Looking for accommodation for my 14 yo son and 1.

We are looking for suitable granny flat or suitable independent private accommodation in the Birkdale Alexandra Hills, Capalaba or Ormiston Area.

We can share a room or rent 2 rooms. We can bring beds as required

I work part time in aged care, casual in disability support and manage a small acre farm near Warwick

My 14 yo son attends highschool in the STEM Program at AHHS.

Liam keeps to himself and mostly studies or goes to sport.

He shares time with his mum and I week on, 1 week off. When at home with me he keeps to himself and studies in his room.

When he is at his mums I often go to my family farm on Warwick weekends and holidays.

I smoke occassionally, however, I strictly never smoke inside the house.

I do not drink alcohol.

I am a confident cook, and happy to pitch in cooking if desired. If not also happy to cook and clean up after ourselves

We are ready and able to help with house or yardwork.

Both of us are quite, clean, respect ptivacy and easy to get along with.

Unfortunately the property we have been renting for 1 year has to move an elderly family member in.

We have been given notice to vacant by September 16 and can move early if we found something suitable before.
