Hi all, I’m Rachael, 26 years old from the U.K. I’m arriving in Melbourne on 6th November and have a working holiday visa, but planning to be based in Melbourne for the whole year. Would be looking to find a furnished room in a friendly house share soon after arriving. I’m a History teacher here in England and am all registered with a teaching agency in Melbourne should something suitable come up for the new academic year. Either way, I’ll definitely be looking for a job once I arrive but have plenty of savings in the meantime so rent and bills won’t be a problem. I like to keep active by playing netball, going to the gym, for walks etc and am generally a chilled, considerate person but also friendly/bubbly and always keen for a chat. Love a good brunch and coffee too! Have lived in house shares all during my time at uni so got plenty of experience with that. If you want to know anymore, just drop me a message and look forward to hearing from you. Thanks, Rach :)
I am clean and friendly! I'm looking for a short-term stay (about until March). I'm moving from Brisbane in Jan to study, so I'm looking for something -not too expensive- and as close as I can to the city. I've lived with other people before and happy to do it again. I pretty much clean for work and I do the same at home. I will give you all the space you want but won't be awkwardly antisocial.
Looking for 3 months accommodation and if things go well, I'll stay longer! - I'm an Australian Born Citizen. Currently I work full time in the CBD - therefore would prefer somewhere near the CBD or Inner City. I'm really down-to-earth and easy to get along with - I don't judge and I respect other people. Generally, I'm introverted by nature but I'm quite sociable (especially if the topic of the conversation is captivating). Clean as you go! I hate mess and clutter, so you won't have any issues with that. I'm quite habitual so you won't need to worry about me rocking up at obscured times in the morning. Don't trust me with maps! I get lost quite easily if I don't premeditate where I'm going.
Hello, two female besties from Sweden looking for a private room in Melbourne. We are here working and need a place to stay now. We are happy, cheerful people who are responsible and clean. We are friendly and easygoing. Don't be afraid to hit us up, we love new people. Thila and Nicole
I'm very easy going and tolerant. I get along well with most folks. I'm always interested in stimulating conversation and learning about new things. As regards work, I have a PhD in mathematics and I work for a city University. My other interests include foreign language, guitar, chess, history and cooking. I prefer to live in a relaxed environment. If you would be interested in having me to share, please feel free to contact me.
I'm a full time student, I work part time in a pastry kitchen on my days off of school. I am generally a quiet person. I respect people's privacy and personal space. I consider myself a considerate person as I always clean up after myself in the kitchen and the bathroom. Pretty much as house-trained as anyone can be! :)
Clean, social, considerate, and a food lover. Interested in design, art galleries, theatre shows, and music. Currently been living interstate and making the move back to Melbourne. Enjoy the occasional night out and catching up with friends and family.
Hey, I'm looking for a new place to call home. I work full time in the CBD during the week at a digital design and development agency. I spend my free time at the beach or outdoors in summer, with friends seeing live music/discovering new bars, or creating things - I'm a coder. Like a lot of people I am seeking the perfect balance of having a housemate/s to share the occasional beer and burger with but also a place to get some down time to myself. I've lived in a lot of share houses so I know how to clean up after myself and prefer living with people who also like to live in a clean and tidy place.
Hi there I am looking to move close to Melbourne CBD for convenience..commuting to work. I am an easy-going personality.. introverted and would be comfortable with someone who is open-minded and respectful. I am pretty much familiar with shared space etiquette. Loves clean environment and a non-smoker, non-drinker and knows bit of cooking as well. ;).
Amy + Folly I am a friendly and chilled out person. I am from Tasmania and have just found a job in Melbourne and I am now searching for a great place for me and my pooch to live. I am clean and respectful and like to explore beautiful natural places with friends, going to see cultural events, walking or running with Folly or just relaxing at home. I am also looking forward to exploring Melbourne. Folly is my friendly and affectionate standard size Labradoodle. She does not shed and is suitable to be around people with allergies. Please contact me if you are interested in us living with you. Cheers Amy + Folly!
I am a friendly , outgoing person from Sri Lanka. I have stayed with different friends in my university. I have the ability of working and staying together building a friendly environment. i would like to meet new people from different cultures and backgrounds and at the same time I would like to have my own space when needed.
I am easy going and love to relax at home so I try to be tidy and clean. I also love dancing, food and coffee and am probably going to start studying in 2018. I'll be working in the city so am hoping for accommodation reasonably close. I am a Queenslander so am keen to meet new people and become familiar with Victorian life 😊
Originally from Canberra, currently reside in Carlton North. Seeking an unfurnished room in the the inner northern or eastern suburbs for move in September. Full time Project Manager working in the far Eastern suburbs. Enjoy making tunes and spinning decks in my spare time, as well as hitting the gym and playing bball. Keen to join a household that's up for occasional hangouts or shared meals. I'm easy going, open minded and considerate. Looking for a home with house mates, not just a house with strangers.

Coming from Vancouver, BC in Canada and looking for somebody to share accomodation with! I am a bit of a "health-nut" and pass my time exercising or going to check out beautiful scenery! I plan to get a part-time job and explore the city on my spare time. I am not picky on where to live, but I will be in Sydney and Manly visiting a friend until the date listed above so somewhere around there would be cool to start! Message me and maybe we can work something out :)
I really like gnts, wine and movie nights. I work full time some quiet nights are preferable for me. I also am a clean freak so it'll never be messy! I love to attempt to cook and have people over for wine night and (:
I'm Gemma from Liverpool UK, Currently working in a cafe/resturant in St kilda so looking to live somewhere around that area, preferably close to St kilda beach. I've been in Australia for a year now most of my first year spent in Melbourne. I love meeting new people, I consider myself to be pretty fun, love socialising, going out for drinks/dinner, chilling watching series, animals are my favourite forever watching cute animal videos mostly of dogs or ducks, so if you have a pet that would be amazing. I enjoy baking which i guess could be a bonus if you love cakes and cookies 😊 Also i love to chill by myself sometimes and have some me time :-). Im clean, organised and i dont mind helping out with house work. Looking for somewhere that wouldn't mind my boyfriend coming to stay every now and then as well (I will also be staying at his every now and then) I'm looking to stay living in one place anywhere between 3-12 months. Anywhere between $150-$200pw would be perfect. Need room to be fully furnished as well if possible. Thanks ☺☺
I'm moving to Melbourne. I have house, flat, room and couch shared through out the years and I'm well experienced in respecting peoples space and living conditions. I'm clean, honest and love to cook, share a wine and meet new people and visit new places. Love pets, gardening, gym and yoga.
I am a good guy to live in because I am fun, I like to talk about anything, I adapt easily and I also always carry out my tasks. I intend to live in a sharehouse for a long time.
