I’m 25 years old. I just moved from Copenhagen where I for 5 years have been renting rooms. I’m used to live with other people - have done it my entire life. I’m very social and enjoy company but I also respect a closed door. I also need ‘me-time’ once in a while! I enjoy living in a clean place. I’m a bit absendminded and messy, but I always clean up after myself. I normally work as a waitress and an actress. I really enjoy going to the theatre. Then I dance and sing as a hobby. Even though I don’t have it with me, I enjoy playing the ukulele. I’m also hilarious, sweet and adorable- or at least that’s what my dad thinks. Looking forward to hear from you.
I am a starting PhD student (on a generously paid scholarship). I am quiet, respectful of others, and always diligent and on time with payments as well as other responsibilities. I am glad to say I have never missed or been late for any bill or payment! Because I am starting my PhD, I will not be constantly socially active in my spare time. This means you will never have to worry about me being loud, negligent or of an inconvenience. I keep to myself, but am also very sociable if the feeling is mutual.
Postgraduate student from Malaysia, 26yo this year, Chinese, Buddhist. Open minded, n love to keep my place clean. Full time architecture student. Will hide in my room during my studio submission period. Love jokes n movies, looking for any possibility with all kind of people~
Hi all! I have just finished studying nursing in Geelong and have started my graduate year at a hospital in Melbourne. I will be working shift work so will be in and out but am happy to socialise when home. I respect privacy, I am tidy and understand sometimes everyone needs there own space. I am an avid Netflix fan and am happy to share my account with the right housemate!
Im 55 yr old female, working full time. Sam currently in the process of relocating to Melb. As I still have ties in Hobart, Ill often be be away for days at a time. Im easy going, tidy, happy to have a chat or do my own thing. Not after a 'Party House' : ) Allocated parking would be ideal. As would prefer a private bathroom, however, no issues with sharing. I love animals, therefore, no issues there. I have indicated $200 as my budget, however, I am willing to negotiate with this figure. Look forward to hearing.
Hello! Moving to Melbourne from Sydney early-mid March for full-time work. I'm neat, friendly and courteous. If asked of my best quality, I would say impeccable modesty. I'm a former editor turned lawyer and investigator, and spend much of my free time exploring ideas and places, cafes and restaurants (esp spicy), reading, attending arts and playing sports (eg, squash, tennis, swimming, hiking). I've been living comfortably close to both CBD and beach in Syd but have been told to forego that wishful thinking for Melb..
I am a 20 year old who's recently moved to Melbourne. I will be studying my Masters at La Trobe University. I am looking for a laidback, chill living space. I respect peoples private space and am quite of a neat freak.Since I am a student I’ll be spending most of my time studying, however, I am always down for a cup of coffee or a glass of wine and interesting chats about the cosmos or anything interesting, really. I enjoy spending my leisure time listening to Anjunadeep music or watching Vice documentaries. I like everything cats and dogs, and am full-fledged pet person.
Hey guys! I'm Sudarshan, from India, fairly easy going and always up for a good conversation. I like to keep the place neat and tidy and enjoy cooking. I'm studying a masters in creative writing at Melbourne university and working as a part time travel consultant near Armadale. I'm looking for flatmates who respect each others space and privacy and want not just to be flatmates but also friends who enjoy the occasional drink and laugh together. I'm mostly going to be at work or Uni or reading and writing and lead an active social lifestyle, and enjoy my downtime as well, that said, I'm more than game for a spontaneous outing every once in a while. I play football and table tennis so if you're into that then that's a bonus, and I listen to a range of music from soft rock to hip hop and jazz/ blues. I'm a huge Lotr fan, an avid traveler and love trading travel tales. I'm kinda spiritual and believe in treating others the way I would like to be treated. So looking for kind, open minded, curious and positive people to share a legendary home with. :) Cheers!
