I am mature age female looking for furnished self contained premises, around Central Coast.

I am a v fit, active, young 70yo, have business interests both within AU and internationally in the Finance/Investment professions. I am quiet, do not entertain from home as I am v respectful of others' personal space. I do not drink or smoke and am v clean and tidy.

Since 2018, I spent the majority of my time in the UK pet/house sitting.

Back in AU, I limit pet/house sits to 'regulars' only, preferring to find short term accommodation that I can use as a home base. I return to UK mid April, but return to Australia early June 2025, but will return to the UK early October 2025, hence my requirement for June - end September only.

My preference is for solo, self-contained accommodation but may consider sharing depending on the circumstances but NO shared bathroom.

[I will still do the occasional AU house sit for current clients which means that I will be absent periodically to accommodate, say, a 'regular' house sit where owners occasionally take short breaks away].
