I'm in search of accommodation.

My preference would be between Mooloolaba and Maroochydore.

A furnished room or granny flat is good, with some space to store things. (I don't need a lot of space)

My car would really appreciate covered / off Street parking but it's not a deal breaker.

I work for myself in the motor trade,
I am super clean and tidy.

I have lived in my current accommodation for just over two years.

I like to cook whole / natural foods (not a vegan) and will have everything cleaned and put away before I eat.

Young heart, experienced mind, I am quiet, I like to chill in my room with a documentary / some classic literature or be outside doing things like a ride or the gym, the lost with the camera adventures.

I like to keep myself busy.

I don't have a partner, and I prefer not to have my friends over generally as respect for the house, just my preference.

I don't do drugs, alcohol I almost never keep it in the home.

I'm good with cats and dogs

Regarding the budget let's see.
