I’m a college student who is currently looking for work. If I were to sharehouse, I’d only consider someone who is quiet (in the sense that they don’t have people coming and going from the house constantly). I don’t like house parties and I don’t like indoor smokers. I like to keep the space tidy. I do have pet rats, however they are caged animals and they don’t smell for as long as their cage is kept clean. In my spare time I like to read, play games (video and board games), and go for walks.
Hello! I'm a French PhD student, currently working in Paris on underwater volcanism, coming over to Hobart to work on a short project at UTAS research lab. I am looking for a place to stay from September 21st to November 13th 2019 (or close enough, I can stay in a hostel for a few days if needed). I am quiet and respectful of others, friendly and a good cook (although I'll probably be quite busy with work). I'm used to flat/house-sharing. I'm also a huge pet lover (I have a dog in France but don't worry I won't be bringing him)! I smoke a bit but never indoors. I'm looking forward to hearing from you! Cheers, Mathilde
Hi :) I'm a super clean, generally quiet at home yet a plenty self-expressed woman, passionate about dance, dessert (I like to bake!), and dogs 😊 (A beautiful black kelpie will let me visit her weekly). I seek a *smoke and drug-free* comfortable, homely and sunny space (not too chic, not too shabby) where I can contribute my energy and share deliciousness in the kitchen, store some stuffs, maybe create art, and to veggie garden for therapy and sustainability :) I am also doing my bit by doing my best to aim for living zero waste. I should add that ideally, I desire a quiet and calm space with only 1 other, maybe 2, and without children. I'm not a recluse however - I do enjoy deep intelligent conversation and a safe social environment! 😊 Did I mention I like to cook and feed people? 😉 And I do so regularly at Source Community Wholefoods 😁 I love all animals and if possible, would love to come with my one absolute lovebug of a feline boy rescued from a garbage bin (!) and his spirit brother who due to his first weeks being torturous, is less social. I've also raised a few hens who can supply golden yolks if you don't mind (but will rehome if necessary) 💛 For the love of fresh air, stars and energetic solitude, I prefer a quiet green space (less than 25 mins to town) to tight residential but am certainly open to options 😀 Please, let's talk rather than text 🕉 Smiles, Sufiyo Rubyn PS: My paid plan expires 28th August so I may not have access to your message unless you are a paid member :(
Hello reader! My lease is expiring in mid-October and I need a change of scenery. :) I'm a 29 year old female working full-time (Mon-Fri) in Government and studying Criminology & Criminal Justice part-time at University. I don't smoke or have any pets, however I love all animals, big or small! Very easy to get along with and respectful. Love a good chat but also like my own space and respect others needing their own space. Ideally looking for a large unfurnished room or studio apartment to rent, with max housemates 1-2 (females only!). A non-party house is definitely my preference because I'll be super boring and study most weekends during the day. :)
Looking for a room, I'm a considerate and positive person. I'm originally from Scotland but been in Australia for 5 years. I'm studying online to be a counsellor and currently working as a waitress. Love to go for coffee and do hikes, beach days, seeing and doing new things. I am creative and like to paint and sew and garden..love growing vegetables and i do yoga. Eat mostly vego but occasionally I do eat fish and chicken. I clean up after myself. I'm not a party animal but i do like meeting people. . I do like my own space even though I am social. I am an animal lover so don't mind pets.
I am good-natured and decent. At 41, I am mature. I work in the higher education sector in Tanzania, my home country; now I am on study leave for PhD studies at the Uni of Tasmania. For three years. I also expect to look for a part-time job. I like watching comedy and drama movies. I neither drink nor smoke. I also like watching soccer. I am a fan of Arsenal FC in the EPL.
I am a full time law student in UTAS. I enjoy the outdoors, badminton, music and board games. As a Malaysian living in a boarding school for six years, I am used to adapting to different types of people and situations. I am clean, responsible, honest, quiet and lively. I am currently trying to live as carbon neutrally as possible. I am looking for a clean, quiet, affordable and accessible place to live as I do not own a car. A place with sunlight for my plants would be nice. Cheers, Wai.
Have recently moved to Tasmania from Western Australia, will be working full time and hoping to find a place in Hobart or surrounding areas. Friendly, fun, mellow, clean, spend a lot of time outdoors (surfing, diving, hiking etc), very into music and arts, always up for a beer. Looking to move immediately. Flexible length of stay. Looking to move in with a friend, also from W.A. called Hannah, she is an Occupational Therapist working full time in Hobart who is always up for adventures, and loves the beach!
Hi folks I'm looking for a for a suitable accommodation. Most times I´m working and studying but at home I like to talk to flatmates as well as respect their privacy. I´m neat and tidy so I´d like to live with similar people. Well a little about me: I like sports, playing guitar (but I don´t have one now), travelling and videogames. I look forward to hearing from you Cheers
I'm Manu recently graduated in Construction Management, and relocating to Tasmania for the employment purpose. I'm very much considerate, down to earth, open-minded, ambitious, energetic, friendly, outgoing person, and also I've lived in shared house/flats for numerous years in the UK, so I know my role in the house when it comes to cleaning, taking responsibility and co-operating for the well-being of my housemates. Further, I'm very keen on working out at the gym in order to keep myself fit and healthy, and if you're a fitness enthusiast then we can mutually benefit to achieve our respective goals. In addition, cooking has always been my passion and if you want to fancy any of my recipes I would be glad to cook. I eat most of the time cooking at home; however, I'm fond of eating at restaurants occasionally or perhaps have a drink during the weekends. Further, I practice ashtanga yoga, pranayama regularly, other hobbies include reading, swimming, MMA, etc. I'm particularly seeking flatmates who possess similar interests.
