Hi there! :-) I'm a 25 year old Norwegian who just moved to Melbourne to do one semester of my masters in economics and business administration at the University Of Melbourne. I'm really sociable and I would love to find a place to live with like-minded people. I love to travel, explore new things and get to know new people. I'm a tidy person who is used to living with other people and respect my roommates. I'm always up for fun and I would say that I'm an easy going person. I am interested in finding roommates who would like to make dinner together from time to time, go out to grab a beer or a cup of coffee, or just chill out. If you need a new roommate and think that I could fit in I would love to hear from you :-)
*** I DO NOT SMOKE AND WOULD LIKE TO LIVE W SOMEONE WHO DOESN'T*** I am a bubbly, social conversationalist; I have lived and worked in several countries, Australia being my 5th home. I love to laugh and talk about lotsa things - politics, development, startups, travel, charity. In my private time I like to day dream about new ideas and create change. I love sports and like to take big walks. I have two beautiful, mixed race boys who mainly live with their mother at the mo, one is 8 the other 3.5. My big boy is a Hawks fun; the little one a Bull Dogs fun; I am fun of both teams obviously but my real heart is w Arsenal - 20 years in a row. Isn't that true of all Africans? lol - I am pure Aussie. I used to live in leafy Eltham and ran my own business. I am now separated and single and recently sold our property. I am looking for new life and challenges; I am currently working on two start-up ideas and want to be closer to the city. I love to solve BIG PROBLEMS and call myself an entreprenuer. Who knows may be one day I will actually become one after I land the big dollars :). Sorry that was wrong. I'll land the big dollars soon or later. Sigh.....! I'm looking for a private room within a house to co-share costs - my budget is between $150 -200 pw and will pay upfront for atleast 20 weeks in advance (3 / 4k). I prefer a 2BR house i.e. a house with only two occupants. A single parent with child(ren) would be a great housemate. Hit me up if you have a room; male or female and you don't mind living w a genius (lol im not) but I am v sociable. Age group from 29 to 55 is preferable, but I am also pretty chill and can hang out w Melbourne's baddass teens lol. I can handle street slangs v well and can repeat "like" in each of my sentences. "Its like he doesn't like me"; "it's like she married a crappy guy" :) I hold a masters' degree and prior to starting my own business I worked with a bank and a large not for profit agency in Melbourne. I have lived in Melbourne for over six years and I am permanent (i've postponed my citizenship test since January lol - :) If you have any questions please ask - I have put all cards on the table. NB. I do not like racist people so if you are one and I contact you just ignore me, I will understand. Thank you for reading my profile. Make it beautiful and contact me if you want a room mate. I am an awesome bloke / dude / guy / hunk whatever you wanna call me. Lotsa people who chill out w me like me instantly. They honestly do lol. Cheers.
I have a very laid back personality and love the outdoors. I work seasonally in outdoor recreation, most recently as a camp counselor in upstate New York. I'll be in Melbourne until the end of my visa in December and would love a chill place to be able to come back to at the end of the day. Currently looking for work in the area during that time, but already have job interviews lined up for when I arrive in September ranging from tour guide to chess instructor to hostel entertainment coordinator. I come from Dallas, Texas, play about any sport, love being active with my days and lazy with my nights. Feel free to message me to find out more!
uniMelb science student majoring in math. I'm a powerlifter and train 6 times a week. Currently looking for temporary accommodation from September to the end of November. I tend to be busy most days till late and at uni/in the city most of the time, most likely away on the weekends at my girlfriend's place. Can keep to myself or socialise, depending on your preference. Huge book reader and movie fan! I own a lot of books so a place to put them would be a plus, but not really necessary. I don't smoke and don't have pets (although am very very very happy to live with some). I try to be as tidy/clean as I can, can't really stand a mess. I'm also more of a morning person and a relatively light sleeper. Hoping to find a place soon!
HI, I'm 23 very laid back and easy going. Love sport and working hard. I'm moving to Melbourne for full-time work in sales from Canberra. I am easy to live with and very respectful. I can be social tho will also respect your own space and privacy. Am a bit of a football(soccer) nut and enjoy most sports and activities. Feel free to send me a message and ask any questions.
Looking for 2 super cool and nice peeps who clean up after themselves. You will be living with a guy in his 30s who has got a PhD in Physics, loves good food, stinky cheese, plays the guitar just like Jimi, into Game Of Thrones, Ray Donovan, keeping fit and he keeps to himself and is willing to socialise the minute you ask him to :) As for me: I'm pretty much a workaholic and I love going on adventures, into dirtbikes, fast cars and everything cool. Have lived all over the world and we welcome any nationality. So if you are a professional who can pay their rent and bills on time (without us asking), you will fit in just fine. Students who are clean and anybody else who are willing to meet us to discuss the price of rent as it will be much cheaper if we are sharing, $350 is the maximum price, it all depends where you are looking at..Please feel free to arrange for a meet up. Looking forward to hearing from you guys soon. Time is of the essence. Have a good one. Laters. :) P.S. For those who have reached out to us, thanks heaps! Me and Toby are looking forward to meeting you!

