We value well-being and are work orientated, we don't 'party' etc. We are completely understanding of children. We spend most of the day out but would be home working most nights as well, sound is not an issue as we can work with headphones on.

Super neat, hardly home, quiet, pet free, smoke free, drama free! Hobbies? Cooking, reading, yoga, travelling and dining out. I work full-time in the city for an engineering company. Looking for a furnished room within 5km of the CBD in a clean, neat, pet-free home.
I'm medical graduate coming to Melbounre for master degree of public health. I attended a health conference in Australia two years ago and couldn't help fall in love this cosmopolitan and vibrant country. Then ai took medical elective and worked as an intern in Brisbane for a few months, travelled a bit in Sydney and Melbourne. Now I'm ready to settle down in Melbounre to explore more of this centre of art and culture, and make new friends from all sort of backgrounds. I'm not perfect but I always try to be open minded, respectful, flexible, caring. I'm very passionate about life and interested in other people's stories. I work hard, play hard. I love travelling, intellectual conversations, walks along the bush or beach, films and Ukulele, foods and drinks... just too many things I enjoy and I'm always happy to explore new stuff as well.
Hi! My name is Alexandra, I am a 28 year-old traveller from Belgium currently working as a fundraiser for Mission Australia. I am a very respectful, clean and tidy person. My passions are traveling (obviously), cooking and exercising. Since I work all day, I like to just relax in the evenings.

I am a mid-20s professional who works for a Big 4 consulting firm. I have lived my whole life in Melbourne except for a 2 years stint in Canberra. I enjoy playing sport, eating out and going for a drink. I have lived in share houses before.
Well besides being tidy and respectful, I also like watching movies (the walking dead especially), nintendo and other games, and music (everything!). I am also good with computers so could fix anything. Been in Melbourne a few months - originally from New Zealand. I also have an amazing lazyboy (if there's no room, I can give it away elsewhere)!
Spanish mate with Work & Holiday Visa working on IT & Design. Planning to have a "serious" kind of live, with timetables and stuff, but I don't know how to say no to a drink. Not keen on sports but love to hike and going outdoors (also curious about AFL). Musicals fan. A lot of Netflix, too: love binge watching. I think games are a great thing (more even if you mix them with drinks) and like to do 420 at the end of my day. I'm looking for a social place to stay and where sharing some odd drinks, some meals or maybe a movie. Of course I enjoy my me time and respect everyone's privacy. I enjoy cooking once in a while. I am truly open-minded and respectful. Did I say drinks?
Hello, FlatMatties! I am doing my bachelors from La Trobe University Bundoora Campus and working part time at Collins street. Have lived in room and flat shares before so I know the etiquettes of share houses. I am a decent jolly guy who will always try to understand your situation and deal you accordingly. I am mostly out for work or studies and just come back in the night. I am a pretty much welcoming guy and love to meet people from diffrent cultures. I like to party once a while or go out on weekend to beaches or maybe exploring the city but don't worry if the house vibe is not party like I will respect other people's comfort. I would love to meet people who like to have a conversation or a drink once in a while but at the same time can give me some alone time. I am looking somewhere either in the CBD, Southbank, Docklands and Carlton or I will be willing to move to suburbs on tram 86 route area or any surrounding suburbs from where the commute time to city is 10-20 minutes. I am more than willing to rent out a place of our own and start a share house with like minded people. I am actually looking for long term place but my lease at current place will expire on 13th June
Moving from Sydney to Melbourne. I'm a civil engineer and I'll be working with one of the engineering firms on St Kilda Road so I'm looking for a place near-ish there. I'm generally pretty easy going and I have a preference on the cleaner side of things. I am looking for sensible and mature housemates. Ideally, we would be friends but if we only find each other tolerable that's fine to.
