I am mature age female looking for furnished self contained premises Hornsby to North Sydney.

I am a v fit, active, young 70's, have business interests both within AU and internationally in the Finance/Investment professions. I am quiet, do not entertain from home as I am v respectful of others' personal space. I do not drink or smoke and am v clean and tidy.

Since 2018, I spent the majority of my time in the UK pet/house sitting. I follow the cold weather.

Back in AU, I limited pet/house sits to 'regulars' only, preferring to find short term accommodation that I can use as a home base.

I am changing direction and am ceasing pet minding to update my qualifications - an estimated 9mths as I wish to work in EU

My preference is for solo, self-contained accommodation but may consider sharing depending on the circumstances but NO shared bathroom.
