I am interested in finding a rental or room for long term.

I am a professional who is employed full time and more often than not work 6-7 days a week with overtime hours also.

I am responsible, clean, respectful, quiet and work early starts and long hours so so very low maintenance and not home much!

I have lived in Australia for over 20 years and both owned and rented property over that time so understand the responsibility from both sides.

I am friendly and get on well with others but definitely respect others space and appreciate my own in a living environment.

I don’t party or do drugs and appreciate more relaxed and quiet environment to live in.

I am ideally looking for something that is self contained or a room with a private bathroom but would be open to other options also depending on what is available.

I work in Wacol but have my own transport so anything within a reasonable travel distance would be considered.

I am able to provide long term employment details and proof of wages, rental proof receipts and references if required and happy to pay to secure bond and two weeks rental payments etc if needed with no issues.

I am available to move in immediately also or at a later confirmed date.
