Hello! My name is Calvin, originally from Singapore with background in Marketing and Accounting, and now moving to Melbourne to look for a permanent job. But, not to worry, I hold residency rights and is self-sufficient during my planned stay period. I will be in Melbourne from 24 February and hope to secure an accommodation to move in by 31 March. I am easy-going, sociable while respecting one's privacy. Cleanliness is important to me and I expect the same from my co-sharing flatmate.
Hi All! Unfortunately moving in April from where I am in ascot vale but would love to find new accomodation nearby! Will be ready to move by late March at the earliest. I'm an easy going 21 year old that works too much for my own good but loves having a chat around dinner time and flicking on Netflix or the tele. I come with a PS4 and a Netflix account that can become communal if wanted to. I keep to myself a fair bit in my room as I do work from home every couple of weekends and a few days a week but I crave social interaction with other housemates too! My budget is around $1000 a month after bills and bond won't be a hassle, and I've never had an issue with paying rent. Currently on a cleaning schedule which involves floorboards and bathrooms so I do keep clean around the house! My room can sometimes be a bit iffy though but it's always kept to a decent standard, but I'm always clean around the house. Into board games and my computer but also have a sporting edge which makes me leave the house every now and again! I also go to a lot of music gigs(hit 60 bands last year!!) Also interested in team ups, please chuck a message if you are as well!
Hi, I'm Ali. Studying MBA in Vic Uni. I'm from Turkey but been here for a year. Looking for a new place closer to my uni. I'm quiet and tidy. I like cooking and I clean up after myself and often after others. I'm looking for a place right now and plan to stay at least for a semester or a year.
I'm pretty introverted and I don't drink. I spend a lot of time reading, so if you want a quiet housemate, I'm your man. I'm currently living off savings while I look for a new career. I can pay my rent on time, and I'll pick up my share of the housework. I don't drive because I'm epileptic, though, so I'd much prefer to live near public transport.
Hey there... Myself Rashmi, Quite Trendy, Tidy, Punctual and fun-loving student. New girl in the streets of Melbourne looking for accommodation with at least one female flatmate. Alchohol isn't often my cup, but respect each other's private space. Thank you,

Hi! My name is Emma, I am from Slovakia and France. I moved to Melbourne a week ago and am looking for a room which would be walking distance to the University of Melbourne (max 5 km away). I will be going to study Biology, which I am really excited about! As soon as I find my home for hopefully the next year (or more if I enjoy the place!), I will start looking for a part time job. I have just settled in Melbourne after six months of travelling around a lot of the world, so I have had so many experiences and have so many stories to tell. Some could be about getting lost in the jungle, accidentally swimming with crocodiles or shark cage diving for a month... I am also a great listener and love to hear other people's stories, but I also love to have some alone time too! Travelling for so long has made me a good adapter, and by this I mean I adapt really well to new environments and people. I do not smoke, I absolutely love to ride horses (nothing beats a wild gallop in the fields) and I keep clean. Not in a maniac way though! So if you think you and me could get along and have a room available - hit me up! I would be glad to chat with you! Cheers, Emma
Hi there! We are Emma and John, young(ish) Scottish couple looking for a place to live for approximately 4 or 5 months (at least). The only reason we won't commit to longer than that at the moment is down to the fact that sponsorship might take a while and we might have to go off and do regional work at the end of July/start of August. We are here on a WHV, but aiming for permanent residency. John is a sound technician and I am currently looking for work, I have a human rights degree and experience in events. Ideally I'll be working in the not for profit sector. John usually works long days (sometimes 14 hours +) and occasionally is working away on a big on tours for about 3 weeks at a time! We are looking for either a studio, 1 bed, granny flat or flat/house share - we really aren't too fussy! Trying to save where we can so $350 all in would be max :) We are clean and neat, non-smokers and aren't big party animals. So whilst we are looking for somewhere fun and relaxed, we'd prefer not to live in a party house. We would also prefer something either furnished or part furnished, we do have a some savings so paying for some things won't be an issue, we'd just prefer to save where we can... (visas ain't cheap). Easy access to the city is a must, the ability to decipher a Scottish accent is a bonus! :) Let us know if you need any more info. Thanks