Hello to all the lovely people out there! We are Gina & Sebastian from Germany and we are sharing our lives since 2011. We are working fulltime and want to stay in a sharehouse or -flat until the mid / end of August where we can relax after a long day at work and have nice sharemates. It would be awesome if we could explore the city together on the weekends, but we totally understand when everyone wants to go their own way. We like to go out, but also enjoy a quiet evening in with good movies at home as well. Our future sharehouse or -flat must have a carpark, because we have a car with which we want to start travelling at the end of August. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me! We hope to here from you soon. :)
NEED A PLACE ASAP... Below description is way too fussy as I had more choice previously, I am open to a lot more now...please inbox me your offers! 29 Single (single mother to a 4 month old boy, who will not be residing with me) Non smoker Looking to move out of home for the first time on my own. I need somewhere safe/secure not a party house that people come and go and is contatantly loud I need quiet, I need space, preferably somewhere spacious as I'm after something to share but enough room to live in spaces seperate where there will be no issue with being in each other's way. Ideally a two story or granny flat. Two bathrooms as I would need a bathroom with a bath not just a shower. So if it has an ensuit I'm happy to take a smaller bedroom with a seperate bathroom a main bedroom/euinsuit is not suitable for me for now. Space, privacy and decent size seperate bathroom, cleanliness is a must. Not to sound fussy but I'm not interested in a dirty loud share house with people that live in filth.. I cant stand filthy toilets, floors, kitchens stoves ovens and bench tops i can't live like that so if it's not neat and clean and well looked after (obviously equally) Must have cooling and heating. Am only interested in bills included in rent cost. I would preffer to live on my own but can not do that on my own straight away so I'm hoping to find a nice transition property till I am able to move out by myself. Double story or Granny flat with kitchen facility would be ideal but I am open to other offers. Do not want a room in a shared house with any more than one person, typical share house is not for me. Do not want a place where there are pets (no negotiation) I need to be in the West but am open to inner North West Suburbs of Melbourne so please don't offer if the property is not within that region of Melb. Must be close to transport, not interested in anywhere far I do not drive! Thank you.
Heya :) I'm Karol, originally from Brazil but have been living in Melbourne for about 4 years now. I work full-time as a Yoga & Meditation teacher and am always out and about with work and occasional social gatherings :) I'm looking for somewhere to chill out and recharge after long days where I could find some quiet time. I'd love to share the house with easy going, healthy, clean and respectful people who are not party animals but enjoy the eventual brunch, glass of wine and good conversations. Only looking for private rooms in non-smoking places, and preferably sharing with people of same age range (28-35) . If that's what you've got, please shoot me a message :)
NOTE: WE ARE NOT A COUPLE so we will need TWO SEPARATE ROOMS!! Hey my name is Jacob. I'm a 21 year old contracted electrician but looking to get out of that industry and move into realestate. On weekdays I tend to spend my time either working, going to the gym or just kicking back and watching some tv. On weekends I usually just chill out and hang out with my housemates, go out and have a beer somewhere quiet and chill or go on an adventure. I am a non smoker, I don't own a pet and Im very considerate of other housemates space. Id also like to add that even though I am still young the party life is behind me but if there is a special occasion I will crack a beer and join in on the festivities, but I’d much rather be in the kitchen making an awesome as meal or going on an adventure and experiencing life. Hey there! I'm Katelyn, I'm 22 and originally from Surfcoast, Victoria! I'm a chef so I work pretty hectic hours, but when I am home I love to be in the kitchen, keeping myself busy or I'm super chill, love to spend time with whoever's home, as well as being the occasional hermit (you can blame Netflix). I'm fully house trained I promise so I love to make sure the house is clean and tidy. I'm respectful of everyone I live with so I'm sure we'll get along great!! And would love to have the occasional drinks if you're up to it! I have been living in Melbourne for the last twelve months. I love it here and can't wait to find some awesome new housemates to enjoy it with too. As well as myself, I come with two very cute additions!!! Two five month old kittens that will do anything for some cuddles! NOTE: We are not a couple so we will need two separate rooms.
