G’day maties, We’re three English geologists who will be moving to Perth early next year (Jan 3rd). We’re easy going and sociable chappies who enjoy sports, being outdoors and are partial to a few beers of a weekend. We’ve all lived in shared houses while at University, so know how to be good, tidy and respectable housemates We are looking to form a house with a few (2 - 4 more) sociable, tidy and respectable housemates, around our age, male or female, who we can get along with and hopefully share some good memories. Ideally, we’d like to be live somewhere where there’s things to do in walking distance, and an area where we can easily access both the city and nearby beaches. As we don’t know the Perth area and its suburbs to well, we’re open to suggestions on areas to live As geologists, we’ll most likely be working on separate FIFO (Fly In Fly Out) contracts, meaning one week we may be living in Perth, and the next with some kangaroos in the outback (hopefully you’ll be better housemates), so the odds are, not all three of us will be in the house at the same time. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to give us a message :) Happy house hunting, Paul, Paddy and James
I'm a positive and motivated person that is studying at WAAPA, and looking for somewhere close by to stay. Am just as happy to chat and socialise as I am to keep to myself, so I find that it's easy to live with all types of people. Things I like: reading, ukulele, piano, theatre, netflix, dancing & funky socks.
I am a mature student coming to Perth for a PhD study. I will be there from 21/2/19 to late May 2019. I am a fun person and down to earth. I love cooking and playing tennis. I enjoy my beer and wine. I am a neat and tidy person. What I need in my room is a desk, a chair, wifi, and a double bed (my husband might visit me once during the time).
Hi, My name is Thales and I'm 26 years old, I'm from Brazil and will be in Perth at February to study English and work half-time. Like to drink a beer and have a nice conversation, go to the beach and stuff like that! :)
Hi there. Just some background about me. My names Simon, I’m a 24 year old male and working full time. My background is Scottish/Chinese and I was born in Sydney but grew up in Malaysia. I’m looking for a place to stay for a few months so I can save up to move over to the Eastern states. I am a very laidback type of person who is sociable but also tend to keep to myself for the most part. In my down time I enjoy photography, martial arts and cooking. Would ideally like to move in with housemates that are clean and aren’t too loud as I’m a little bit of reserved individual.
A little about myself :) I am really easy going, always having a laugh, I am also quite adventurous, always taking off for last minute travels & adventures ✌️ I am originally from Perth but I have lived all over Australia and the world. I actually own my a house in Mt Lawley, I have however just recently back after living in Spain. I am going to keep renting it out for the next couple of years. I love my food and eating out. I am big into my health and fitness, Gym, yoga, surfing, skateboarding, the list goes on. I also love going down to the beach and reading a book or just chilling at home watching a movie :) I am very clean, proactive, motivated, bubbly and energetic. Troy :)
Attended boarding school for 5 years so I can get along with most people, I come from a farming background up north. I'm a DJ so you already know I like to go to clubs for fun and party. Can't Wait!
Hey! I'm a friendly gal who is clean, fun to be around, and loves a good chat! I can be quiet, and love some alone time (and respect others when they do too), but also down to enjoy a good glass of wine and a cheese board. I'm also partial to a good night out, but take my studies and work seriously. I'm a full-time student and will be for the next few years, so definitely keen to team-up with other students or full-time workers. Most of my spare time is spent watching Netflix or cooking (usually at the same time), making art, listening to music, and love a good game of sims! I'm looking to team up with someone to enter a new sharehouse, and love the idea of an old character home with wooden floorboards, but I do love new amenities (i.e kitchen, bathrooms ...) LGBT+ friendly, Smoker friendly, 420 friendly, pet-friendly, friendly friendly :) Feel free to message me with any other questions or queries!
I have lived out of home for almost 4 years so I know the deal with house-sharing! I am easy-going, quite social but also don't mind some alone time. I am half way through my Masters degree so would be nice to share with other students or people working full time around the same age as me (so we are all on the same page). I also love the beach and outdoor sports :) Looking to move out mid to late January 2019.
Easy going, fit healthy cycling enthusiast. Clean & tidy and respectful of others. Looking for a reasonable sized room with own bathroom. If you have a garage space available that would be a bonus or a carport would be good. Prefer to share a property with a maximum of 3 people.
I am 21 years old and work full time. I am a very tidy and organised person, and extremely clean. I enjoy watching netflix, cooking, and going out with friends on the weekend.
