I am a respectful, single, non-smoker, non drinker, business owner and Fitness Professional. I have stated a 6 month period in my summary, but I would be open to 12 months or longer for the right place.

I work as a PT, Consultant and Business Owner, and I am looking for a secure place where I can stay and set up a compact bedroom/office in, to work from, ideally with an ensuite. I don’t need a lot of room.

The ideal situation would be a self-contained studio or bedroom with Ensuite. Ideal location is Scarborough, QLD, but I would certainly consider the broader Redcliffe Peninsular, Sandgate and Brighton, and for the right property I would also consider moving up to the Sunshine Coast or South into NSW.

I need to accommodate a double bed and be able to operate a home office with a large desk, cabinet and bookcase, as well as room for four guitars and some photographic equipment, and clothing. So a large bedroom would suffice if need be.
