We're two fun loving South Australian girls looking to move to the big smoke! We have jobs lined up in the CBD for August and are currently just finishing up our semesters of uni here in Adelaide before making the move to Melbourne. We are hoping to find somewhere central, would love to live either just the two of us or with a few other people.. We are very friendly, love socialising but also are very prone to a night on the couch with a cheap bottle of wine and netflix... We look forward to hearing from you! :)
I am a student from Brazil currently living in a home stay looking for an apartment in the city because I would like to live near to my school. I have lived with room mates in the past when I lived in Dublin, Ireland some years ago and for me was a great experience. I'm friendly, polite, organized. I like music, movies, photography and a good chat.
I'm a student from Denmark going to study for 1 semester at Monash University. I study biotechnology on my masters and I really enjoy that. I'm a very calm, "down-to-earth", and friendly person. I am clean and tidy and I like to have my things in order. In my spare time I like to go for a run or do a workout in the gym. I also like some good danish "hygge", where I relax with friends, make some nice food, and maybe watch a good movie. I hope to live in a sharehouse in the area between Melbourne CBD and Monash (Clayton), and I hope to be living with other people wanting to socialize and maybe drink a glass of wine and make a nice dinner once in a while.
I've moved to Melbourne from London and am excited to explore this beautiful city! I've lived in many shared houses and am looking for a houseshare where people are friends as well as housemates. I work as a Management Consultant, but that's about the least interesting thing about me. I like going out and exploring bars, restaurants, art galleries etc and I'm loving the coffee and brunch options here... but am equally happy staying in and cooking a good roast dinner, or mixing margaritas and putting the world to rights :) I love to travel and am a language geek - I've lived in Paris and Shanghai, speak French and German and am now attempting to tackle Mandarin. I'm tidy and organised - my old housemates will vouch for me! Feel free to ask anything else!
Hi! I'm from Singapore and am studying a degree in Advertising at RMIT city campus.🙂 Generally i consider myself to be a tidy and quiet person during uni days and will prolly be camping in my room doing uni work or just on netflix most times so you can expect me to be respectful of your privacy. I smoke occasionally from time to time and also like to party every now and then. I love a mad hang/drinks session with mates and absolutely love pets. Ideally i would like to find a FURNISHED room and a place where i can call home and can hang out in the lounge room with cool house mates watching netflix etc or we can cook food for each other all the time and get drunk together. (p.s i've been told i can cook some nice stuff!) i love music of all sorts really however i am particularly a fan of rock, alternative and yea so on.. you get the gist of it. My favourite band will always be Blink-182! (i promise i won't blast my music or any blink out loud all the time so you don't get too sick of me :P) Currently living in west footscray and would like to move out soon to somewhere closer ish to uni or the eastern surburbs. However i will not be in Melbourne from 19 June - 17 July as I will be back home in Singapore, therefore im looking to move out either before Mid june or after my birthday which is 15th of July. Hope to hear from you future housemates!
I am looking for somewhere new to live. I am a freelance graphic designer who works mostly from home, so I am flexible when it comes to locale, but not having a car, I prefer to stick to the inner city and its surrounds. While I am not unsociable, and am up for a drink/meal/laugh with housemates, I am fairly low-key at home, respectful of everyone’s space, pretty easy-going, tidy and I pay my bills on time. So, what do you say? Let’s do this . . .
We're quiet, clean and awesome! We're both from Canada (friendly Canadians- WIN, WIN!!) We both work in hospitality and are super relaxed. We enjoy casual drinks and Asian food! We're also quite flexible with the length of stay :) What works for you, works for us!
Hi I'm a TV journalist and comms manager into dance, food, travel, languages, AFL, beer/cider/wine, nature, trying new things, adventures, meeting new people. I've lived in France and West Africa, and speak French too. I'm very laid back and get along with everyone and I'd love to meet people to explore Melbourne with!! I'm clean and tidy but I don't consider the meaning of life to be cleaning activities. I do not live with people who have narcissistic personality disorder. I'm looking for a decent sized place with a lockable bedroom, heating and preferably a backyard but not essential. Happy to catch anyone 20-35 years old who thinks we'd get along.
