I’m 34, male, a dual Australian–British citizen, and I’ve lived in Australia for 15 years. I’ve recently been overseas for 6 months on a sabbatical. I’ve spending time with family in the UK and travelling the world. I’m now planning my return to Sydney, looking for a room to rent while I get re-established.

Work & finances:
I’m currently interviewing and expect to start work shortly, with final rounds likely once I’m back in Sydney. I’m financially secure in the meantime, so rent and bills are no issue.

Lifestyle:
I’m up early most mornings for a coffee, walk, or gym session. Evenings are usually spent playing sport, at the gym, or catching up with friends. Weekends are for beaches, nature walks, exploring, or a round of golf.

I’m clean, respectful, easy to live with, and social, while also valuing personal space and a calm home.

What I’m looking for:
• A room in a shared place with one other person
• Similar age preferred (late 20s–mid 30s)
• Initially for a few months, with the option to stay longer if it’s a good fit

Timing:
Ideally looking to move within the next 4 weeks, but I’m flexible for the right place.
