping things tidy but are not OCD about it. We like having our privacy but don't hole up in our rooms the entire day. We like coming home after a day at work and having someone to chat with or share some good food and wine with. We do have some epic weekend breakfasts. I like to read, bake and laugh at all the stupid things Duli comes up on a daily basis. You can also find him playing on his PlayStation, when he's not working. We have a nice rented house in Mount Waverley close to Jordanville station. If it sounds like we can live together, without killing each other just shoot me a message and I'll be in touch.
Another Brit in Aus on a Working Holiday. Clean, responsible, keep to myself (but equally happy to have a natter), and not much of a party goer. I work full time in Finance, but will be heading off to do some farmwork for my 2nd year visa in March, so only looking for around 6 weeks accommodation.
I am currently studying a Masters degree at the University of Melbourne. Ideally, I would like to find somewhere within walking/cycling distance to uni, but if not, proximity to public transport will be important. My current lease ends in mid-January, and my actual move date can be flexible around that period of time. I am a fairly quiet person who takes my study seriously, but I would love to find a home where my housemates can also be my friends. I enjoy cooking and trying new plant-based recipes, and am always in need of a taste tester and someone to share my creations with. I am a responsible, tidy housemate, who has lived in sharehouses with a number of other people in the past. I do my best to be considerate to humans, animals and the planet, and would love to find people who share similar values.
Im here as a student but working part time too. I'm a chilean software engineer. The next year I'm starting my 1 year diploma, and I want a better place to live. I have been working for the same company for the whole year. I'm tidy but also reasonable if someone is on a rush. I drink socially and I spend (waste!) most of my time in front of a computer. Most of the time I'm just eating wraps and salad, don't worry about smelly food.
Hi there, my names Matt. I work in sales and also am a freelance photographer. I definitely need a change so moving to Melbourne is probably the best for me! I love to take photos, video edit and game. I have a miniature dachshund named Pablo who I absolutely adore!
