I have been sharing a townhouse with 11 other people from mixed nationalities. I'm easy to get along with, clean, organised, considerate and good fun to live with. I'm quite social and friendly but I also enjoy my own space. My hobbies include listening to music, motorsports, reading about cars, tech, and into exploring new places and enjoying little things in life. I recently just finished my masters in business administration and working full time in my field. I am still settling in and looking for the right bunch of flatmates.
I want to live with nice people with whom to share experiences in a healthy and entertaining way, also to reinforce even more my English and generate circle of friends. I really like music, even the idea of coming to australia to live is to find an opportunity in music. I am a very nice guy, calm, sociable, humble, someone with whom you can talk quietly and not only to socialize, I am also someone in which if you prefer, you can trust. In Chile I was a medical technologist for 7 years, but that was never my thing. So, I have left my comfort zone to fight for my dreams, but at the same time enjoy another culture in its fullness.
My name is Aidan, currently I'm working full time as Customer Service Manager for a computer sales website. I work in Dandenong South. When I'm not working I mostly just relax by watching a movie or series, or playing some video games with my mates. I also enjoy a bit of cooking here and there and the occasional DIY project. Jake is also working full time as 2IC for an insurance company call centre. He is also a bit of a gamer, and spend his free time drawing and sketching. He has a friendly husky named Zeus. Jane is currently doing an apprenticeship. She is a fantastic cook, and is into cars, and bikes. She also has a great sense of humour and a steadfast opinion on the best order to watch the Star Wars movies. Jake and Jane are in a relationship and as such would be sharing a room. We are looking for 2 or 3 bedroom place, preferably with a back yard for Zeus. We are currently living in Greensborough and would be looking at similar locations, but also would be happy to move a bit down south so we are closer to work. Please call free to message or text me, I can't typically answer my phone during the day.
Easygoing bloke moving to Melbourne for work. Looking for a share house not too far from the city. Get in touch!
Hello! I'm Marissa and I'm coming to Australia from Ohio, USA this summer to start a Working Holiday! I'll be staying in Melbourne for about 6 months (mid-July through the holidays). I'm currently a student and working as an office assistant and a server, but in my free time I enjoy running, playing with my pets, and cooking a nice meal. As a roommate, I do a lot of cleaning and am very respectful of others' property and privacy. I've always been reliable about getting rent/bills in on time. I usually keep to myself but during this trip I am really hoping to make some great friends and try new things! Ideally I would love to live with someone who is friendly and outgoing and would want to show me around the city and maybe take some weekend trips to see some other parts of Victoria. I am so excited to see Australia and I can't wait to meet you! -Marissa
I am a young professional relocating from the Gold Coast to Melbourne around the end of April. Between jobs I have been working as a freelancer in PR and digital media management, however I am in the process of securing full-time work upon moving. At 22 I would consider myself very career-driven although I do love to get up to 22 year old things, AKA have an all round great time! I am easy going, polite, tidy and considerate of others' belongings and space. For the last 3 years I have lived in a number of multi-housemate situations so I am very well-equipped to the dynamics and functions of living with other people. I'm not sure how much you will see me between working, exercising and socialising. I like to spend a lot of the time out of the house, I love eating out with friends, I play AFL and love going along to games, getting down to the beach and checking out the various events Melbourne has to offer - that's what I intend on doing most weekends! Looking for some likeminded people to share with :)
Hi! I'm Natalia, from Chile, recently arrived in Melbourne and loving everything about the city. I'm looking to share a flat or house, but having my own room, ideally. I'm a tidy and responsible girl, that likes to hang out and meet new ppl, I've lived in other countries and have shared flats before, so I'm used to what it takes. I just want to have a quiet space for me, but also a shared place to have a beer or watch a movie some times. :)
I love to cook, I am a musician and active climber and am keen to get a locals view of Melbourne. It is my second stop in Australia and my first time to the country. I'm working Melbourne Comedy Fest.
Hi ! I'm Lucile, I'm a french engineering student and I'm going to do a 5-month internship in Melbourne at the CSIRO. I'm looking for a place where I could have my own bedroom. I would love to share a place with friendly and quiet people. I'm super easy-going and I'm also clean and respectful.
I am a calm and friendly person coming to Australia for the first time. Initially I want to settle down and search for a suitable flat for bringing my family to Sydney. I worked as a banking software professional and have more than 10 years experience with a bachelor degree in engineering. I love nature and God and looking for a convenient location close to station for easy commuting. I will stay for a minimum of 6 weeks to max 24 weeks. I am adjustable, give respect to others preferences & priorities, and my stay will be neat and peaceful. My stay will be minimum 1 month to max 4 months.
My name is Matt, I'm from Manchester in the U.K. I'm very easy going, easy to chat to, very clean and organised and always up for making new friends. If my housemates generally wanted to keep a chilled environment or a crazy one, either is fine by me! I work part time in Melbourne Central and also DJ on the side. I don't mind any kind of living scenario, I just want to get out of hostels and meet some new people!
Hi there!, I am Anabel from Spain. I am full-time employed, lifting engineer. I am clean and I am very respectful. I like sometimes to heard music and go to dance. Hello! I am a 25 year old, gay, Aussie, student nurse, I like to live in a friendly house where people mix a little but that's not a deal breaker I am easy going and like a laugh, usually thrive wherever I am and I am well trained in being a good housemate :)
Hello,I am Sky,looking for a room between Brunswick and city, close to tram or train station. I work fulltime, love nature and outdoor sports, considerate for every flatmates as we share the home sweet home together! Would love to find a comfortable home where after one day work or study we can relax and enjoy life itself!
I'm going to ACU so I prefer to live close to the tram stop or train station or perhaps can ride bike (less than 20 minutes) to my uni.
I am a 24 year old artist and student. I previously worked in the legal industry but discovered that I needed a creative job because sitting in an office all day was driving me crazy. I am relocating to Melbourne from Queensland in mid May for a fresh start and because of the amazing art culture there. I already have some friends and family in the area so I won't rely on you for company but I would love to become friends with my housemates! I am wanting to move into an established share house/unit. I would prefer furnished but I can buy some furniture when I get there if necessary. I will be selling my car up here instead of driving it down so would like a place close to public transport so I can use that until I get a new car. I don't have a preference of area but within a 30 minute public transport trip to the city would be ideal. I love animals so if you have pets I would be thrilled but I don't have any of my own. I don't really know what else to write on here. I love art, coffee, wine, exploring new areas and going out for drinks (but not every week, I don't recover like I used to). I clean up after myself, pay bills on time and will never eat your food! So message me if you think you have the ideal place for me! ☺️
I work full time in IT and recently moved to Melbourne from Perth. I'm easygoing, very quite, respectful, clean, sociable and well versed in share house living. I can offer several references from past housemates I previously lived with in Perth. I have a car so I am looking for some kind of parking.
I'm a french engineering student in chemistry and I just arrived in Melbourne for my 5 month internship in Clayton. I'm a very sociable and easy-going person, and very respectful when it comes to others wellbeing and help for the household. I'm very friendly and I hope to find very fun and sociable flatmates, who would enjoy a talk after work or a drink or two, going out on week-ends and who don't mind me playing flute sometimes.
