Hi, I’m Kat....I'm currently on the hunt for a lovely furnished 2 bed, 2 bath unit in the city. I am looking specifically along the inner city river walk area, as that is where i am currently based and i love it. Ideally a budget of $500 each - or close to.
I am a full-time project manager and work on George Street in the city with 2 days working from home.
I have a small chihuahua who is a happy, healthy, sleepy 16 year old. He is fully house trained and come with shining references.

I am super clean, extremely organised and friendly. I pay my bills on time and would expect the same. Love gym, cooking and a good movie. I happily flutter around doing house work in days I’m working at home and i really like a nice tidy kitchen. I don't party and rarely entertain.

I'm just putting this out to the universe in case there is someone looking for the same! :)
