I’m a 34‑year‑old male, dual Australian–British citizen.

I’ve lived in Australia for 15 years and have just spent the past 6 months on sabbatical — traveling the world and visiting family in the UK.

I’ve both rented rooms from others and rented out rooms in my own flat for years, so I’m well versed in the flatmate setup and what makes a household work well.

Work: I work full time in tech sales. In the office 3 days a week+ a week.

Lifestyle:
I’m usually up early for a coffee, gym session, cycling, walk or swim. Evenings are often about fitness, social catch‑ups, or time outdoors. On weekends I enjoy the beach, nature walks, exploring, or a round of golf. I’m easy‑going and social, but I also value personal space and a calm, tidy home.

I’m clean, respectful, and happy to agree on chores and routines to keep the place comfortable for everyone.
