Hi I'm Russ, I'm 46.

I'm looking for a place on the Sunshine Coast, preferably around Maroochydore somewhere on the coast rather than the hinterlands but I am just looking for something short term before I get my own place.

If I'm not at work I usually keep to myself and watch a good TV series or movie but I am very much looking forward to doing some hiking, camping and diving in the area. I don't mind an occasional BBQ or would love to get a smoker if someone could teach me. I'm very clean and tidy and enjoy cooking a lot.

I don't drink much apart from coffee, don't drink much anymore and definitely don't party.

I have furniture for a one bedroom apartment but would still consider furnished and I am looking for something with my own space like a granny flat or studio. Would prefer separate to the house but still open to otherwise or even a room in a house if suitable to our needs.
