$200/week•40 year old male
Hi everyone, in the process of relocating down to beautiful Tasmania (would have been May if not for Covid). I work full time for a not for profit organisation based just outside Hobart, so looking for a room in a share house anywhere around there. I think I’m pretty chilled and always up for a chat but do like my downtime as well. If the house has a dog that would be a bonus. I enjoy the great outdoors/camping/gym and look forward to exploring all Tas has to offer. I’m bringing all my worldly possessions with me so would need a bigger room and possibly some storage space for some of my gear (large tool box, push bike etc) *update- I have landed in Devenport and will be out of hotel quarantine this Friday 25th Sep and driving down to Hobart. I’ll see everyone soon :)

Disclaimer: I changed the move date to December. I have the profile up pre emetivley. Currently waiting to go to uni next year to study social work and going on to public mural work and arts, I turn 20 in November and don't work full time currently, but do paid art workshops etc with the local youth centre. I'm fairly independent, but not antisocial. I just want somewhere private to live, with responsible enough people. I don't have any pets, but I do have a collection of much-loved succulents and other plants. I'm totally open to organising my own moving, transport & and furniture, as long as I can view the place first. If other housemates want to go out and do stuff I'm down for that too. I love to go to the state cinema and music events when I can. I always clean, vacuum and wash my own stuff, I'd just prefer to be able to use household cleaning supplies. Regarding rent and bills, as long as it's not over 200$ (inc bills) I'm good to cover that.

I believe I'd be a wonderful addition to your rental community and here's why. I am employed at Subway and have been working full-time for 2 years on a manager's position and I am quiet and friendly, a good neighbour who always pays bills on time. In my free time, I like to read, cook and I am a fitness freak so I love to spend time gym.

I am looking to move out of my current house in mid November (once uni semester 2 finishes). Ideally Sandy Bay or South Hobart, West or North Hobart at a push! The shortest walk to uni is a priority for me :) Grew up in Hobart, lived away for 6 years and i've been back nearly 2 years. Current Master of Teaching student specialising in secondary music education. Studying full time, hoping to gig over summer and planning to take on some teachers-aide work part time. Love making music (songwriting, singing, re-learning fiddle), reading, drinking tea, knitting, gardening (with enthusiasm rather than expertise) and am vegan. I am fully house-trained having thrived in (and survived) many sharehouse experiences, both here and abroad. A cleaning roster appeals to me, as does a weekly/fortnightly communal meal and some housemate socialising - It is important to me that people feel safe and comfortable in shared living spaces. Looking for a room to rent in an existing share house, or to start a new home with some friends.

Heeey! I'm an easy-going, tidy and creative gal who is very social, yet considerate and respectful. I work at a cafe/bar in North Hobart, and am undertaking a double bachelor degree of Science and Arts full time at UTAS. I usually like to be productive in my free time with bushwalking, reading, or sewing but also enjoy going out for a beer or having a bit of down time at home. I'll drink a lot of cuppas throughout the day and can make many for everyone on the go; and certainly get around cooking big vegan meals to share! I love plants, and so would love to start or get in on a veggie patch if possible. :)) Looking for friendly & respectful housemates, cheeers!