Hi All Im Dan, 24, looking for a room with some similarly aged and minded people in the inner north to north eastern suburbs. I require 1 bedroom with room for a double bed and desk and 1 parking spot (on-street would be fine). I work full time and study part time, i like to keep busy and am fairly quiet and easy going. Let me know if you think i would be a suitable fit for your houseshare! Cheers Dan
Easy going, love animals (dogs especially), quiet 99% of the time I work full time and partner currently works and studies part time Love chilling and watching some TV, listening to music and socialising to an extent, but also love sleep :)
I work in hospitality, and am a neat, friendly and social person. I have lived in a share house before, so I understand the balance of socialising and having private space in this situation. I was also good at paying bills and rent on time, so no worries there! I have lived my entire life in Western Australia, and like to sing, read, eat out, go to quiz nights and socialise.
I'm a part time worker and a student. Looking to share with other women only. I'm generally a pretty quiet person who would prefer a night in than go clubbing. I need to be in a household who is also reasonably quiet for the sake of my studies. I do like to chill and have a drink or 2 in my downtime, and enjoy a convo every now and then. I can be a bit of a clean freak as I'm very diligent with cleanliness and I like to be organized. I will only clean mess I have made though, as I believe we should all be responsible for cleaning up after ourselves. I have a cat named Tilly, who can be very shy at first, but very affectionate once she is comfortable with people. She does not cause any trouble, in fact may even be of use, as she will catch mice that may be around the house. I would be a great housemate, as I'm responsible but also easy going.
I'm easy going yet excitable and happy to chat but very respectful of peeps privacy and space. I like to keep a fit and healthy lifestyle still working on my work life balance but aren't we all lol. I'm up for meeting like minded people and trying new adventures. Looking for a place with secure parking while I'm away, aircon or fan in the bedroom so I can sleep in the summer months and a clean bathroom whether private or shared. Hit my up peeps I'm keen to come view places and see if we gel together as home mates. I'm a non-smoker, not huge on drinking but happy to have a drink to chill out and relax with Netflix or good company. Cheers Dani
I'm Lily, I am a 17-year-old student at John Forrest Secondary College. I am looking to move out and become independent from my parents. I am looking for a sharehouse as the majority of my friends aren't old enough or don't have the resources. I love to clean the house and I am a capable cook.
I'm an employed 28 year-old engineer who relocated permanently to Perth from Malaysia last November. Have lived with my current housemate for almost a year now with no problem as I am easy-going, considerate, respectful, neat and tidy. She can attest to that :) I'm moving because she will be moving back to Bunbury with her husband once the lease ends. I believe in the saying 'Don't do to others what you don't want to be done to you', hence I appreciate sincerity and honesty. I enjoy video games (have a PS4 but don't worry I will not fight for the TV as I have my own), going on amazing road trips, beaches, coffee-hunting, keeping fit and planning to take up guitar in due time (I promise to keep it quiet!!). I'm open to different adventures and activities as I'm excited to explore this beautiful new place I'll be living in for awhile. Though I am always down for adventures or night-outs, I also enjoy a quiet night in with movies and respect personal space. Not a FIFO but my work occasionally requires me to go offshore 1-2 weeks at a time. I'm looking for a room with a budget of 160-170pw (no bills included) or 180-200pw (bills included). Room doesn't have to be furnished as again, I have my own furnitures but preferably with good-sized BIR and able to fit queen size bed, a desk and bookshelf/ dresser (I might have to choose between the two :( if it doesn't fit). And sorry, I would prefer only females but couples excepted.
I am currently looking for accomodation in the Perth CBD, but would consider inner and outer suburbs, depending on location. I am quiet but love to make friends so once I get to know you I am a lot more open. Only temporary accomodation as my partner and I will be looking for a place of our own soon enough. I love watching Netflix and going to the gym. I spend a lot of time by myself but always up for a couple of drinks
I'm relaxed and pretty quiet. I am trying to fit a lot of study into a short amount of time (expanding my career options), so you may not see much of me. I like meditation, animals, and having a chat. Would prefer all expenses to be included in rent (electricity/gas/water and internet). I will need my own bathroom/ensuite, and for the whole place to be non-smoking (including outdoor areas). I like to live in a relaxed, fairly clean environment, but I'm not too fussed on who does what, as long as everyone else is happy. If you have a resident well-intentioned cat, that's a bonus.
