Mathematician seeks interesting household in which to spend an interesting year(ish). Been playing the housesharing game for just short of a decade while I've wandered here and there, so have seen the good, the bad, the ugly, and the beautiful; looking to find some more of the latter in Melbourne after spending a couple years with friends in Bris. Work and masters study usually keep me busy for 70+ hrs/week, Vic's a big place to explore, and I'm working through a list of projects about a mile and a half long, so most days see me out doing one thing or another for most of my waking hours. That said, over the last 9ish years, I've grown used to coming back to a very 'homey' environment, and prefer housemates who won't remain strangers for long and respect each other enough to not have to draw lines on their orange juice every time they put it back in the fridge etc. I'm pretty easy-going though; my only real requirement is a house occupied by active, mature, conscientious people who know what they're up to and might enjoy a chat over dinner/drinks here and there. Some space to set up shop for doing stained glass work is a bonus too. Also, move date, exact location, and rent limit are pretty flexible/arbitrary, don't take any of it too seriously.
Hi there! I'm a bubbly Swedish girl how is visiting Australia on a working holiday visa. I'm currently working part-time in a restaurant but I'm looking for a full-time job. I enjoying spending time with my friends, consume music, films, etc and I like to cook and travel. As a person I'm reliable, tidy and I don't smoke or have any pets. Hope to hear from you! Best regards, Henrietta
I’m from Colombia, I’m a international student, I will be arriving to Melbourne between 11h of May. I’m a clean, tidy and easygoing person, also I like to be very organized and friendly, I want to learn the language.
Hi I'm currently looking for a place close to the CBD for approximately 3-6 months. I'm currently serving my present job notice period in Sydney but will be back in Melbourne either on the 26th or 27th April. I'm a 29 year old Software Sales Rep, non-smoker. I don't really cook except Sat or Sunday (for my meal prep for the week). I'll be working full time Monday to Friday so I'll only be home during the evenings. Therefore you'll have the place to yourself throughout the day. I was staying over at Abbotsford so happy to put you in contact with my previous flatmate for a reference.
Hello! My husband and I are a Filipino couple moving to Australia just before June. We're looking for a temporary home until such time that we are eligible to rent on our own. We're migrating and he will be starting his job soon after. I do online work and am probably going to cook everyday to prepare our own meals--I would love to learn other dishes and cuisines from our future flatmates. That said, we love our privacy (introverts!) but we don't mind sharing meals with you every now and then. We love pets but prefer not to live with them at this time. My husband is an engineer, and we basically spend downtime at home with an occasional glass of wine (or four).
I'm a 29yo from Vancouver, Canada and have moved over to Australia! I work in Human Resources/Recruiting and am currently on a contract with a great company! I have a small cat named Marshmallow... you will hardly even know she is there as she keeps to herself. I like to be active, am social but appreciate my quiet time as well. Really like to cook, swim, yoga and try new things. Always up for an adventure!
I'm super easy to get along with, always friendly and happy, and am very respectful of your belongings and space. I'm clean and tidy up after myself and make very minimal noise. I work in a bar in the CBD so I'm out a lot of the time sporadically as my hours vary. I like keeping active and chilling at home with good grub and a movie!
I am looking for an accommodation and a room mate. I am tidy and clean. I don’t smoke and I am looking for no smokers. I am very friendly and like chatting but I am also respectful. I love sharing moments however, I also like some personal space. I have a work and holiday visa and I want to have fun, so I want easy going flatemates that hopefully can become my friends.

I respect other's privacy and their spaces. I'm both extrovert and introvert, sometimes I like to stay in room but sometimes I like to chit chat about anything, all depends on my uni schedule. I'm not a party gal but not that nerdy. I'm currently studying Science in Melbourne Uni. Aside from that, I like to cook and meal prep a bit so if you like cooking, that's great deal. I'm from Indonesia but been here in Melbourne for 2 years and enjoying it. Ideally, I'm looking for a place to stay from mid May. I'm a long term person so no need to worry. I also need all female property I can tell you more about me. Feel free just to text me!

