Hello! I am 24, female and pretty easy going. I like to cook and I am vegan. I am mainly looking for potential team ups/ house mates. I would ideally like to move out late 2017 early 2018 however in january 2018 I am going overseas for a month! I currently work part-time in the city, but normally pick up full time hours when I can. I study zoology but I am looking to change to an online degree. The catch - (if you want to call it that) is I have 2 cats (male, desexed), 2 dogs (one female, 10+yrs and one male 5+years) and 4 ferrets. These guys don't really require any attention from you and they are fairly well behaved. The dogs currently live outside during the day when I am not home, and inside they are in my bedroom so they don't require free range of the house, won't chew anything or mess anywhere at night. The cats are indoor cats only but are very affectionate and loving, Pickles who is currently 6mo old is very loving and needy (towards me at least), loves being up high and making biscuits (Kneading), Mouse, who is just over a year is a bit skittish around strangers but soon warms up to people and is very affectionate. The ferrets currently live outside in my garage, they are very low-maintenance and will not often require any interaction from anyone but me (unless you want to!) I get that this can be an overwhelming amount of animals for some people, that's totally fine :) ! I am happy to pay a bit more in rent if it meets my budget, or a bit extra for a pet bond or whatever.
Hello friends, We are an easy-going chill couple looking for a room in a nice home starting with late June - early July (flexible dates). In our late 20's, we are working/studying in the arts/media industry. We enjoy spending time with our flatmates sharing dinner, chilling in front of Netflix, chatting around a tea or coffee, go out in town when we have time for it, or playing board games at home, as well as respecting the privacy of others and having our time on our own. A bit more about us: I am Alexandra, 28 y-o, doing my second Master degree in Communication Design at Deakin Uni. As a designer, I'm pretty much into all things beautiful (Street Art, graphic design, architecture, photography, people and nature) and I like to keep a clean & pretty house. When I have time, I love painting or having fun photo shoots with friends (so plan ahead some picture time). Bao, my partner since 7 years, is a 29 y-o theatre artist who has toured the world with various shows. He was born in Paris, France, from Vietnamese parents. He is into art, tattoos, sports, craft beer and you'll often see him riding his bike. Two years ago we started to be vego-vegan, but it was never a problem living with omni. We’re multi-cultural, open-minded and responsible people. We pay rent and bills on time and know how to use a vacuum cleaner or a dish washer sponge. You: if you are in your late 20- early 30, with compatible interests, and feel we would be a good fit , just drop us a line and let's get one of those wonderful cuppa and get into details! Peace, love, empathy! Alex & Bao
My name is Lionel I'm an exchange student from Taiwan and I'm going to study at RMIT for a semester. I'm hoping to move in at July 10th and I'm planning to stay till around early January. I don't smoke and I like to keep the flat clean, tidy, and organized. Looking for a place that's in walking distance to campus or close enough to public transportation.
33yr old, been in share accommodation most of life, but owned property as well. Web Dev for last 7 years in own business. I'm not a party animal but out at meetups, business, social events every few nights. I'm very easy going, can cook, loves clean home, like wine, travel and being around great people. Would like to move in with like minded people
Hello! I've just moved to Melbourne after having spent the last decade split between California, Finland and Germany. I am searching for an affordable, furnished or partially furnished room in a flat or house share.(If need be, I can also furnish a room, don't hesitate to write!). I'm flexible with regard to rental length as well, whether something shorter or longer term. I translate and edit professionally, so I am occasionally around at home to do that, although more often than not I'm out and about working or exploring. I'm increasingly involved in music production and web design as well professionally and for myself. I like to play ice hockey and music (with headphones at home, with amplifiers elsewhere ;)). I'm quite interested in politics, science, tech and the world at large. I am tidy, responsible and quiet. I'm happy to socialise with housemates, and it's nice to catch up for a meal together and to be able to chat. I enjoy cooking and baking a bit. I don't have pets or kids, am consistently employed, and can pay rent/bills/bond on time. I'd prefer to live with people who don't smoke indoors as I don't smoke myself. I am bilingual (German/English) and happy to practise Finnish and French if you're keen. It would be lovely to keep up/brush up on languages :) I am quite flexible with regard to location so long as good public transit connections are nearby, as I do not own a car (although I am after a bike here soon :)) and am fully at the mercy of Melbourne's trains, trams and buses for now ;) Looking forward to hearing from you, thanks!

