Hey there!
My name is Ash, and I am looking to rent a studio or granny flat. I can afford up to $400 per week, but would prefer the $300-350 range.

I am a support worker for half the week and studying at UQ for the other half. I spend a lot of time with my family and generally live a pretty quiet life (except for then the Grand Prix is on). I have quite a busy lifestyle at the moment with commitments north and south of Brisbane, so I'm looking for somewhere close to public transport and the motorway.

I'd love to find somewhere I can have my own space, but be close enough by if there's anything needed.

I have been renting privately for the last few years, so I am happy to organise references for you from the owners of the houses.