Hi there, I am looking for a flatmate to rent two bedroom apartment, it should be within the CBD and near to public transport . I am looking for a person who is open minded, (tidy), (clean), reliable in paying the rent and other bills. Quiet and polite who likes to have a chat during our free time. I don't mind if you're a couple, female or male. Preferably in their 20s. Contact me for further discussion. About me: Full time student, I don't drink, I don't smoke and I prefer to be in the same environment. I enjoy cooking, exploring new places and activities. I have a good history of traveling and would be great to have the same interests. Cheers
I'm from Ballarat, I've been studying full time for the past 18 months and hoping to cut down my commute time from 5 hours per day. I'm always down for a couple of bevs on Friday nights and have a passion for cocktails making. I clean up after myself and I'm pretty easy going.
I am Tesia, a master student in RMIT who also works part time. Major in art&design. I am very easy going and tidy, I will stay uni or library most of the time and willing to have a chat with you after a busy day.
Hey. I work fulltime & run acapella group once a week. I'm a musical person loves to sing alot but won't keep you awake at night I promise.. I'm into health & fitness so If we can find an apartment with amenities including gym/pool great; otherwise maybe we can be fitness pals and go for runs or play some beach volleyball if near port melbourne beach areas. I love cooking healthy food but will enjoy a glass of wine with you. & if you would like to invite a couple friends on the weekend for a BBQ we definitely will get along. I also respect the quiet times and space. I enjoy dressing up on the weekends out with friends. I'm a clean person but I'm not a clean freak. At the moment I hope I can share a 2 bed apartment in melbourne with a car spot. If we get a home $500 we could split the cost down to $250 for example but willing to pay a bit extra to secure car spot and private bathroom. If the place is really nice I'm happy to spend up to 380. I really would love being close to work. If it's in port melbourne or st kilda area that's fine too. After all summer is coming up and I love the beach! I don't take myself too seriously and hope i can meet somebody like minded 😊
I'm a young woman who isn't afraid to break out the vacuume out and help around the house , will share wash duties and keep good company . I'm very respectful and not into partying so won't bring back drunk people making noise and disturbing others . Very easy to live with as long as respect is mutual :) ** Looking for a house near a train station and only 1 flatmate preferably. ** I work in the city and study Human Resources, my background is psychology so I'm a people person.. I don't stay much at home and weekends I'm normally out too. usually when I'm not working I just enjoy chillin at home reading a book or enjoyng some music (I have a pretty cool headphone that's my best friend atm). I just want a nice home (not just a house) and I'll be here for at least 2 years.
Hey hey, I'm a 19yr student studying at Unimelb and working part time. Recently moved to Melbourne from Brissy so hope to make some good mates out of this. I'm very tidy, very clean and easy to get along with. Always down for a good chat and love to get a bit banter going. Always keen to go out with mates, but also enjoy a night in watching movies. Looking to get into running/going to the gym if you're into that. In terms of living situations, I'd be looking to share a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment for approx. 12 months and would be able to move in ASAP. Look forward to hearing from you guys.
My name's Grace and I'm looking to move to Melbourne early October from FNQ. I'll be starting at RMIT (BA Photography) next year but until then, I don't mind living a bit further out of the city, while I work. I love music, poetry, writing, am studying online currently and am a pretty keen cook and am pretty introverted and quiet. That being said, I'd ideally love to live with people I can call friends and hang out with. I'm tidy, quiet, clean and all of that jazz- used to living with other people and taking care of a home. Also, I have a cat I can bring if you're up for it but that's optional. What I'm looking for: housemates I can call friends; people who are LGBT+ accepting (I'm gay), a house to call a home. That's all from me!
Hi, I am Elen. I am a student but i am about to graduate and i am going to find a job. I am looking for a single room. I am pretty neat, clean, respectful and easy going. Hope to share a house with easy going people, neat and clean. I always pay the rent on time and wouldn't mind to have drinks on weekend. cheers :)
Hey Everyone! I'm Gurpreet, I've moved to Canberra from Auckland, NZ roughly 6 months ago to start up my corporate career. Thankfully I've been relocated to Melbourne! I'll be working full time in Southbank, so I'm looking for something not too far out, and that's close to public transport. A bit about me - I’m 23, easy to get along with, and will be a clean flat mate. I'm an avid basketball fan, a lover of cooking (I make a pretty good curry), and I'm keen to meet new people, and definitely keen to explore the ins and outs of the city. I do understand the need for personal space to relax, as I need mine too. I'll be travelling to Melbourne from the 19th of August to the 27th of August, so If I sound like a suitable candidate as a new flat mate, feel free to message me and lets arrange a time, otherwise I'll be permanently relocating from the 1st of Sept. I'm flexible with length of stay, 6 months to long term is definitely ideal. I'm looking to move early September. Thanks! 🙂 Gurpreet
