Financially stable English guy here to work in the tech industry, enjoy weekend beers (maybe a couple mid week?). Looking for shares where we'd be friends as well as roommates as I'm new here, but I also like/respect personal space. Looking for 3 - 6 months. Preferably furnished and utilities included but I'm willing to budge a fair bit for the right place. Has to be either in the CBD or with a super easy way in for work and social activities, I don't fancy cold 10-15 min hikes each day.. I think my budget is fair with this request. I've listed Carlton, Fitzroy and East Melb just so that if you're an awesome group of people I'd consider leaving the free tram zone. Care more about the people than location & cost. Get in touch if you think you're a fun household, and you also don't mind if the odd friend comes over. I'm super respectful and clean, don't mind splitting chores & cleaning expenses etc. Bonus points if you have a games console, I'm starting to miss mine. Sorry this has gone on, and I've not even done it in a comical fashion.. shame on me! Cheers, Steven
I'm Julio Roa, from Venezuela, I studied Architecture and now I studying at Lonsdale Institute in the CBD. I am easy going, respectful, polite, responsible, independent ; I always have positive attitude. I'm not a smoker. I like to hang out during free time, I move everywhere in bicycle.

Hey there! Here you have Matt (me) and my girlfriend Martine (much cooler than me). We’re both looking for a decent sized room that we could share in a homely place with good people. A decent public transport line into the city is also important. What you’re getting are two very friendly and sociable individuals who enjoy a wide variety of things such as music, film, art, travelling and DIY (Martine). I’m a recent professional working full-time for the Australian Government as an investigator (sounds very cool when I use that word) and Martine is a professional bartender and mixologist (with wicked flair talents) studying her bachelor of Marketing. I moved here from South Africa 11 years ago and Martine is about to come over (also from South Africa) in late May/early June. We are considerate and tidy individuals who would love the occasional housemate chill/drinks/meal but as a couple are also appreciative of our own space and time with each other.
Hello everybody, I'm currently living in SA and have just about had enough of this place frankly, I just cannot get work here to save my life. I live in a nice house that my parents spent all their money rebuilding, but I need to move out for my own good. I love Sydney and Melbourne and think its a good place to start. I'm pretty quiet overall, but have a better sense of humour than many and enjoy travelling and photography. I tend to prefer staying at home, I never have been and never will be of the "party type", its not for me. I'm an online gamer too and thus my only prerequisite is an immediate wired internet connection. I am ready to move at any moment's notice. Currently not working at the present moment but feel a change in scenery is exactly what I need to find something. Thanks, Anthony.
Respectful and clean, I am the most positive experience you will ever have sharing a home with, come see for yourself. Benefits for you! I can cook, teach you to dance, teach your first aid, take you camping and have a deep meaningful conversations about life, science the future and human psychology.
Hi there, I am looking for a place to stay for 6 months. As a housemate I'm super tidy, clean and respectful. Please feel free to contact me :) Cheers,
Hi all! I'm Meg, and I work full time in the real estate industry. I have just taken on a new full time role in the CBD. I currently live on my own in Mentone, however my lease expires in a month or so and would be looking to team up with another person to find a 2 bed, 2 bathroom Apartment or Townhouse. I'm also open to someone already having a place with a spare room ( I would really prefer my own bathroom though) I'm not too fussy on the location but would prefer South Yarra, Richmond or those sort of areas. I would also be happy to stick in the Bayside area too, as I enjoy being close to my family. As long as there is a train station nearby I'm happy. Living on my own I obviously have all my own stuff including TV, washing machine, fridge, couch, dining table, appliances etc. I would prefer to be able to keep all of these things so ideally you wouldn't have anything and I can provide it all. However, putting them in a storage cage would be ok too. I am a very easy going person. I tend to be fairly quiet during the working week but I love coming home and hanging out on the couch with netflix. I also enjoy my alone time every now and then, and am very respectful of peoples privacy. On the weekends I love to socialise either at home or out for dinner or drinks with friends. I am also a slight neat freak and love a tidy house. I have always paid my rent and bills on time so there is no issue there. I would love a housemate that would also be a friend too, that's something that is super important to me, as my last housemate wasn't very social and kept to himself alot. If this sounds like you feel free to message! :)
I'm 28, a graphic designer and have just finished my postgrad in art curatorship. I've moved to Melbourne from New Zealand and have been here 4 months now (don't worry I have a full time job here!). I'm pretty creative and will usually be the first to know about obscure events, art openings and cool experimental theatre. I will likely invite any future flatmates along to things like this too! I think I'm pretty easy to live with, and I'm definitely not a bring the party home sort of person, although I do enjoy having a wine or making dinner together with the housemates occasionally. When I'm home I like to keep a tidy place, and have a very minimalist design aesthetic. I'm definitely respectful of others space, but would like to live with someone who is social and can have a laugh or a wine together. I also like to keep pretty active, and I usually swim, run or gym most days. I'm open to trying out different fitness classes, yoga, pilates anything thats a bit of fun or a challenge. If you think I might be a good fit, I would love to hear from you!
My name is Tatu and I'm currently based in Sydney and am looking to move into Melbourne for a few months for a big work project. I'm originally from Finland and have lived in Australia for the past 7 years and work as a professional photographer. I love to travel and have seen much of the world and have lived in many cities in Australia (Melbourne, Adelaide, Sydney to name a few). I'm quite relaxed and sociable and enjoy a few drinks with friends after work and also love to make amazing cocktails to share from time to time. If you'd like to know more about me please shoot me a message!
Hello! I'll be moving to the city in July for university (Bcom @ Uni Melb) and i'm looking for a great place to stay as i (hopefully) do well in university. A little more about me: I'm 22 this year and i'm from Singapore. I'm really into tech and startups. Started my first startup - a crowdfunding platform) when i was 18. Started a mobile networking app after. I'm pretty clean and tidy - been in the army for the past 2 years. I exercise rather often. We could go for runs or play soccer/badminton together! I like to cook - probably should and have to do that more often now. And i like to party occasionally - definitely out of the house though (: Thanks for reading and hit me up if you have an awesome place to offer! I'm open to teaming up as well.
