I'm a very tidy, outgoing person. I'm only looking for a place to chill in the evening, cook food and crash at night. I'm working as a labourer in construction so i work 7am-3:30pm then straight to the gym meaning I'll be back around 5pm and in bed early. I like to go out on the weekends with my friends for a drink
We would consider ourselves to be friendly, fun and openminded, as well as clean and tidy; we treat other people's belongings as though they are our own. We are sociable while also being respectful of other people's time and space.
Hi. I am a friendly, open minded travel enthusiast who has just moved to Melbourne to start my second degree (International Studies) at RMIT. I am a considerate and clean roommate who wants to make friends with housemates and not feel afraid to be myself. I enjoy a good beer or wine, play the guitar and like to socialise but am not a party animal. I am looking for a place for 4 months to begin with, but may like to extend at a later date. Please feel free to message me. I would love to meet my future housemates before I move in to make sure we are a good fit :)
I'm a quiet mannered software engineer just looking for a place and a room to call his own. Own bathroom would be a huge plus. I don't do loud parties, I keep to myself mostly and am always considerate of others around me. Being close to public transport is a must!
I'll be moving to Melbourne from Malaysia to join a graduate programme for an accounting firm in the city. I'm pretty laid back and will clean up after myself. Happy to have a chat with my future housemates as well but will be respectful of personal space and boundaries.
I am a 23-year old guy from Amsterdam that has lived in and traveled Australia for slightly over a year now. I used to live in Brisbane and moved to Sydney after, while having just arrived to Melbourne. I got lucky in both cities with a great house and more importantly even greater roommates. For me it's very important to get along and to create a welcoming and social atmosphere. Paco Taco Tuesdays used to be Brisbane's finest Mexican cuisine once a week, or the French versus Dutch pie cook-off, or the weekly Game of Thrones bonanza. My previous roommates would consider me easy to live with, social and a close friend. That is what I would like to have in Melbourne as well. I am quite tidy and organized and will be working sometimes, but I am always down to do something or go somewhere, have a drink, do a little dance.
Hey everyone, we're two friends looking for a house share or possibly sign on to a new lease. We’re both quiet and easy going, able to cook and clean and generally look after ourselves. As to more specifics, Ross currently studies English and Philosophy full time and Xander is working for the man full time until the dream of being a professional aviator can be properly realised. We both have shared interests in music (Xander probably knows the entirety of Bruce Springsteen’s catalogue off by heart) as well as politics and the occasional chat about life, the universe and everything. Ross also owns heaps of furniture: fridge, tv, several beds, chest freezer, etc. which can be shared if there is space available for it. If that sounds like your cup of tea then we’d love to hear from you.
Hello , I'm Sree from India. I'm new to Melbourne city, came to study at the University of Melbourne. I joined for Masters of Data Science, and I'm looking for accommodation near to the University so that I can escape from travel expenses and have plenty of time to spend in the university and the city. I don't have any addictions like alcohol or smoking but if it's party time I don't mind cheering up with a beer or a fag. I don't know to cook, but I can manage basic Indian cooking. I know what is meant by privacy means, so I give complete privacy if I have to share a room or house with anyone.
I am looking for a private room or either to start a team up for a house (females). I am also looking for a long term place to live. I am a spontaneous, outgoing, and compassionate. I have a great sense of humour and get along well with others. I love sports, but I do love having a beach day. I'm adventurous, and look forward to exploring Melbourne, and as well to see all the beautiful sites Australia has too offer. I like having a neat, and tidy place. I take responsibility for my mess, and make sure I clean up after myself. I strongly believe in being respectful to one's belongings and privacy. When I have down time I usually watch TV/movies, read a book, play games, and go to the gym. Reason - Holiday Work Visa Hope to make long-lasting friends :)

I just moved to Melbourne recently, have been living in Sydney for the past 1 1/2 years, and I'm looking for my own furnished room to stay here asap for not more than $280/week, no room share. The apartment should be in walking distance to the CBD, be preferable modern and clean. I'm a 21 year old girl from the Netherlands. I finished my study neuropsychology and decided that I want to see the world. I'm perfectly fluent in English, clean, sportive, social and love doing my own thing but also like to cook and have dinner together or chill on the couch and watch Netflix. I work at a bar/restaurant at the southbank, which I really enjoy. I love the city and hopefully someone is willing to welcome me soon as their new roommate because since my rent ended in my apartment in Carlton sleeping on a couch is definitely not everything at the moment.

We're both chill, happy, and clean people. Mike loves exploring the outdoors (biking, tramping, kayaking, paddle boarding, rock climbing, etc.!); I love taking fitness classes (barre, yoga, Pilates), exploring new restaurants, and sharing a bottle of wine with friends! Back home, Mike was a scientist and I did market research. Looking forward to finding a great place to live with some friendly flatmates!

I have just moved from Scotland to Melbourne and am looking to find a flat (preferably a house share with other working backpackers) in/around Melbourne CBD. I am easy to get on with, clean and tidy and love meeting new people.
I'm 24, working full time in Abbotsford and looking for a friendly housemate to start a new share house. Ideally somewhere around prahran and south yarra - walking distance from chapel st. I'm house trained, can cook, can wine and can clean. I've lived with housemates before, but have spent the past year living alone in the CBD (however spending all your money on rent isn't really that fun). Looking for a housemate that is tidy, respectful and working full time. I'm a bit of a grandma during the week and happy with my own company, but open to sharing dinners or drinks once or twice a week when our schedules line up. I come with a full house set up (everything from pots and pans to washing machine, couch, dining table) so if you don't have much furniture other than your bedroom then that's perfect. I would prefer someone that's willing and able to go onto a 12 month lease (no backpackers sorry).
Hey my names Lauren, I'm a 23 year old Scottish Gal. I'm looking for a fun place to stay for 1 month to 6 weeks while I work in a cafe in Melbourne. I'm really chilled, up for meeting and living with new people and I'm a very respectful flatmate.

Im Sedef from İzmir, Turkey, Im a lawyer who decided to be backpacker at the same time. I am carrying a discoverer deep inside of me thats why I adore travelling, tasting and cooking foods, dancing with good music, talking and sharing a part of my life with good people who have different line of vision than me. My goal in this life is to contact with people as much as I can, and turn myself into a international woman. I lived in many shared houses and flats before and also outside of Turkey. about half a year I was in USA, so I'm used to live together with other cultures and languages.

If a bold Yorkshire accent is your kind of thing, then I'm your housemate of choice! ;) I Love: -A bottle of red -A good bit of terrible reality tv -An upbeat Spotify playlist -A duvet day I'm all about a chat, but also like my alone time. HOME is where the HEART is! I keep a tidy house - I'm like Mrs Doubtfire (apart from not a man dressed as a woman) I don't take myself too seriously, but I seriously do need a place to live! Cheers :)
Self employed girl geak engineer and electronic music lover. I am looking for a new home with people who have a life outside of the house but also like to chill and share a wine and chat from time to time. I don't smoke but I don't mind if you do, not fussed on what others eat or sexuality as its all relative, each to their own. Mutual respect is the way forward. Flexible with move dates, ideally early to mid to late . If you have a garden, that would be awesome. Again, not a deal breaker though. I love animals but don't have any. I am open to a sublet but prefer to rent and be on a lease and 6 months minimum is preferred.