*Pub Trivia host + Corporate event MC. *A professional VO artist & presenter. *Black belt in karate (12+ yrs) *Biomedical Scientist. *Speaks English, German & basic Spanish. Most people find that I'm kind of like the boy next door that you became good mates with when you were younger, who is almost like family as he will always be up for a chat, a drink or hanging out if you are around but also always has a few projects that he's working on so wouldn't be in your hair & annoying.... Think of..... A Golden Retriever.... but in human form.... (sounds weird until you get to know me haha)
Hey there! My 2 cats and I are looking for a room from start of June. I work 2 jobs in hospitality and always pay rent and bills on time. I'm an easygoing person and a friendly, reliable housemate. Please message or text me if you may have something available. Thanks!
Just returned to Melbourne after travelling overseas! I'm great to live with, clean and responsible, as well as really good at paying all bills in time. I have always got my bond back before. Super friendly and easy to get along with.
My name is Anna, I'm looking for a private room in Melbourne CBD. I'm an Australian Citizen but my background is Italian. I'm a manager in a dental surgery and in July I'm going to start a new course of studies in Melbourne. I'm a very clean person, honest, respectful of people and very friendly too. Travel is my passion and I travel a lot.
I am Carolina, PhD student at uni of Melbourne, I'm interested in a room to move in. About me: 30 yo, worked as a scientist and now starting my PhD, easy going, respectful and patient. Like clean spaces and respectful people. Love to have fun but to study and work as well
I enjoy being able to come home after a long day to relax. That being said, I also like having a housemate who is laid back, tidy, and who enjoys socializing from time to time. I love living in the city, but like to escape to the outdoors on weekends. I eat out a fair bit, but know my way around the kitchen ;)
I am working full time in a Day Care Centre, very easy to get along with, neat and tidy, enjoy socializing with housemates, studying postgrad degree and exploring the City whenever I can! 😊 maximum weekly rent is $300 inclusive of bills. I need to move in by 3rd of June at the latest.
I am a mid-20s professional who works for a Big 4 consulting firm. I have lived my whole life in Melbourne except for a 2 years stint in Canberra. I enjoy playing sport, eating out and going for a drink. I have lived in share houses before.
Hey everyone, I’m relocating to Melbourne soon- and would love start a sharehouse or move in with some chilled-out, open-minded people! It’d be good to move in with people who I’m on the same page as- however we don’t need to have identical personalities, since most of my friends are very different from me and I like diversity anyway. :) I respect people’s need for space as I often require my own, however I’m also really social and would love to be living with someone who I can also hang out with- which would be the most comfortable and ideal setting for a home. As for my (personal) interests, I adore music and all things fiction- books, movies, TV and comics are what my hobbies revolve around… and my other interests revolve around socializing, live music and similar events. I’m very open to new things and people, and would love to hear from you guys- don’t be shy to swing me a message! :) (Note: my preferred suburbs and move date just close estimates and are flexible.)
Hi there! I'm a student from Denmark going to study for 1 semester at Monash University. I will arrive in Melbourne arround the 5th of July. I study biotechnology on my masters and I really enjoy that. I'm a very calm, "down-to-earth", and friendly person. I am clean and tidy and I like to have my things in order. In my spare time I like to go for a run or do a workout in the gym. I also like some good danish "hygge", where I relax with friends, make some nice food, and maybe watch a good movie. I hope to live in a sharehouse in the area between Melbourne CBD and Monash (Clayton), and I hope to be living with other people wanting to socialize and maybe drink a glass of wine and make a nice dinner once in a while. Looking forward to hearing from you.
We are a lovely Taiwanese lesbian couple and we're very nice to people! We love music, movies, ,literature and art. We would like to share our culture experience with everyone we met on the road!
Hi I am a 33 yr old single professional female. I am an easy going person and go along well with almost everyone. I like to discuss things and sort them out rather than keeping them in head and cribbing. I am a reasonably tidy person but definitely not obsessed with cleanliness. I respect others' privacy and expect the same. However, being a private person does not make me unapproachable. I can talk a lot with like minded people. My ideal day starts early with some exercise and walk and bit of yoga. I am working full time and so hardly find any time during the week. Party is not my thing and I love to spend more time in the park and beach. I am not a big fan of outside food and like to cook my simple food. I am not great at cooking but would love to share it, if you can bear it with me. And yes, I am a vegetarian , not sure if that would make anyone uncomfortable. I'm also open to taking over lease of two bedroom apartment/unit with upto $400 pw I would like to share a place with a female. If you have any further questions, please feel free to Message me.
Hello! I am relocating from Perth to Melbourne in August. I am a hard-working, friendly, mature, tidy, respectful housemate that gets along with people of all age groups. I am a creative type that loves to read, watch live music, and kitschy b-grade films. I don't have any pets, but I love animals. My ideal home would be a safe place relatively close to public transport, and I would like to stay for at least six months. I will be in Melbourne mid-June for job hunting, so if there are any early birds that would like to have an interview then, it can certainly be arranged. Looking forward to calling your beautiful city my home, and to meeting you. Thank you!
