Hi all! My name’s Niamh, a 21yr old slightly sleep deprived and queer student. I’m looking to move out of my current place in SoHo in early to mid February 2026.

About me:
I’m a volleyball fanatic so can usually be found with an excesses amount of bruises.
I love books and plants, and have been know to hoard them like a dragon.
I work part time as a barista so if you have an espresso machine, immediate win.
I can often be found crafting/sewing at obscene hours.
I’m in my second year of study at UTAS and loving it (most of the time!).
When I’m not studying or throwing myself after a volleyball, I enjoy playing dnd, watching movies/anime, or drawing. Generally I'm pretty busy during the week so keep to myself and am quiet when at home.
I’m a clean and considerate person with share house experience, and will happily maintain a living space. I’m also not a party-person, but don’t mind a chill night with friends or family.

It’s important to me that my living space is cosy and safe. LGBTQIA+ accepting is a must, and being respectful of people’s spaces and boundaries. I’d love an eco-conscious home if possible as well.

I don't smoke or own any pets, but neither bother me. I’d also love to help look after any furry companions as well🥰