I love people and enjoy good people who love life and have a good positive energy. I don't like drama queens or anybody who has problems who bring it home and onto their flatmates. Our homes are our havens so the vibe should.be a good strong one. I work 6 days a week and love to come home and cook a nice meal and then chill out with or without my flatmates depending on how social everybody is feeling on the day. I'm fair and honest and like people in general.
Hi guys! I am a 25yo high school Science teacher looking for a long term place for myself and my cat. I am super easy to get along with and enjoy dining out and gardening in my spare time! I’m looking for a social flat with max 2 other people where we can share a meal on occasion, go out to brunch or hang out on weekends! I’m not a clean freak but I do enjoy keeping things organised and tidy and am also not looking for a party flat. I have a car so some sort of parking space would be required. Ideally looking for a house in the Floreat, Innaloo, Mount Hawthorn areas but also open to North Perth and Mt Lawley areas too! Working in Woodvale so just need to have easy access to the freeway! Also interested in teaming up with people to find our own place together 😊
Hey all I am a super easy going guy, very tidy and keep to myself most of the time. Looking for a place to live as my current housemate is moving in with his girlfriend so we will not be renewing our lease. In my downtime I prefer to go visit friends rather than have them at the house, otherwise I just enjoy being in my room watching Netflix or chilling on my laptop.
Hello!! I’m moving to WA from Adelaide at the end of December and am looking for a place to call home. Ideally after a place close to the beach, but open to whatever is out there! Gender, etc not an issue. Preferably wanting to live with people around the same age however - sorry grandma. People with similar interests ideally! I'm super easy going, very tidy, really enjoy my alone time but always down for a yarn/drink/movie night/whatever. I’m respectful of shared spaces, house rules, quiet hours, etc. I spend my free time adventuring, watering plants, drinking coffee, hitting the beach, hanging out in the sun, skating, going for bike rides, going to gigs, spinning records and giving stick and pokes. I’m a musician, so always playing tunes, but know when it’s not the time - don’t worry!! Loves the memes. I’m currently working as a technician for a healthcare company, although undecided what I want to do once I’m over there - maybe continue in healthcare, sling beers or start that landscaping business I always talk about. Who knows! Hmu if there's anything else you'd like to know. We can conduct an interview over FaceTime or something for a laff. Peace! (^:
Quiet Person. Keep to myself. Great cook. Clean. Bills payed on time. Mature. In bands but dont play loud music at home. Wear my headphones all the time at home including for tv.
I'm from Brazil, moving to live and work in Perth on a permanent visa. I'm a very active person, like to be outdoors and around nature, go on hikes, and to travel whenever possible. At home I enjoy cooking, as well as keeping things clean and organized. I have previously lived in shared flats, so should be no problem to get along. Will typically stay in during weekdays, but would enjoy occasionally going out for eats and drinks on weekends. Since I will be moving from another country, I intend to have my daily routine established within a few weeks of settling in. Will arrive in Perth around Jan 30th, looking to stay close, or well-connected, to the CBD.
Next year I'll be making the journey to the other side of Australia, as I will be studying a bachelor of dance course at WAAPA. I would love to find a place with some beautiful quirky humans, who love a good laugh. I am a coconut milk, peanut butter loving chick, who is very clean and respectful of others space and belongings. I've lived in student accomodation before in the Netherlands, so I am very well adjusted to sharing, and all the little things that come with living in a space with others. As much as I love a chat, I do also love my alone time, to unwind and chill. My bachelor is a full time course, so I will be out of the house Monday - Friday around roughly 9am-5pm. If you like rice paper rolls, kombucha, and someone who won't be able to reach the top shelf in the pantry, I'm your girl.
Social, love chill vibes and a good time, but also like to keep my spaces clean and tidy. Work nights in Northbridge serving tequila and tacos, and train Muay Thai during the day in Highgate. Would love somewhere close by in between the two. Slide in my DMs and maybe we'll be watching Drag Race AS4 and discussing why Manila should win.
I’m a storyteller, a budding social worker, and a big fan of the Oxford comma. By that I mean, I’m writing a book, I’m studying social work, and I’m a pretentious twat.
From Perth and work full time for a not for profit. I’m quiet, clean, easy going, thoughtful. I enjoy being with friends, working out, and a couple of drinks here and there - not looking for a party house.
