Hey everyone! I'm Nico 👋 I'm a painter by trade and have been running my own painting business for the past six years. I also work as a support worker with an incredible organisation that helps people with disabilities and those from challenging backgrounds through mentoring, sport, outdoor adventures, healthy living, and building confidence and independence. I genuinely enjoy helping people and staying connected with the community.
Outside of work, I'm a pretty active person. You'll usually find me at CrossFit, bouldering, playing volleyball or tennis, riding my bike, or exploring the outdoors. On weekends I love going for hikes, camping, spending time connecting, catching up with friends and family, or heading to the beach. Every now and then I'll check out a live gig too.
I'm looking for a house that feels like a home rather than just somewhere to sleep. I'm clean, tidy, respectful, and appreciate a relaxed, positive living environment. I believe everyone should have their own space, but it's also nice to have a housemate you can share a meal with, chat over a coffee, or watch a movie together from time to time.
After four great years in my previous place, the lease has come to an end, so I'm looking for my next home. Ideally, I'd love to live with someone who values kindness, communication, and keeping a clean home. Someone who enjoys an active lifestyle and has their own life, but is also happy to build a genuine friendship rather than just living as strangers.
I'm hoping to find a place between Currumbin and Kingscliff, with Coolangatta or Tweed Heads being ideal.
