Hey I'm Zac, I'm a barista and musician, looking to start up or join a vibey sharehouse!

I live in a great sharehouse now but I think ideally I'd like to live with other creatives. It'd be cool to have a place where we can share gear, ideas, knowledge, maybe throw the occasional house gig, or just be on similar creative wavelengths.

I play guitar and sing, and I have a sound booth so not a huge noise-maker.
Don't have pets but don't mind them if they're cool.
Not really a party person as I'm usually up early AF doing the barista-ing, but not against the odd shindig.
I think what makes a good housemate is just being down to earth, communicating well so everyone's on the same page and being respectful.

Pretty open to moving wherever, my main thoughts are to be near places where music is happening so maybe the hills, or closer to the city, but I'm flexible.
