I am looking for a room and an off street place to park my car. I currently work an 8 days on and 6 days off roster in Vic Park/City area and looking for a place to stay where I can easily access the bus or train to work. I am clean, non smoker and can be social a little but tend to keep to myself more often reading or watching movies in my room. Looking for a private furnished room with a comfortable mattress as I do have a sore back. Or I can supply my own king single bed. I have no issues sharing a bathroom. Just looking for a home where I can feel safe and settled. I do go out to see friends sometimes during the week and sometimes come home very late, so I hope this doesn't disturb you. I would just prefer to be a boarder, looking for short term as I have a month of house sitting in Dec/Jan. But if I get along well I may like to come back and stay long term. Would prefer to live with the home owner/s rather than in a rental as I do not want to take over a lease if you plan on leaving soon. But if you have a long term rental that's fine. I currently don't want to be locked in, so a boarding situation is preferred.
Older retired lady, looking for shared accommodation for myself and my old dog. Dog is old, quiet and well behaved (like her owner) but we both like to sleep inside at night. I'm a very easy going person and like a quiet life. I have my own transport and spend a lot of time out and about. The dog comes everywhere with me so she is never left alone at the property.
We are both chilled, quiet people (but able to have great conversations) who respect others, keep to ourselves and dont party. We are looking for a place to relax and make ourselves comfortable in a stress free environment. We enjoy going fishing, art, cooking, seeing live bands, the beach and going camping. Love animals, gardening and great with kids. Bethany works on a casual basis while studying full time and i am currently studying while returning to work after an accident. We are flexible with accommodation types and can provide references.
I am interesting and intelligent, caring and kind and I have a great back story. I only just came out of a nursing home 2 days ago after being in a semi vegetative state for 3 years. But I don't have to talk about that if your not interested. I am an excellent cook, a decent gardener and I know a lot about a lot of trivial unimportant or important things. I am happy to share my knowledge.
My life is music so I have a creative job. Would be good to have a housemate that is drama free ,down to earth and friendly. Looking for just one other housemate and off street parking.
I am super easy going and social! Able to share space and keep things tidy. I study and go out with friends a lot so I won’t be in anyone’s pockets. Always down for a chat and a laugh but like time to myself too :)
Great sense of humour, willing to help around the house and garden, love cooking meals to share with others. I have two sons, aged 15 & 13, who live with me. We are looking for a family friendly place, zero drugs, either a large master room with ensuite or a large room with our own bathroom.
My personality is cultured and not narrow minded. I am into sport ,culture , people, history & food. I am very respectful of peoples space and their belongings & expect the same in return. Versatility: I have traveled quite a-lot in my younger days so can talk to virtually to anyone & do not judge who they are, ( gender or job title ETC ).Try not too be to serious. I run my own window cleaning business and so I am looking for not only a room but a place to securely secure my work equipment belongings ie; Garage or easily accessed shed. The house I live in at the moment is too small. My reference is my current housemate & you are welcome to message or call her: Mark

I’m a 59 year old English lady looking for a peaceful place to live for a minimum of 6months to be closer to my daughter & granddaughter. Kingsway & surroundings would be great. I am a non smoker, non drinker etc I am honest, respectful, friendly, quiet, clean & tidy. I am looking at a budget of $150-200 per week inclusive of bills & internet... I adore cats.
What makes me great to live with? I am insightful and adaptable, and I get along with most people. The kitchen is the heart of a home so when I cook I am very respectful of how I leave that shared space. I keep social and active. Sometimes I do keep to myself but usually I am available for a quick conversation, or a good chat. Some things I like to do - play pool, swim (but haven’t in a while), walk or skate, read, youtubes, and listen to music. Recently joined a local writers group too so I am enjoying the challenge of preparing something for that fortnightly. Job/Studies - I am a sculptor (assemblage/fibre artist) and I have exhibited my work both here in WA and also in the UK. I am studying Art Therapy too, so now in the final stage (placement) I have two locations I am placed in West Perth. I was employed within the disability sector as a PA/ Care Support Worker, until last year when my car broke down. I am hoping to find somewhere to move, mainly for while I finish my studies, but also to get back on my feet with work. I have art materials to store, some furniture, and a fair few clothes.
