Hi, I am from Fremantle WA and I have just moved to Hobart to start a new job. I am looking for a long term share-house or studio apartment in the central Hobart area. I am also interested in the possibility of teaming up with others and taking on a lease. I work in the city as a health professional and I am studying honours in Medicines Management at UTAS. I am a friendly, creative, clean and considerate person. I have good communication skills and am respectful of other peoples space. I would like to live in a location where I can either walk or cycle to work - Sandy Bay, West Hobart, South Hobart, North Hobart and Battery Point are good areas for example. Furnished or unfurnished is fine. I am ideally looking for a good sized bedroom with some sunlight, a bit of a backyard/garden, and with relaxed and friendly people. I am willing to pay up to about $260 pw rent for the right sharehouse, and more for self contained space. I live a fairly healthy lifestyle. I do yoga every day - I'm a qualified yoga teacher. I like to recycle and use eco-friendly house products. I enjoy playing my flute occasionally and especially like getting out into nature for a bush walk. I enjoy having good conversations with housemates, and I also also appreciate quiet time and space. I don't mind dogs but I absolutely love cats - if you have a cat that would be a plus! :) I look forward to hearing from you.
Hi there My name is Ricki I'm 29 years old. I'm planning to move to Hobart and do some study in July. I am a quiet person but also adventurous. I read and travel a lot, I am very easy going, I love meeting people and share stories. I love to be tidy and clean.
My name's Leonard, I come from China and I just arrived Hobart about 6 month. I graduated form English Language Center 1 month ago, and now I'm studying in my first semester in UTAS, master of accounting. I'm a kind and friendly person, and I don't have any bad living habits. No smoke, quiet and tidy. I really want to rent a pretty room for myself and hope to make friends in this beautiful city! I don't have a car, so I prefer my future room is near the UTAS , The acceptable distance for me is I can walk to school shorter than 40 mins, and if some supermarkets near the home that fantastic! Best wishes!
Hello! I'm Clare, I'm a mature student at UTAS and I also work for the university. I like to cook, run and sing (not at home!) and try to live sustainably where I can. I'm a tidy, responsible and friendly housemate; I like my quiet time but also enjoy sharing a cuppa or occasional meal. I'm looking for a room in a house with a kindred spirit or two; or a studio, granny flat or self-catering homestay.
I'm a 23yr old Physiotherapist from Melbourne. I love dogs, camping, hiking, walks, pretty much anything out doors! I also love reading and chilling out on the couch. I can cook and I'm happy to keep a clean and tidy house. I am looking for a home where everyone is respectful but also enjoys being social (whether that be a few beers/wine, or a cup of tea and a movie night)
I come from China and I graduated from the University of New South Wales. I have lived in Sydney for three years. I will go to Hobart for learning Hospitality Management. I am easygoing and quiet, no pet, no smoking, no party. I hope to find a furnished single room.
Hi there, my name is Emma, I’m 23 years old originally from Adelaide. I’m a geologist and have moved to Tasmania for work so I drive to Queenstown for 8 days each fortnight. I’m fun, sociable, love to chat, play board games or watch movies. I also play dodgeball and badminton and love animals. I’m very easygoing, organised, helpful and respectful. I haven’t lived with housemates before but grew up with two sisters and a variety of pets
Hello! I'm an easy going, friendly person moving from Brisbane to Hobart who's looking to do some post graduate study. I like socialising with friends and making new ones too but I also value time to myself when needed. I enjoy photography and exploring natural environments.
I’m easy-going, friendly, quiet and can tidy/clean up after myself. I’ll be re-locating to Hobart for work mid August. I work full time in the health services. I’m a none smoker and enjoy the occasional drink. I live hiking, cycling, exploring arts, music, good food, and finding new cafes to hang out. I’m looking for a place with one or two others of similar age, short term to start with, while I get settled in to a new city and surroundings. I may extend this if I find the right place. I’m over the party houses but enjoy cooking and having dinner and wine occasionally. Feel free to get in touch.
