Jethro

Hi my name is Jethro, I'm 31, vegan for 6 years and looking for a new long term place to call home. Currently working from home in 3D design and animation, also doing casual work at music events. I have a steady income and am reliable and on time with rent and bills.

My priorities are safety, clear communication, trust and a calm, peaceful home environment. I have my own bed and furnishings, but would need to share appliances.
My budget is $300, however this may be negotiable. Ideally I would like to live NOR to be close to family and my regular social events. I am hoping to secure a place by mid January, but I am flexible with timing or pricing for the right place.

I enjoy shared times for games, hobbies, chats, communal meals etc to bond with other housemates, but also like to spend a lot of time on my own digital design projects and craft hobbies. I prefer a quiet home life and would only have my partner or a friend over now and then, I’m not a big party person, I would rather go out to socialise otherwise.