My name is William and I have just recently moved here from Perth. I am 22 years old and currently studying Interior Design at RMIT University. Generally a very laid back and chilled out kind of guy. But love to socialise and make new friends. I am also very clean, tidy and minimal. I usually try to cook as healthy as possible whenever I can but love to eat out every now and then. I love photography, arts, music and clothes. Always keen to explore new places since I am new to Melbourne.
I'm a Spanish PhD Student (Psychology). I'll be working at the University of Melbourne for three months, and I hope to have time to travel and to know more about Australia :) I speak fluent English (and of course Spanish!). I'm quiet and tidy, and I don't smoke. Looking forward to go to Melbourne :)
My sister and I are looking for an apartment with 2 bedrooms. My sister is going to start her Master's in RMIT university. And I am going to work in an engineering office in Melbourne since I am an structural civil engineer. we both are neat and friendly. Most of the time we read books or work on our laptops. we just need 2 clean rooms in a full furnished apartment near RMIT university.
Hi I'm currently a RMIT student, majoring in International Business. I'm from Thailand, I have good English communication. I am friendly and easy going, I can say that i'm clean and tidy. I also respect other people personal space and willing to contribute within the house. I prefer the house with no pet. I am a smoker but I don't drink alcohol.
Hey there potential roomie! So about me, well, I currently work fulltime in a law firm as a Legal Assistant (8:30am to 5pm). I love to cook, shop, chill with friends and just do pretty much normal things! I also, understand that people like space, just as I like my own, but I am ALWAYS willing to do new things, and this is for sure one of them! Speak soon, hopefully :) x
Hi, I am Neshal, a 27 year old graduate student at the University of Melbourne. Currently I am staying about an hour away from uni. The commute is taking up a lot of my time and also stopping me from attending quite a few activities at the uni. So I am looking to move to a place closer to uni. ideally within 20 mins of the uni by bike. Move date would be sometime during the month long semester break which starts towards the end of June. With all that out of that way a little bit about me. I am respectful of other people's lifestyle choices and routines and like to be around others who are the same. I am quite relaxed and easy going. Covers my share of chores around the house. Non smoker. Likes to stop and have a chat with my flatmates. I have an inclination towards motorsports. But never one to shy away from involving in a sporting or social activity. If my mates are doing it, I'll be in the middle. Cooking is a hobby. If you don't mind tasting a random bunch of stuff thrown together as an experiment, usually quite edible, I am your guy. I have lost a lot of battles with baking but I am hoping to win the war someday.
Hi there, I work full time as a Project Management consultant. I'm easy going, patient and down to earth person. I enjoy having a drink, dining out, writing/reading, watching tv/movies, playing and watching sports. I'm working on a personal initiative and passion of mine which is building a community centre for people with disabilities. A place they can call home. I'm looking for a new place I can call home. Please text or message me if you're interested. Cheers,
I'm medical graduate coming to Melbounre for master degree of public health. I'm not perfect but I always try to be open minded, respectful, flexible, caring and passionate about life. I work hard, and play hard as well. I love travelling, intellectual conversations, walks along the bush or beach, films and Ukulele, foods and drinks... just too many things I enjoy and I'm always happy to explore new stuff as well.
I'm currently a nurse student, studying in the city three days a week and looking for part time employment. I also have a 1 year old french mastiff who is very friendly and loveable, if you're okay with pets. I'm also independent, tidy, clean, approachable and very friendly! Always up for a chat and an outing, but also like those quiet nights in!
New migrant from the Philippines looking for long-term accommodation. Just another computer geek who works in the Information Technology field. For fun - I like to eat all kinds of Asian food and watch movies. I'm quiet but I also like good conversations. I've also travelled quite a bit - so if you like to hear stories about other countries, you can count on me to share my experiences.
