Hello reader! My lease is expiring in mid-October and I need a change of scenery. :) I'm a 29 year old female working full-time (Mon-Fri) in Government and studying Criminology & Criminal Justice part-time at University. I don't smoke or have any pets, however I love all animals, big or small! Very easy to get along with and respectful. Love a good chat but also like my own space and respect others needing their own space. Ideally looking for a large unfurnished room or studio apartment to rent, with max housemates 1-2 (females only!). A non-party house is definitely my preference because I'll be super boring and study most weekends during the day. :)
Hello, I'm looking for a room in a share house close to the University of Tasmania(Hobart Campus) for the long term. I'm party-free, studious, a non-smoker and master’s student. I'll arrive at Hobart around mid-September. Please DM me. :)
...Aspirational, ...Dreamer... ...Intent on building a solid foundation here in Tasmania...presently approaching almost 3 Months here on this occasion. I’ve lived in Tasmania before...for a couple of years...but, not for a decade...and, in the Northern Midlands... Returned to Tas mid-May... Love the rural regions...and the Connection to Nature such places afford... Work and Personal Plans for the immediate future shall suffice to keep me busy... ...I haven’t come here to sit around and waste time... I don’t watch telly...you can have the remote.. When not doing something positive at home, I’d be exploring...or walking within the vicinity...or further afield. Flexible on stay time...and all else... An Olde, Haunted Place is Fine, too..! Stayed in the Northern Midlands for a time, then Swansea, as part of my journey to Hobart... ...I have a part-time gig that does me well...and would be happy to discuss what you may have available... Thx. ...Post Script - ...I’m Living in My Own Cashless Society... Prefer Place with no Bond... ...Add to that... - 420 Friendly.
I am good-natured and decent. At 41, I am mature. I work in the higher education sector in Tanzania, my home country; now I am on study leave for PhD studies at the Uni of Tasmania. For three years. I also expect to look for a part-time job. I like watching comedy and drama movies. I neither drink nor smoke. I also like watching soccer. I am a fan of Arsenal FC in the EPL.
We are very low maintenance & clean up after ourselves. I work as a DJ, so unfortunately we will be strolling in at early hours of the morning 3-4 days of the week. We like being very social with our friends, but when we are not doing that, we stay very quiet when home alone.
HI All, I'll be starting a graduate course in Battery Point in September so I'm looking for a place to call home. I'm friendly, easy-going, love nature, dogs, love cooking new cuisine, house-sit as a holiday, love shopping, love home styling, bargain hunter and love people. Not too chatty, enjoy my alone time but enjoy cooking meals together. When living with people, people will do things that you don't like. I think it's better to talk, even at the risk of not being politically correct. Talking helps us realise that most people don't see the world the way we do. I'm looking for housemates who think the same.
I am a full time law student in UTAS. I enjoy the outdoors, badminton, music and board games. As a Malaysian living in a boarding school for six years, I am used to adapting to different types of people and situations. I am clean, responsible, honest, quiet and lively. I am currently trying to live as carbon neutrally as possible. I am looking for a clean, quiet, affordable and accessible place to live as I do not own a car. A place with sunlight for my plants would be nice. Cheers, Wai.
Have recently moved to Tasmania from Western Australia, will be working full time and hoping to find a place in Hobart or surrounding areas. Friendly, fun, mellow, clean, spend a lot of time outdoors (surfing, diving, hiking etc), very into music and arts, always up for a beer. Looking to move immediately. Flexible length of stay. Looking to move in with a friend, also from W.A. called Hannah, she is an Occupational Therapist working full time in Hobart who is always up for adventures, and loves the beach!
