Hi there! I’m currently looking for a private room for short-term accommodation in the inner suburbs, ideally in a townhouse or a modern/newly built apartment. Off-street parking is a must, please.

I’m looking for a private room suitable for two people. I’m not looking for a shared room, and I’d love to find a place where couples are welcome.

I’m looking for somewhere that feels like home, a place I’ll be happy to come back to after work. I’m easy-going, clean and tidy, and I really enjoy keeping my living space clean and comfortable. I love having my morning coffee in peace ☕️.

I do not smoke or drink.

I’m also quite handy around the house, so I’m always happy to help out with little things or fix something if needed 🛠️.

Ideally, I’m looking for a short-term arrangement with the flexibility to leave with two weeks’ notice.
