🏡 Friendly Small Family Looking for a Long-Term Home in Kewdale & Nearby Suburbs

Hello,

We are a friendly, respectful and responsible family of three — myself, my wife and our 6-year-old daughter — looking for a clean, comfortable and peaceful home for the long term.

Kewdale is our preferred area, mainly because of our daughter’s school, but we are also happy to consider nearby suburbs with a convenient location for her school and our work.

A little about us:

👨 Myself: Disability Support Worker, working regular shift-based work
👩 My wife: Works at Woolworths and also has experience in support work
👧 Our daughter: 6 years old, and we are looking for a safe, tidy and healthy environment for her to grow up in.

We are currently living in Millbridge in the South West and are planning to move to Perth. We are currently renting through Elders Real Estate and can provide rental references if required.

🏠 What we are looking for:

- Long-term accommodation
- Kewdale or nearby suburbs
- Clean, quiet and family-friendly home
- Unfurnished is preferred, as we already have our own furniture and household items
- Furnished is also considered if there is good-sized garage/storage space
- Parking for our two cars

We have our own household items, including beds, mattresses, couch and various appliances/equipment, so a good-sized garage or storage area would be very helpful if the property is furnished.

We are clean, considerate and easy-going people. We take pride in looking after the place we live in and are looking for somewhere we can settle comfortably and stay for the long term.
