Hi there.
I am a friendly and respectful house mate, and fully responsible for my life.
New to the Gold Coast since Dec 2023 and started off house / pet sitting and currently living in Upper Coomera and looking to find a room for around mid to end October onwards but also not in a rush to find the right place,. Somewhere between burleigh and coolangatta to be closer to workplaces and the surf.
I deliver a self empowerment course once a month ish via zoom so would need a slightly more spacious private bedroom for a desk and laptop. I have my own wi fi and would be great if the room is furnished.
I am self employed as a Massage Therapist at a few locations and also do mobile.
I am self motivated and always working towards more self honesty and making things better.

I love surfing and being outdoors in nature.
I am a non smoker or drinker and like ro stay active.

Looking to find either a granny flat or share with one person who is responsible and friendly that also like to keep the place clean and tidy.
Would prefer bills included.
