Hi! I am a fine dining food and beverage professional, studying a Bachelor of Natural Environment and Wilderness Studies at the University of Tasmania. I like to hang out with my 2 very cute pups. (and likes to share his cooking-bonus points!). My dogs, Elsa and Zappa are 5 and 8 years old and are professional sunbathers. They are Bull Arabs and love love love to cuddle. I don't smoke and am not a big drinker. I'm very tidy (comes with the job). Ideally I'd like to live somewhere walking, bus or cycling distance to the city. I'm looking forward to the move to Hobart and can't wait to meet you!

Hi there! I am Ha, a Vietnamese student that has been in Melbourne for a couple of years and I am relocating to Hobart to continue my studies at UTAS. I am looking for a budget, clean and safe private room to stay starting from mid-Feb (20th February) for about 6 months to 1 year, ideally close to my study, city center and public transport (preferably 30 mins maximum by bus). Short term is also possible. I am happy to offer $200 per week, including bills. However, further negotiation can be done too. A little bit about myself: I am a respectful and outgoing person that enjoys socializing with other people, but also respect each other’s boundaries and privacy. I am also a non-smoker, have no pet, clean, mature, responsible, friendly and would be paying the rent on time Please do let me know if you have any room available or need any further information from my side. Please feel free to contact me. Thank you for your time in reading this!

$300/week•22-23 year old female and male
We're a working couple, who are easy going and reliable house mates. We've both been independently flat sharing for the last few years. We're clean, respectful and looking to meet new friends. We have rental references available on request. i (Caitlin) work two jobs and i'm studying early childhood. My partner James works part time and is a uni student studying his bachelor of music. in our spare time we play video games, watch movies, cook dinner together and go to the gym. We Love dogs and cats so a house that already has pets is fine with us! I have my full drivers license and a little car. If we sound like the perfect fit for your house we would love to meet up for a coffee and introduce ourselves some more! Thanks Caitlin & James.

I’m active, positive and love being outdoors. I’m employed full time as a scientist. I enjoy cooking, reading, wine, coffee and eating out. I’m moving to Hobart from QLD for a new job and keen to find somewhere for 3-6 months that is furnished while I settle in Hobart. If the place is right, then I’ll happily stay until the end of the year. Work will be in Kingston but looking for something in Hobart and will drive or cycle to work.

I've been in Melbourne for one and a half year. My plan in 2020 is to go to Tassie for further education and experiencing something new. The ideal housemate in my eyes is neat, friendly and maybe outgoing a bit (to make up for my terrible convo starting skill mostly :D). Besides from my quiet, introvert self that you will usually see at home, I'm down for a hang out, a drink or even a night party on the weekend. P/s: Please pardon me for my unhealthy eating habit, terrible shower singing and we might be best mates ever :)

I study media at UTAS, I enjoy a wide range of activities from hiking to winning at Mario Kart. I enjoy socialising over a couple drinks or after dinner, but also enjoy and value time to myself, so you could say I'm pretty easy going. I'm currently searching for work, so the welfare/unemployed tick is only temporary. I'm looking for a house with good people who enjoy each others company where I won't disturb the flow, and working amenities are always nice.

I'm a happy and social 30 year old PhD student who enjoys a quiet lifestyle and loves being outdoors. When I'm not studying I'm usually out taking photos, catching up with friends or hanging out with my 5 year old Aussie Shepherd. We are looking for a dog-loving household with friendly flatmates who enjoy each others company but also respect each other's space.

Hiya, I'm looking for a large bedroom within cycling distance of Utas Sandy Bay campus. Maybe Glebe, North, West or South Hobart. Just wrapping up my fourth season tour guiding and about to start a degree focusing on social justice and human rights. I'm easy going and friendly. I lived in a few share houses over the years I've been guiding but have travelled each winter and given up my room each season. Now I'm looking for a base whilst I study that has space to think and breathe and be creative. Not after a party flat as I want to get the most out of my studies. I enjoy cooking and socializing over food so being able to communicate with flatmates and invite the odd friend round is important to me. I'm really into music, art and film and hope to develop some kind of social life now I can dedicate some time to Tassie rather than just work and travel. My lease runs out end of March so I'm trying to line up somewhere better suited for then.
