I am, however, very flexible with move dates and am patiently searching for the right place to call home :) I currently spend my days teaching gardening and teacher assistanting (not 'assassinating,' as autocorrect would like me to write) at a local primary school. When I'm not doing that, I enjoy spending time outside running, cycling, climbing, bushwalking, snorkelling or doing any other recreational activity that somebody suggests to me. I also like to read, write, and practice photography and videography. My friends and colleagues describe me as calm and quiet, although I do love a good chat over a cup of tea or a walk. I have always liked doing meals, cuppas and adventures with my housemates, but I also respect people's privacy and downtime. Hey, my name is Rohan and I have recently started work as a lawyer in a Hobart CBD firm. I have been living in sharehouses for the past 5 years whilst at university and work, so I am very familiar with sharehouse environments! My current lease ends in mid January, but I am flexible as to a start time either before or after this time. I am keen to live with likeminded housemates who are also clean and respectful. In an ideal world it would also be great to be social with my housemates. My current house has a cooking roster where we each cook for eachother one night a week, and something similar would be great to slot into! I have had my fair share of partying days, and would certainly not be against hosting gatherings from time to time. But generally speaking I am in in my 9-5 era, so am often not up super late especially during weeknights. Others who are clean and respectful of sleep would be my main priority.
