I’m a 34‑year‑old male, dual Australian–British citizen, relocating back to Sydney and looking for a room to rent while I get settled.

I’ve lived in Australia for 15 years and have just spent the past 6 months on sabbatical — traveling the world and visiting family in the UK. I’m now planning my move back and would love to find a great flatshare.

I’ve both rented rooms from others and rented out rooms in my own flat for years, so I’m well versed in the flatmate setup and what makes a household work well.

Work & Finances:
I work in tech Sales. I’m currently in the final interview stages for a couple of roles and expect to start soon once I’m back in Sydney. In the meantime, I’m financially secure and rent + bills won’t be an issue.

Lifestyle:
I’m usually up early for a coffee, gym session, walk or swim. Evenings are often about fitness, social catch‑ups, or time outdoors. On weekends I enjoy the beach, nature walks, exploring, or a round of golf. I’m easy‑going and social, but I also value personal space and a calm, tidy home.

I’m clean, respectful, and happy to agree on chores and routines to keep the place comfortable for everyone.

Timing:
Ideally looking to move in within the next 2–3 weeks, though I’m flexible for the right place.
