I’n Kurt, a 30 year old laid back individual who's on the lookout for a new room to rent! I work full time in the community services industry, keeping me busy most days of the week. Love spending time with my dog along with heading to the beach for some relaxation and walks! I also enjoy cozying up for movie nights and listening to music in my free time. If you're someone who shares these interests and values a comfortable living environment, I think we'd get along great as housemates!

I am looking to rent a room somewhere around West / North area preferably but open to other spots. I have lived out of home since I was young so I am highly independent & pretty handy with tools if anything ever needs to be fixed!

I’m more then happy to have yarn or a beverage but also understand the boundaries of shared living and personal space. I’m quiet, respectful and happy to help out around the house as much as needed!

I have a dog, Malik, so he would need to be welcome and allowed to stay where I am. He is very well trained, gets taken on daily walks and loves a snuggle!

Looking for something with around 1-2 housemates, max $250-$300 per week (not inc bills). LGBTQ+ friendly. Pet friendly. Hit me up if you have a living arrangement that would suit!

Would also be interested in finding a place to rent with someone if that was an option!
