Room for rent

I have been approved for a house in Mermaid Beach and are searching for another housemate. The room will fit a queen bed and bedside table and has a small wardrobe.
House is very secure, large format and private. Close the the beach.

I work full time in recruitment and will be working from home full time with trips interstate for my job. I am searching for a housemate that enjoys their own space but also up for a chat, cook or a glass of wine/beer.
I am creating a very calm and positive household and are looking for another likeminded housemate.
House will be myself and another housemate who is already established for the larger room.
