Hey you!

My name’s Ash, and I’m looking for a home for myself and my plants to settle into.

Here’s the top 5 reasons I’m great to live with:

1. I enjoy making things beautiful and will probably want to give you plants.

2. I keep things clean and love making a home feel cared for.

3. I am fun and quirky and a bit different, in all the right ways. Think trustworthy without being boring, fun without being selfish; and wholesome without being (just a little bit) reckless.

4. I’m currently writing a book that is something you’ll never have read before. That makes me a gun at conversation!

5. And, lastly — your place is safe with me. I’ll keep it respected, pay the rent on time, bring our own worm farm, and stay out of trouble.

Since we’re building, the name of the game is budget. If you have a $650 unit or granny flat for us to move into, asap, we’d be stoked.

In our miracle dream, we’re looking for 2 bed or 1 bed + office space. If not, 1 bed with a table or desk in the living space is brilliant too.

We have 2 cars, any chance of off-street for 1?
