My name is Riley (M, 23) and I have been accepted last minute into a Masters of Music (Conducting) degree at UTAS and am looking for a place to reside. While I don’t have a job in Hobart yet (I’m in Newcastle, NSW) I have plenty of savings and have parents willing to go guarantor for my rent. –I can easily provide proof of both. I will be looking at getting a part-time job in the wine industry since that is my passion after music. Being a musician I will make a bit of noise from time to time but I’ve heard it’s mostly pleasant (I play Sax and Clarinet).
I am an energetic Dutch girl who likes to travel and meet new people. At the moment I'm looking for work in Hobart and I'm planning to stay for half a year. So a share flat would be amazing to live in. I never leave a mess behind so you don't have to worrie about that!
Hey my names Kira. I'm 21 years old and currently working in Hobart with the ATO full time. I'm currently in a living situation that doesn't suit my 'house proud' views. I do love house mates all putting in the same effort to keep the place nice. (I'm not a clean freak though, don't get me wrong) I love cups of tea and chats about travel. Now, I do own a rat (don't freak out please) I promise you, he's such handsome and loveable boy. I keep him and his cage super tidy, he's in love with anyone who offers him chickpeas and a game of fetch with a paper ball. 🐀 I'm looking for a place near Hobart area due to work and no licence. Please feel free to message me and ask me any questions about myself ect. ☺️

Hi, My name is David and I will be moving to Hobart very shortly to start the paramedic programme at UTAS. I am looking to rent a room in a fun, chilled, and happy house. I moved to Hobart in November for a PhD in marine ecology at UTAS and am currently looking for a long-term rental. Priorities: I am a respectful house mate and I hope to live with people who are of the same inclination: respecting other peoples' space, being clean and tidy, and good communication are all important. I am very open to hanging out and doing things like cooking dinners with house mates. A garden or balcony to grow some fruit and veg would be a major plus. I have no pets, but love animals. Am open to house mates who have/want pets! Look forward to hearing from you! :) Cheers, Kieran.
Hello potential house mate, I am looking for a shared house close to UTAS as I am starting my second year of marine biology. Changing from JCU Townsville as I wish to work in the Antarctic. I am currently overseas at the moment so please email for now. I love travelling and all things outdoors especially when it comes to the ocean. Plus Tassie has skiing so looking forward to falling over a few more times :p and the summer hike via cradle mountain. Not sure if I am fit enough for that one yet (we will see.) If you have any questions fill free to ask. Looking forward to hearing from you!
I am moving from Ballarat (near Melbourne) to Tasmania to complete my Masters of Psychology (Clinical) at UTAS. I will be in Tasmania for two years and would love to find somewhere I can stay for both years. I am very quiet, clean and hardworking. I am a very fun person who enjoys socialising, but will also be very busy studying and on placement these next two years. I have never paid my rent or bills late and I am incredibly organised. I can start paying rent anytime and have full support from my parents, centrelink and will be working. My girlfriend of four years is living in Melbourne and so I will be there visiting her many weekends/university holidays. I am originally from The United States, but please don't hold that against me - I can make some mean southern food!
