Hi! My name is Wai, 28F, partnered (listing is just for myself) and full time employed (mix WFH - requires NBN connection & onsite in Springfield Central.)

I come with all my own furniture and would preferably like to rent two small - medium sized rooms or one large space to fit a queen bed, entertainment unit and desk and chair. I would prefer a private bathroom but am happy to consider shared.

My budget weekly is $300 and can exclude excess utilities use (water, internet, gas, electricity etc.)

I enjoy social interaction but do mainly keep to myself. I love to cook! You’ll likely find me cooking after work with a wine; my preferred wind down activity.
