Liam

Hello!

My names Liam,
I’m 36 years old, I’m moving to Perth from Melbourne sometime in mid January 2026.
I work as a tattoo artist and have already organised a shop in north Perth. But also I will be looking to work a second part time job once I arrive to Perth until I build up enough clients at the new tattoo shop.

I clean up after myself whether it be the kitchen, lounge room, bathroom or my room and am happy to work out a cleaning schedule for communal areas we all use if needed.

I’m easy going, friendly and am very quiet around the house and respect personal space, although if housemates want to have a conversation or share a meal then I’m always available!...the rest of the time I exercise, study, work on different types of art and try and spend as much time outside with nature as I can.

Unfortunately I won’t be able to come for a physical inspection before I arrive but would be happy to do a video call or something similar. If you would like to ask me any questions feel free to message anytime.
