I'm from the UK doing the stereotypical traveller thing before hitting the dreaded 3-0!! I am a sociable person that loves the company of others but won't intrude or be too noisy and disruptive. I can integrate with all ages groups, my closest friends range from the age of 25 to 41. I'm clean and tidy, I actually find washing up therapeutic and love the smell of clean clothes! 😁 I have not been unemployed since the age of 12, so have always been able to pay my way, including rent! I hope you will consider me :)
I'm a neat and tidy person who is upbeat and loves to have fun. I enjoy making new friends and easy to talk to as well as a reliable person. I live in wodonga and work two jobs one been in a resturant and the other a cafe as well as study events management.
My finace and I are looking for a place to rent between 4th June to the end of August. We are in Australia on a working holiday visa from the UK, planning on working in Melbourne before our visa ends at the end of August and will then travel for a few more months before we have to return back to England to our jobs. In the UK I am a high school teacher and James is a kitchen manager. We are extremely tidy and easy going, looking for a place near to the CBD. Thank :-)
CALLING ALL AWESOME PEOPLE! Hey guys so I'm currently living in Brisbane as a stylist! I'm originally from Melbourne but certain circumstances kept me here from coming home. I do love music, art and fashion and I'm hoping to find some rad roomies to share some of the same sort of passions. I want to find a sick pad around the city or a tiny bit outbound, and hopefully set up a room/studio where all of us can chill and express ourselves. I do have a nearly three year old boy called Tauryn that will be going to daycare each day and babysitter most weekends. He's super chill, LOVES music and easy to hang around, he's pretty much like an adult in a baby's body. I am unusually clean and love to cook, I am always down for sneaky drinks and meeting new people. I'm quite respectful when it comes to people's privacy and I'm always up for spontaneous adventures. If you wouldn't mind sharing a place with me feel free to contact me anytime. Thanks Tahlia 😊🤘
Hieee! I'm Jessie. I'm 25 and work in health insurance fulltime. I am fun loving and out going but also at times, introverted. I am a good listener, great cook and I know how to clean up well! I pride myself on being kind and patience but also resilient and reliable. I am looking for somewhere to live inner suburbs..hopefully with a cute doggo! I love dogs! For fun, I like to be social and go for cocktails or a dance but also like a good a Netflix binge too.
Hi! I'm a 23yo exchange student from San Francisco that will be studying business at UniMelb during Semester 2. My main interests are in the arts, especially music, and am trying to pursue a marketing/management career in the music and events industry. I'm a former art student, so I love drawing, photography, writing, and playing guitar. I love traveling and can't wait to see everything Melbourne has to offer. As a housemate, I'm open-minded, respectful, and clean. I am a big animal lover and would be happy to be in a house with pets. I am hoping to live somewhere that is already furnished. Mostly looking to make friends to discover the local food, art, and music scenes with! If you like going to concerts, grabbing brunch, or making dinner together - we'd get along great.
Hey all, my name is Michael and I am a 25 year old business owner. I am friendly and easy to get along with. I'm tidy and respectful to my housemates. I currently live in St Kilda but I am wanting to move to a different location. I enjoy sport, cooking, movies and nights out in my spare time.