Hi guys I am looking to move out of my share house and set up my own place. I have furniture to furnish a 2/3 bedroom apartment but obviously happy for you to also bring whatever furniture you have. Looking for someone who is also looking to share a 2 or 3 bedrooom apartment or house in inner city Melbourne. A little about me, I work full time in the city so during the week I am pretty quiet, few drinks but nothing too crazy. Weekends I like to go out for brunch, catch up with friends or get out of Melbourne for weekends away. Looking for someone who is tidy and respectful but also someone who likes to be social and hang out as I tend to become good friends with my housemates. Would be looking g to move out of my current place around the end of February. If this sounds like you then please feel free to message me. Thanks Emma
Sociable, funny and friendly French girls currently working together in Abbotsford both like to debate and talk about a lot of things, we'te quite simple like we don't mind about appearance we like authentical and genuine people, thoughts and things, we like reading, sports, watching series and movies, cooking, doing party and mainly having fun 😃
Originally from Perth, I have been living in South Yarra for just over three years. During the week, I work as a chef at a city laneway bar. I am a clean & tidy person, considerate of others around me and happy to share a place with like-minded people. Interests of mine include road trips/travelling, art/history/culture and the natural world.
Hi all, I am Neshal, a 27 year old graduate student at the University of Melbourne. I'm looking for a place to stay for the semester ideally within 15 mins of Uni by bike. I can move in from the 24th but not sure if I can stay past July end. With all that out of that way a little bit about me. I am respectful of other people's lifestyle choices and routines and like to be around others who are the same. I am quite relaxed and easy going. Covers my share of chores around the house. Non smoker. Likes to stop and have a chat with my flatmates. I have an inclination towards motorsports. But never one to shy away from involving in a sporting or social activity. If my mates are doing it, I'll be in the middle. Cooking is a hobby. If you don't mind tasting a random bunch of stuff thrown together as an experiment, usually quite edible, I am your guy. I have lost a lot of battles with baking but sorted out chocolate chunk cookies in the process. My next semester is looking to be quite busy with me taking a vocational placement on top of couple of courses at Uni. With weekends being filled by cricket, socializing, occasional night outs and hopefully tennis, I should be out of the house most of the time.
Hi my name is Sara. I’m Chinese Indonesian who study as a bachelor in business, and would like to find a room with roommate. I’m a trustworthy, clean, neat and tidy person. I love to interact with people but also respect the privacy. Been planning to continue my study and taking cookery after i graduate. I hope that i can find my new home soon for a long term 😁
hey, I recently moved to Melbourne, looking for a team up or a private room in an existing share house. Simple, chill and clean guy. Private time while private time, study while study and at leisure i’d love to go out for a beer or take multiple naps a day. Traveling around during holidays? Yes please. If you’re interested I suggest you drop a message! Cheers 🍻
I'm pretty introverted and I don't drink. I spend a lot of time reading, so if you want a quiet housemate, I'm your man. I'm taking some time off from work this autumn to pick up some new skills. I can pay my rent on time, and I'll pick up my share of the housework. I don't drive because I'm epileptic, though, so I'd much prefer to live near public transport.
I’m a pretty chilled out person, who likes to know new people and make new friends. I’m happy to share the house with other people and enjoying their company while living together but, at the same time, I think it’s good to give each other space. I like to keep the house clean and in order (especially the shared spaces) but, at the same time, I’m not the crazily obsessed with it. I’m Italian and, as good old stereotypes teach,I love cooking :) Let me know if you would be interested in flatmate like me!
Full-time student and artist. Work part time in the city. Use all my free time to do assignments or paint. Easy going but anal about cleaning, so anyone who lives with me will only have to clean up after themselves.
Hi, I am Sharvin and I come from India. I will be studying Masters in Information Technology in Monash University. I am joining the university this Fall and I will be in Melbourne for the next two years. I am an engineer and a backpacker. I am fond of trekking and exploring new places. Really excited to start this new journey in Australia and I am open to all sort of flatmates. I have a keen sense for adventure and I like all sorts of company to hang out with. A beer with some good music and great company is something I prefer over the weekend if its not backpacking and hitchhiking. Love to read and watch some good TV Series. In sports, I like to play football and table tennis and I believe I am really good at both. A foodie with liking for all sorts of cuisines. Learning to cook these days as I have never had hands on before on cooking. Looking forward to meet my flatmates.
