I feel I’m an easy going guy who likes to socialise, but also likes my own space. I’m originally from the uk and have been here for 6 years now. currently living in Sydney, but looking to relocate to Melbourne for the 7th July due to a new job.
Hi! The name’s Karishma. I was born and raised in Thailand, moved to Melbourne to pursue my masters degree (I’ll be going to RMIT). I’m currently 29 years old and gurantee to be someone easy and great to live with! 1. I can cook great food! :D 2. Since I do consider myself a sensible adult, I’m not loud. I love my share of peace and quiet. 3. I love cleanliness, yes please!! 4. I’m orgnised, so you can expect minimal amount of mess. 5. I love animals, so if you have pets, I’d welcome that! I was never allowed to have pets while living in Thailand (except for a few gold fishes and koi fishes xD) - so that’d be amazing! 6. I’m open minded and have a considerably good sense of humor? Though you can be the judge of that when we meet! 7. I love diversity and meeting new people 8. I absolutely despise discrimination against any religion, race, ethnicity or gender. I love everyone. We’re all human beings and deserve the right to live in peace. ;) In the end, we all croak and end up in the dust. (I can be so philosophical sometimes, it’s ridiculous!) 9. I meditate? xD so I could say I’m pretty calm - that means I don’t lose my crap easily. 10. Let's be friends and have a blast?! :) Extras: I read, write and draw.
Hello! I am an international undergrad from Malaysia studying commerce at University of Melbourne. I am a tidy and easygoing person who respects your personal time and space. Looking for a female housemate and a fully furnished apartment around Carlton or Melbourne to move out in July. :)
I will be relocating from the US to pursue my master's degree in international development at the University of Melbourne. I plan on working part-time as well, so I'll be pretty busy. I like to keep my belongings and space tidy. During my free time, I like to have fun by working out, going out for drinks, enjoying the outdoors, and/or hitting the beach. I can also be laid back and stay in to watch a good movie or Netflix series... so I'd say I'd be a pretty well-balanced roommate! A sociable roommate would be ideal since I'll be new to the country and will want to make new friends :)
Myself(Luke) and Mia are both very laid back while still maintaining a clean lifestyle. I work full time as a Kfc manager and also looking to start bartending. Mia is a student, but is taking some time off at the moment. Both enjoy a night out with a few drinks. Although a night in watching a movie is also great. We have lived in a number of share houses so we know how to be respectful of others. We are also looking to get a Puppy! So keep that in mind.
Hey everyone JD here. I'm a tidy, easy going and really respectful. Mostly keep to myself but always down for good banter. I'm into fitness, cooking and definitely a drink or two :) I trade crypto online so I'll mostly be glued to my laptop haha. Heading to Europe (again lol) soon just after a place for two weeks. Cheers!
I am a very respectful person that's very considerate of other people's personal space. I don't make a mess around the apartment and I like to chill, relax, enjoy and socialize with other people. I love meeting people from different cultures and is very flexible.
Kiwi/Samoan just moved back to Melbourne after a year back in NZ. Chilled, tidy, working 9-5.30 and train a bit, so out of the house a bit during the week. Usually find something to do on the weekends.
I´m Arne a 30 year old backpacker from Germany and i´m looking for a room in Melbourne. I spend the last 10 month with working and traveling in Indonesia and Australia. I´m a open minded person who lived in shared flats for the last couple of years, like to go out for a drink, do some sports and play guitar and piano. Actually i´m more into music and arts then engineering and spend a lot of time with it.
Hi! I'm a full time student and part time woker interested in moving closer to University of Melbourne next year :) Preferably a place on Swanston or Elizabeth and a room with nice windows and good light :) Not too fussy about it being furnished or unfurnished because I have some furniture, but I can sell them too. I generally keep to myself, so you can count on me to give your personal space. But I am easygoing as much as I am respectful so I'd love a good conversation :) Dancing, music and languages are my passion and if you are into cooking and baking I would love to do it together ^^ Move in date flexible so if you're keen on sharing a flat with me I can try to adjust to your schedule!
I am a full-time professional working in CBD. I am moving overseas in mid-august and need to vacate my current rental place by 6 July. Need room to stay for a month. Preferably inner city or if the place is outside, it should be close to train station. Will spend most of the weekdays at work. But I am a friendly person and every once in a while I don't mind spending time with my future flatmates after work (if he/she wants to!).
I'm Alex. I'm writing my PhD in international relations and tutoring undergrads at Uni of Melbourne. I am from the UK/ NZ and have lived in Australia for 2 years. I am looking for a long-term place to call home. Something 1 year+ in a Melbourne inner-city suburb is ideal. Brunswick, Brunswick East, Princes Hill, Parkville, Fitzroy North, Fitzroy, Carlton North, and Carlton are ideal. I'd like to be able to walk or cycle to the university campus within 20 minutes. A bit about me: I like films/ cinema outings, reading, board games, learning Arabic, hiking, camping, wine, beer, cheese... I enjoy conversations about politics/ IR, sociology, psychology, science, films, books - most things, really! My schedule can be pretty hectic - particularly during teaching periods - so I'm sadly not the best fit if you are wanting to create a *very* social house, but can still commit to an evening or two a week for housie activities. I'd be happiest living with like-minded people who are politically progressive, working, and 25 years+. Bonus if you would be up for the ocassional cinema/gig/comedy outing or going hiking together! I'd be extremely happy to live with a dog. Admin-y things: I'm financially secure, very dog friendly but sadly allergic to cats, and would like to sign onto the lease. I own bedroom furniture already. I also travel interstate and overseas fairly regularly for work and to visit my family.
Hello 👋🏼 ✨ Myself and James are currently based in CBD. Our current flatmates are moving out so we’re looking to relocate (still stay in CBD). We’re fun, easy going and tidy people. Love the best of both worlds- socialising, going out for food, or staying in and chilling with movies. We’re active people, like to get out and do things. Ideally we would love to live with bubbly, outgoing, people who enjoy having a laugh and have goals/ambitions they can open our minds too. If you like the sound of us, drop a message 😊🌴
Hi, Manon and I (French and Australian) are looking for two rooms. We dont mind if it's in a share house or entire house. We are working together in a restaurant in the city. Manon is a sommelier and I am a supervisor. We will have no issues paying bond, rent and bills on time. We love our music, food and wine and good company. We enjoy going out, however appreciate quiet nights at home also. Manon loves yoga and bike riding and will be away at a winery any chance she gets! I enjoy weekend adventures, markets and travelling. In the house we will be respectful and tidy. Look forward to meeting you :)
