Hey there! I work full time as an electrician for BHP on a 7/7 roster :) I’m just looking at what’s out there at the moment as I’m not in a real rush unless the right fit comes up. Long story short for the past 3 years I’ve been living in Fremantle paying an exorbitant amount of rent and finally the landlord is wanting the house back to sell. I think this has happened for a reason and am actually quite glad as I was paying so much in rent yet I was never there haha. As obviously half the year I am at work, when I am home I’m always out! Im either far away visiting my family south, or seeing my nan or friends. So I’ve realised I really was throwing money away and it was making my dream of buying a house seem further away. I’m in a pretty good position right now where I simply just travel around on my RnR between family etc and I’m not paying rent at all, my family love having me around so I could probably get away with this for the next few years and then buy my house 🤣 but I simply will miss my independence. And ofcourse I’d like to know I have my own place to retreat to. Plus I enjoy cooking and baking a lot. So again I’m in no rush unless someone has something suitable. I’m looking for the best possible fit for me that will also not be too expensive because I guess what I offer can be pretty good for someone else to. I’m never there as I mentioned, but another thing is if someone or a group of people are looking to establish a new house, I also have a whole house worth of furniture to offer. My current housemates for example paid more than myself as I provided the furnishings and appliances for the whole house. If that’s what someone needs or wants I can do that or if there is certain items such as a washer etc they require then we can discuss! Otherwise it will just go into storage :)
I’ve always preferred my own space especially my own bathroom but this time I don’t mind seeing if I can do things differently. Living with a more social household or even someone that appreciates I won’t be home often and just wants a bit of extra income. I’m clean and tidy and would say I have pretty good banter. I mean I have worked in a male dominated trade for 8 or so years now haha. I’m a non smoker and only rarely have a quiet drink. As I said I can’t ask for anything too specific as I’m not too sure what I want. I guess I just need somewhere modernish as I like my space to be bright and relaxing. Somewhere tidy:) I can’t be around cats as I’m allergic but dogs I love! My own bathroom is preferred but not necessary :) oh and definitely a spot for my car!
I’ve always love south of the river but realise I spend most my time north of the river and I like to know I’m close to my nan! So anywhere north for now is a preference. I’ve probably typed too much whilst also missing a lot out so just message me if you think you have something suitable!
