Hello - I am a friendly, easy to get along with personality. I'm clean and tidy type but not OCD.. active, healthy and fairly busy lifestyle... I'm a home owner and manage my own rental property on the Sunshine Coast. I work as a small business branding/development consultant. I travel abit for work and I have elderley family committments on the GC as well. Mostly, I would not be home 7 nights a week - I'm respectful of others space. I'm social and enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. I Love dogs and would like to find a pet friendly environment. Non smoker, reliable, very easy to live with positive person. Flexible with move in date. I'm looking for a friendly, chill environment preferably near the beach.
