Lauren and Lucus

Lucus is a stone mason working FT M-F.
I work at NAB as a lending advisor FT M-F

We have a 4 year old cat (Hemione). She is desexed and vaccinated. Good with other animals (may be aprehensive at first)

We have been renting a room in Coolbellup for the last 18 months but have to move as they are renovating. Can provide prefrence.

Previous to that we were renting rooms with family.

Ideally looking for unfurnished as we have furnitiure.

bills included preffered but open to anything (can be flexible for higher rent if bills are included!)
Long term preffered 12 months +
