Hi, I am from Fremantle WA and I have just moved to Hobart to last week to start a new job. I am now looking for a long term sharehouse in the central Hobart area. I will be working in the city as a health professional and will also be doing honours at UTAS in medicines management. I am a friendly, easygoing, clean and considerate person. I have good communication skills and am respectful of other peoples space. I am looking for room in a central area where I can either walk or cycle to work - Sandy Bay, West Hobart, or South Hobart are good areas for example. I would prefer a furnished room but unfurnished is possible for the right location and nice people :) I am willing to pay up to about $260 per week for a room in a share house or a little more for a self contained space. I live a healthy lifestyle - I do yoga daily and eat well. I like to play my flute occasionally and love getting out into nature for a bushwalk. I like to be able to chat and have good conversations with people I live with, and I also also enjoy quiet time and space to relax and study. I am looking for a medium to large bedroom, preferably with some sunlight and a nice garden and in a relaxed and friendly house. Not keen on living with indoor smokers or heavy drinkers. I look forward to hearing from you.
I work full-time so you won't see me much. I am clean and tidy. I like to keep to myself and socialise on occasion. And I have never missed a rent payment. I have two cats that are very chill, they have never done any damage to a property and they are both outdoor cats.
Hello everyone, I am Sunny, pursuing my Doctoral studies in Law at UTAS. I am looking for long term accommodation for at least 6 months or more in Sandy bay or near by suburbs. Me and my wife are currently living in temporary accommodation in Battery point and looking for long term stay. We are respectful of others space and belongings. We are an outgoing, friendly couple and are very clean and organized. Please feel free to contact me if you need any other info. Thanks.

I am looking for suitable accommodation in Hobart or surrounding areas. I am 29 years old professional engineer and moving to Tasmania on skilled migration, so initially I am looking for accommodation for 2,3 months and if agreed mutually the duration can be prolonged later on. I am a clean, friendly and open minded person, like to socialize and meet new people. At the same time, I respect the privacy of others and also know that everyone needs some personal space too.
Hello! I'm an easy going, friendly person moving from Brisbane to Hobart who's looking to do some post graduate study. I like socialising with friends and making new ones too but I also value time to myself when needed. I enjoy photography and exploring natural environments.
Hi there! I do own a car so parking, whether on the street or not, is a must. I have a partner (he is 27 and very respectful) he studies at UTAS and works full-time as a social worker. !!!He will NOT be moving with me, but he must be able to visit. I am not looking for a house share with high restriction rules.!!! I'll introduce myself first. I'm 25 and study full-time at UTAS . I am currently studying a Bachelor of Justice Studies which I am in my first year. My university days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday however most weekends I would be cooped up with my laptop studying. I originally come from Queensland (however born in NSW). I have been in Tasmania for a year and five months. I'm a neat and tidy person, quiet and very respectful (I don't party, nor do I drink during the weekdays. I will have a glass of wine on the weekends. I also hardly go out clubbing (maybe once every three months)). I am currently living in Dodgers Ferry, but because of the travel to UTAS I would prefer to live in the city or near the city The room would have to be furnished as I do not own a bed or other essentials apart from toiletries.
We are both from the Netherlands. We have been together for 10 years and starting our new life in Tasmania. We are quiet, though like a chat but will mostly keep to ourselves. We are looking to share a house with people who value cleanliness and hygiene. We are looking for a double room in a share house anywhere not too far from the centre of Hobart.
