I'm 33, respectful, quiet and cleanly. Always willing to contribute around the house and I appreciate living with others who do the same. Working as a full time tradie. I'm in bed by 9:30pm and don't have much partying left in me, but always open for a good chat. No pets or kids attached. Not much stuff either. Just trying to live cheaply within my means. I've flatmate'd a fair few times in the past already so I'm very familiar with it all. My current sharehouse lease ends in a few weeks so I'm beginning my search to see what else is out there. Available most late afternoons or else on the weekends to come and inspect
