Hi there, I’m Rachael.
I'm hoping to find someone who would like to team-up for a rental property. I'm ideally looking for something around the Greenbank area in Brisbane. I have a perfect rental history, I'm reliable with bills, I clean up after myself, and I respect other people's spaces and privacy. Looking to team up with someone with similar values. I'm currently working as a residential youth worker so my hours are outside of the typical Monday to Friday 9-5 employment. Sometimes I work during the day, sometimes I work afternoon/evening shifts, I often work weekends, and I do have to sleepover at work on occassion so you would have the house to yourself on those nights. I love growing my own herbs and veggies, love to cook, and love going on rainforest walks. I am a smoker but do only smoke outdoors so I'm hoping to find someone who won't have an issue with that.
