Hello,

I am Tasmia, female, 25, a recent UTAS masters graduate (August graduation) who will be starting a graduate position at the Department of Health (at 22 Elizabeth street) on the 4th of February. I used to tutor at the university previously.

I'm looking for a place to move into from 1st February but this date can be moved forward if needed.

I'm fairly unobtrusive and spend a lot of time watching tv shows and such though I love to chat and have food and drinks with housemates if they are available. I used to go to gym a lot but I gave that up a bit ago, hopefully I'll start going back once things settle down. Cook on weekends, not very good at it. I like going hiking, but not too frequently, and would like to complete the cape pillar track sometime this semester.

I am pretty good with pets, love cats and dogs and would be happy to take any out for a walk if needed!

I should add that while I am happy to chat/skype/pay rent upfront right now/sign a contract/call/pay a deposit/send you a police check/whatever really, I will be returning to Australia on the 1st, so I won't be able to inspect the place myself before moving in as work starts on 4th. This also means I need a furnished room. I'm good to move in just based on pictures.

I'm willing to pay more for rent if the room is close to 22 Elizabeth street. I'm perfectly happy to take a room for longer/shorter than 6 months (though longer applies only if the room is close to 22 Elizabeth street). Thank you.
