G'day I'm chasing some URGENT share accommodation, I have until Wednesday to be moved out.
I'll consider anything up $350 per wk.
I need a little space to store some things.
I can't afford to pay weeks up front but I can get it you asap.
I had found accommodation to move to but they have had a family member move in.
Apparently times are hard all round.

I am 43, professional, I'm looking for a nice place to call home.
It would be ideal if it has a lock up garage, shed or space so I can store some things.

It doesn't take up a lot of space.
I would ideally prefer Maroochydore, Mooloolaba possibly Buddina area.
As far as housemates go, non-smokers no drug use would be good.
I do not party, I drink very little, I eat well and I am very clean and quiet, I do try to keep to myself, I do like a chat, sociable.

I'm very neat and tidy some might say fastidious.
I believe in simple and clear direct communication if there are issues.

I have lived in share accommodation for many years before living on my own, I have had rentals on the Sunshine coast and been held in high regard with all my past agents for the property always being impeccable.
I have come back to share as I, like everyone else am struggling to get a an appropriate rental.
I would say I am very adaptable to situations, I love to be helpful and lend a hand.

I have no qualms with helping out around the house with chores or maintenance.

I work with cars (sometimes I travel away for it),
Cooking, Mountain Biking, Photography, Fishing, Kayaking, physics, Ancient History, Arts and Culture, Architecture, Medical Science, Quiz Shows finally the old man ABC Radio.
