In a nutshell: Hi there! I guess I'm an introvert. Shy, but friendly. I work from home as an online freelance artist. I'm tidy, clean, and quiet. Although initially awkward, I'm good for a convo and a laugh. I'm a fan of video games, movies, music, animals, walking, and of course- A good cup of tea. Normally I'll keep to myself ( p r o c r a s t i n a t i o n ) and have my head in my work.
Hey! I work full work full time, and am a tidy, considerate and friendly gal. Looking for 6 or more months stay. I like going out for a few drinks, but also love staying in for a good Netflix binge.
Hey all! My girlfriend and i are looking for a furnished private room with private bathroom. In priority, we are targeting CBD, Dockland and Southbank areas. Our prefered stay is around 3 months. We are both 24, from France, an open-minded and friendly couple who is looking for great housemates in a cozy place. We love to share meals and have a drink, to chat with people but personal space will always be respected. Obviously, we are tidy, clean and easy to live with. Nastia just finished her studies of Art and I'm at the end of my Master degree in International Trade. I am currently working in marketing with a steady wage. In addition, if you want to practice/improve your Russian, your Chinese or your French, I can ensure you that we are the best candidates! Starting from now we are ready for inspections! We are looking forward to know you. Don't hesitate to PM me =). Cheers!
Hello! I'm relocating from Perth to Melbourne in August. I'm a mature, respectful housemate that gets along with people of all age groups. I'm a creative type that loves to read, watch live music, and kitschy b-grade films. My ideal home would be a safe place, relatively close to public transport. Unfortunately the place I had lined up has now fallen through. I'm looking forward to calling your beautiful city my home, and to meeting you!
I cook (mostly asian food) everyday, vacuum every two days, bake every two or three days, am happy to have a chat with people, share opinions and knowledge, but also happy to do my own thing reading and walking my dog. He's super low maintenance, doesn't shed, doesn't bark, loves people and usually sleeps all day after his daily walks. He weighs only 9kg so not too big.
Hi potential flatties, I'm Laura, I am from France and have been in Australia 18 months. I am currently studying fitness while working part time in hospitality. My partner Scott is from New Zealand and works full time in retail. We are both very clean and respectful people who are also very laid back and down to earth. We treat home as a place to unwind and relax and are not big drinkers or partiers. In saying that we are open to the occasional flatmates dinner/drinks or meal out :). We look forward to hearing from you. Thanks, Laura & Scott :)
Hey! My name is Sacha, I'm a 21 year old student from the Netherlands. I'm in Melbourne on exchange and will be staying here for the next 6 months. I'm an easy going person, I clean up after myself and would love to share a place with some lovely flatmates who can help me make my time here unforgettable. I enjoy cooking, having great conversations over a beer or a cup of coffee and I might be a little too passionate about my spotify playlists (they'll rock your world)
Hi guys. I'm 36, single, no smoker and social drinker. Looking for a nice place to spend my final two months in Melbourne. I've just finished my studies here and now I need to save as much money as possible, then I'm looking for an affordable private furnished room with no bond and not over 200 pw all bills included. In return you would get an easygoing and tidy housemate. I work weekend night shifts in hospitality so most of the time that I'm home I'm sleeping, checking my social media and watching Netflix. I'm quiet and respectful but I also enjoy a good conversation, sharing dinner, lunch, beers, play station, xbox, you name it. As I'm in a budget I would prioritise cooking at home over eating out so I would need to make use of the kitchen rather often. I'm also looking for a full-time job on weekdays. If you think I meet the profile just drop me a message. I can provide you guys with personal references from my Australian employer or the current Australian family I've been living with for almost a year. Thanks very much and looking forward to meet you soon. Cheers.
Hi, LOOKING FOR A HOME URGENTLY... I AM VERY EASY TO LIVE WITH AND HAVE A GOOD SENSE OF HUMOUR... I am looking for a nice relaxed place to live, I would like my own bathroom if possible and I am very flexible with the location I am more interested in having a home rather than just a room. I am a writer/director working on the third draft of an Aussie Comedy hoping to shoot the film early 2018, I am in the process of raising the budget. I am a clean tidy considerate person who has a great sense of humour, I like a laugh a meal and a glass of wine, but I also value my space and give you yours, I also pay my bills and rent on time. At the moment I will be writing from home hence a study or my own lounge, or even granny flat or studio would be helpful but not a deal breaker as I am looking for an office this year. I am studying film editing on final cut pro. I do have a 11 year old WELL TRAINED AND LOVED DOG AND A LITTLE BLACK CAT so it's important that they have a little space and are safe. I am flexible with moving dates. Cheers Peita:)
Well where to begin! This is a weird thing to say, its like "hey this is where I tell you I'm shit hot". I'm a kiwi moving over to live for good. Work in the events industry which means I work long hours and weekends. I wont have any furniture so a furnished room would be a plus but not a make or break. Cheers, B.
I am Rahul. I am currently based out of Sydney and need to move to Melbourne for work. My starting date is 10th of July, and I am looking for a place before that. The work location is near the Parliament station and I am looking for a place around the same area or some place closer to a train station that could take me to my workplace in around 15-20 mnutes . I would prefer a private room to myself in a shared house. Could share the Internet, kitchen and other facilities. I am a pretty laid back person and I mostly never have a problem with people who keep to themselves or even with people that like to party loud.
I am a 22 year-old boy and my girl friend is 22, both from Nice, France. We are very clean and quiet couple yet sociable and caring. We are extremely considerate and respect social boundaries and people's privacy. We love watching movies, outdoor plans, hiking, jogging, and sport. We both can cook and usually eat healthy. None of us smokes. We prefer to hang out with our friends outside home and keep our place quiet to work and rest. We'd love to socialize during our spare time with flatmates and chat about different topics like sports, music, public health, politics, etc.
Hello this is Sky! Me and Jojo,we are two girls looking for a room close to tram or train station. We are lovely girls, with good reference, tidy, happy and relaxed. Respect each other as we share everyday together!
My name is Coco, I'm a French girl looking for a room to rent in Melbourne. I'm working in the CBD, so I would like to find a place close to this area, and normally I should go to the university to do a Business Bachelor. I'm really easy going, I used to leave in a housharing with 6 other people, I love spending time with my flatemates !
Hey I'm Sam. I'm 23 and currently living on the Mornington Peninsula but looking to find a place in/around the city to reduce the travel time to uni. I study optometry full-time at the University of Melbourne and work part-time at OPSM. Clean, respectful and open minded, so pretty cruisey when it comes to who i live with! Happy with any kind of roommate relationship, whatever suits best, happy to be friends but also recognise people will have their own social lives as well. :)
Hello! I am an almost 20 year old, currently studying fine arts at the NCAT college, expecting to go to uni next year. I'm looking for a bigger place as I can barely fit in my current room. I kinda keep to myself, but enjoy interesting conversation. Outside of art, my interests include: Overly academic analysis of anime, occasional drunk sessions of Magic: the gathering, NIHILISM!!, sarcasm, existential video games, sleeping, terrible music (looking at you, Panic! at the disco), and general punk adjacent activities. Let me into you're house! Regards Dy Bilby
