**Looking for a female flatmate for January 2021**
I am a recent Unimelb graduate going to work full time in the coming year. I am looking for a place to stay in the CBD area (6-month or 1-year lease).

I am a trustworthy, responsible, and respectful person. Not a light sleeper, not a clean freak (but of course I try to keep my place clean and tidy, it's just that I won't keep fussing about keeping the place spotless clean), all in all, an easy-going person.

I will have a 9-5 schedule on weekdays, so you will mostly have the apartment to yourself :) and on weekends I like to go out and hang out with friends, and hope to do the same with my future housemate too! Cheers xx
