$300/week•31 year old male
I'm working in The Netherlands as a full time medical PhD scholar. As part of my PhD I will spent two months working with other medical researchers and technicians from the University of Tasmania. In my spare time I love to go (technical) scuba diving and assist in teaching as a divemaster. After the two months of research I'm planning to spent a few weeks visiting some highlights of Australia and Tasmania in particular. Around that time my girlfriend will join me, it would be great if we could stay a few weeks longer, although our plans are not set in stone yet.

Hi all! I'm a 25 year old female PhD student from the UK living across the bridge in Hobart, hoping to move closer to the city and uni. I work a pretty regular routine Monday to Friday, and like playing footy, writing and reading in my spare time. Looking for a 2 to 5 bed share house, and am happy to live with any gender/age and more than happy if you have pets :) My move date says March but can move earlier if somewhere's available!

Hi! I'm Chris, I'm 25 and a quarter way through my Masters degree in marine and Antarctic science at IMAS. Moving out of my West Hobart place due to lease change. Need to find a place preferably before the end of January. I ride a bike or use my car for transport. My interests include outdoor adventuring (hiking, cycling, slacklining, freediving, spearfishing, rock climbing and bouldering), playing guitar, music and photography. Always up for a chat/drinks/chills, but frequently on hiking, diving and camping trips. Looking to move in with other postgraduate students/full-time workers. Previously worked full time 2018/2019 in Melbourne before commencing my masters in June 2019 here in Hobart. Open to other cultures, backgrounds, identities, LGBTQIA+ and alternative lifestyles. My academic interests centre around climate science, global ecology and solutions to climatic and environmental problems. My previous studies focus on medicinal chemistry conducting research within the medical industry - career change due to environmental concerns and interest. Exceptionally clean and tidy, lots of gardening/handyman/maintenance/landscaping experience. Get in contact, happy to chat online or over the phone.

Hi my name is Harley I'm finishing up my history thesis on Tasmanian water management and working part-time. I am a very respectful person, neat and tidy. I get active most days and train kickboxing and play on a few basketball teams. If I've got some spare time at home I'd probably read a book, practice stretching or listen to a podcast. Always up for a good chat or a laugh.

Hi, I'm Sam. I am 24 years old from Brisbane/Gold Coast. I love sport, playing guitar, socializing and the great outdoors. I've just graduated from UQ in Brisbane and am moving to Hobart to start my new job as a Civil Engineer. I'm seeking to join a friendly and social household of young adults when I arrive in Hobart on the 8th of February. I'm a friendly guy so if you think I might fit in with your sharehouse, give me a call :)

Easy going professional tour guide. Typically travel over the winter and return to Hobart for the summer season but this season will be starting at UTAS in February. Originally from Scotland but now loving Tasmania and getting to show visitors how awesome it is. I enjoy cooking and socializing over food. Often I find myself still driving and hiking when I enjoy my days off though often I'll take my camera as an excuse to get out to explore new parts of the state. Pretty happy relaxing with Netflix as a way to wind down after long shifts. I collect music and enjoy a decent band or DJ when I can plan it around work and I'll play out if there is an opportunity to do so. This will be my fourth season housesharing. Reliable and happy to chip in keeping the place together. I don't smoke and it's pretty rare I'll have a drink because work is my priority over the summer.

Hey everyone! I'm Clara, a French 28-year-old travelling in Tassie. My boyfriend is also 28 but Scottish. We're mostly looking for a room for him for about 2 months but I'll likely be staying with him quite a lot that first month so we want to make sure everyone is cool with it. Looking forward to meeting you.