Hi, I'm Casey, student from South Korea. I'm studying Art and Design at RMIT at the moment in the city. I don't like to make much noise, such as party or booming music in the night, I really like calming and chilling mood rather than noisey. I suppose I'd make a great flatmate because you'll never have a chance of complaining about noise. Haha. XD I know it's really important to keep common area clean, which I'm good at. I might make some mess sometimes but will clean them up right away, cos it's torture to witness such chaos in common area, it makes everyone feel bad, I know. I kind of love being by myself, but I do love to hang out with people too. And I enjoy going to exhibitions, discovering new cafes, finding art films and stuff, basically anything that looks creative to me. Forgot, I like to cook as well, it'd be great if I can share my 'exotic' cooking with you guys. Haha. It says I'm smoker above but that doesn't mean I'd smoke in the room or at the dinner table while others having dinner. I'm a outside smoker, really hate to smell cigarettes inside the house. So don't worry about the smell or walls going yellow. I'll look forward to hear from you. Cheers! Casey
Hi there, My name is Mix, a 20 years old boy. I'm a university student, major in architecture. Anyway, I come to Melbourne for taking an architecture courses during my university summer holiday! As a housemate I'm a pretty relaxed and easy going person, who likes to chill out plus I'm tidy, clean, and respectful. One of my hobbies is taking photos. I always be active (running, rugby, cycling), play piano, explore local exhibitions and enjoy a good cafe. I'm also an animal lover, especially dogs, so that would not be a problem at all :) Send me a message if you think we'd get along! Cheers,
Hi, I'm Kimberley! I'm 20 years old - from Tasmania, into arts and food, currently working in the city as a kitchen hand. I like to cook and live tidy. I'm laid back, easy to get along with and will respect your personal time and space. I enjoying having drinks with friends and exploring the place as i'm still fairly new to the beautiful city of Melbourne. Close public transport is necessary as I don't drive. I'd like a private room. Looking to move asap and stay long term, hoping to hear from you soon. :)
I work full time in investment and study online outside work. I have lived in Southbank for three years in house shares so fully house trained haha. I'm looking for a place where people enjoy a red wine and a chat after work together on occasion and can have a laugh together outside their busy schedules. :)
We are a happy, easy-going couple from the UK. Ruth (27) is a journalist and loves her sport and I (Antonia, 26) teach maths and enjoy cooking, travel and trying new things. We aren't big drinkers but like to go out for a nice glass of wine/lunch/coffee at the weekend. Just spent over a year in New Zealand and now looking forward to taking in the sights of Melbourne, as well as making some good friends along the way!
I'm really friendly, also very social, can get along well with people! Would love some roommates who are fun and energetic like me! I can be quite clean and tidy, but i tend to sleep quite late! I love gaming, food and design! Lemme know if maybe your place may suit me~ Thank you!
So plans have changed and I'll be recloating to Melbourne sooner then I thought. (Next week) I'm a 19 year old girl originally from Adelaide who has lived in Melbourne before on my own. I'm looking for a place to call home. No shared bedrooms either. I prefer people my own age or even a little bit older I'm not fust aslong as the place feels homie :) I'm a clean and tidy person who also respects that everybody needs there own privacy and alone time as I enjoy my own company aswell, but it's good to find house mates who are happy to create a friendship :) Hit me up if you guys have anything much appreciated!!
I'm from the Sunshine Coast, Qld and am moving to Melbourne to study international business at RMIT. I'm looking for an affordable place to live that is within 20-30 minutes public transport travel time from the CBD. I'm a friendly guy and enjoy socialising. I like to keep my living area clean and don't mind cooking shared meals for others.
Moving to Melbourne Mid- June from Perth to study Patisserie, and to finish my Commerce Degree! Tend to be a busy person, working as a Bartender and Barista while studying, but I'm down for housemate dinners and always up for beers. Looking for a room in a sharehouse North or North West ish of the CBD, preferably not a party house, but i'm not opposed them. I also come with a netflix account that I don't mind sharing! Send me a message if you think i'd fit :)
Hi, I'm Jarred. I am an easy going sociable person who is neat, tidy honest and reliable. I work full time as a business analyst at a large electricity firm in the city CBD. I am from Hobart but am transitioning to Melbourne so I am looking for somewhere to call home that is inviting! I like quiet personal time but also like having a drink and a chat just as much. I am looking for a place/people who are easy to get on with, show respect for each other and like to laugh. A place where people don't mind going out to socialist if it suits or a quiet night on the couch if it also suits. I will be in Melbourne (at a hotel) from the 6th of June so can inspect from that date forward. Hope to chat soon!
