Hello, My name is Roman, I'm currently living in Stockholm, but I have already been sponsored a 457 visa by the University of Melbourne, so I plan to move to Melbourne first week of November this year. I am interested in renting an appartment or room near Melbourne/Parkville (can be away from the center too, no worries). Kite surfing, surfing and whatever oz life has to offer is worth exploring, looking forward to it so much! :D Roman
I am a keen cook and a good baker, I enjoy a glass of wine and a chat after work. Ian makes a great curry (especially if you like it spicy!) and has some interesting travel stories. We're both clean and tidy people who are used to living with others, we've been living in Melbourne for a few months now. I work as an Occupational Therapist and Ian works in insurance. We both tend to work Monday-Friday. We are both easy going people who get on well with others, and enjoy experiencing new things, whether it be a new dish to try, or a new culture to learn about. While it would be great to meet people in a flat share situation who we can genuinely become friends with, we also don't mind living somewhere quiet where the flatmates are happy to keep to themselves.
Hi, everyone! Me and my boyfriend Tom are moving to Melbourne this week, and we're looking for a nice place to call home for the next 6 months - possibly a year. A little bit about us: I'm a Brazilian freelance translator (which means I'm bringing my work with me) passionate about traveling, animals and books. I'm a big foodie, and though I'm not really good at it, I love cooking! I also love exercising, especially swimming and yoga. Tom is British and he's a trained commercial diver. He's coming on a working visa, so we hope to find him a job soon. Like myself, he loves travelling and food (get him some cheese and you'll make a friend for life!), but he's also a big fan of movies, series and games. We met while backpacking through Southeast Asia about 2.5 years ago, and you can expect to meet two friendly, easy going and open-minded people. We both enjoy an occasional pint or glass of wine and like going to bars/hanging out with friends, but we're not big party people. We're also very clean and organized, so no need to worry about that. Well, I guess that's it for now. Let me know if you have any questions, and I look forward to meeting you soon. Cheers! Patricia.

I am a pretty easygoing, relaxed, friendly kind of person who is neat and tidy, likes to live a healthy and active lifestyle and is a respectful and social kind of housemate. I am honest and caring in nature and respect others and their privacy but also dont mind sharing a meal or helping out around the place. I like pets, going to gym in between the week, making new friends and exploring cafes and food places around melbourne and don't mind watching a bit of Netflix from time to time. Look forward to hearing from you, send me a message and we can meet up. Cheers!

I'm currently studying full-time and working part-time in the city and looking for a place close to the CBD! I'm a tidy and easygoing girl and I usually keep to myself. Save me from my current 1.5 hour trek to work and uni!
About me: I am a passionate person. Passionate about music, education, travel, friendship, and love. I like to stay in shape, I currently go to the gym 3 or so days per week and play football (soccer). I grew up in London in the UK till I was 12, then I moved to Auckland in New Zealand. I lived there until this year. I spent a year studying sustainable real estate development in Vancouver, Canada in 2014-15. I own and run online websites currently, I am looking to devote half my working time to this and half toward more property investment and development, which I would like do in Melbourne. What I am looking for: 2 bedrooms in a share house for myself and my business partner. We would like to stay till April 2018, most likely. I am looking for some open minded flatmates that can inspire me and help me to live a fun, fulfilling and conscious life. If you love to cook, play and/or listen to music, go to shows and generally love adventures, then I am the right flatmate for you. If you are quiet, closed minded and/or do not enjoy music, I am not the right flatmate for you. I am happy to have a phone call to see if we would get on well, so shoot me a message and we can organize that. Jamie
Canadian backpacker from Vancouver who just moved to Melbourne. Currently working construction part time. Looking to make Melbourne home for the next six months. Easy to get along with, clean and tidy, prompt on rent, social but also enjoy my privacy, and lived in a share house in Vancouver for a year before I made the move to Australia last January.
Hi there, My name is Niklas, and I am a 25 year old from Canada that just finished my Master's degree in chemistry. My girlfriend, Amanda, is 27 years old, from Sweden, and recently quit her job at a staffing agency. Our interests include music, drawing, cooking, dancing, writing, travel, and being with friends. We have been living Stockholm for 2 years and figured a working holiday visa would be the perfect start to a new adventure. We are friendly, social, hard-working, and love to meet new people. We try to live healthy lifestyles, but are still more than willing to enjoy a drink or two. Cheers :)
I'm an open and easy going person—always up for a chat and a laugh, especially over a glass of wine or a beer. Enjoy socializing with both the people I live with and friends, but don't tend to get too outrageous around the house. I'm a professional, I work 9-5ish, sometimes later, and tend to be out 2 or 3 nights a week for training, professional events, or catching up with friends. I'm always respectful of my housemates and their spaces, have no issues with doing my share of the cleaning etc. Looking for fun, professional people who share the same values. I love living close to the city, getting out and enjoying the great food and entertainment Melbourne has to offer. Super into the arts, reading, board games, coffee, cheese. etc. LGBTIQ+ friendly. Ideally looking for a place I can call home for a year or more.
Hey! My names Jemima but everyone calls me Mimes or Mimi :-) A little bit about me! I'm currently studying a bachelor of social work at Victoria University in Footscray and I work as a waitress. I love to draw, design tattoo's and chill in my room and watch shows like Rick and Morty, broad city and RU PAULS DRAG RACE! Tarantino films are my lifeblood. Overall I'm pretty clean and always tidy up after myself. I'm chill as a housemate and just like to go with the flow of the house dynamics. I'm happy with smokers, non smokers, drinkers, non drinkers, whatever you do, do you boo boo. I'm not a huge party girl but I love a drink and I love live music. I keep my weeknights chill. I take my partying out of the house when I do it (but feel free, go nuts) I like going to my friend's houses a few days a week and getting out of the house in general as much as possible between work and when study permits so I'm not home a whole lot of the time but am totally happy to hang with my housemates when it suits but I am respectful of peoples space of course :) It says 6 months but ideally it can be longer with the right roomies! I'm also potentially keen to start a new household too :) So swing me a message and I'll get back to you! XO