I love going to the gym, watching movies and spending time with friends.
Hello. I am a Medical / Master of Public Health student born and bred in Melbourne. I am in my final year of my studies (8 years has been quite the slog!) and am looking forward to leaving uni at the end of the year and actually starting to earn a living wage! I like hiking, expensive gin, even more expensive whisky, computers and literature. I work part time in Hospitality to support myself financially and volunteer with a number of not for profits. I enjoy cooking, have a high standard of cleanliness and prefer living somewhere with a 'home' vibe. Looking to move somewhere for a few months ASAP as the landlords decided to renovate our current house with minimal notice. Looking forward to meeting you and chatting more.
I’m a 37 yr old Brit, who moved to Melbourne at the end of last year to start my new life in Melbourne, and I have been loving every moment of it! Over the last twelve years I have worked in HR /Talent Management and lived across the Middle East with a short stint in Johannesburg, pretty much with the same business, expect for the last two years where I lead HR for an advettising business. I work project to project with a business out here and I’m also working on gaining my Masters in Management at La Trobe, based on Collins Street. I love to cook, listen to music and watch movies. I’m easy going and to be honest have a relatively positive and fun outlook on life, which I’m looking for the same. I’m considerate and calm, although I do love a good dad joke and giggle. Want to be a part of a home, after all I’m a big believer that it should be a little haven away from things and the one place you can relax and enjoy. Thanks, Isabel
Hey! I’m a filmmaker who is interning in Melbourne and lookin’ to room with people who are excited about the things they do. I am a neat person and will happily do chores. Also, I love to cook. I’m only decent at it but I can make really nice homemade Puerto Rican dishes! When I’m home, It is usually to sleep or eat or relax. I would love someone that could occasionally go out with me! I’m from Los Angeles, so I am scared for the Melbourne winter that I am walking into. You may here a grumble or two about how cold it is. I have been to Australia before, both Melbourne and Sydney so I am not totally inexperienced with the cities. For fun I like to do local things, whether it’s going to a nearby restaurant or seeing a movie at the local movie theater. I like walking so nearby things are a must for me. Also, I LOVE SEEING MOVIES so I’ll see literally any movie you want. Hope this lil blurb about me is cool

Looking to get back into my fitness enjoy the odd beers now and again. Can be social or keep to ourselves depends on what you want. Hi there! My name is Michelle and I am looking for a room in a lovely apartment with lovely people in Melbourne! I am a Venezuelan-Italian, very friendly girl. I have lived in South Korea for 4 years, a year traveling in Europe, and I arrived to Australia a month ago. I am used to dealing with different people from different nationalities so that wouldn't ever be a problem! I speak great English, Spanish, Italian and Korean. I am friendly and sociable and love to chat and learn new languages and expressions. I am currently trying to learn Greek! I like to sit down and chat with people and learn from their life experiences. I am very clean and organised, I like to have the house in order. I don't own many things, so there isn't really a problem with me being messy. I am not noisy, and very respectful for other's life and things. Specially now in winter, I would most likely spend most of my time trying to get warm in my room anyways. I don't cook much, and when I do, I don't cook anything that takes too much time or is too smelly, usually make salads and veggies with grilled chicken. I am a great bartender, though, so I can mix you a delicious cocktail anytime you want. I work in hospitality, currently at the Westin Hotel in food and beverage, so I'm looking for a place that is easy to get to work (it's located quite close to Flinders street). Because of my work I might arrive late, on weekends I could end as late as 11pm or midnight. Because I'm usually tired, I don't party too much this days. I spend much of my free time (usually in the mornings) exercising, reading, studying and watching occasionally tv shows and movies on my computer! I'm very chilled, but do love to go out and explore new restaurants, cuisines and drinks! Just looking for a place where we can live together as good friends! Cheers!
