$220/week30 year old male

Hi guys, my name is Riccardo and I am a 31 years old guy. Boring information about me! I am currently travelling tassie with my van, east coast at the moment and will be back in Hobart next Monday. I will be starting to study Remedial massage therapy at NIET in Salamanca from the 5th of April for 1 year. In the past 10 years I have been moving around every 6 months, I lived in the UK, three cities in Spain, New Zealand, Australia and now Tasmania, I had hundreds of flatmates and never really had any problems with anyone. I am definitely not into drinking parties anymore, but nice dinner parties with friends and good chats (wich they include alcohol, but in a different set up) ! This Remedial massage therapy course will be my "first ever real commitment" of my life, and I will be taking it very seriously, the course will be 20 hours a week throughout 4 days, 3 in the college and one online. I will be also working 20 hours a week (most probably hospitality wich is my job, and preferring morning shifts, a coffee shop of some sort would be ideal). I am very much into cooking, unfortunately i am not vegan/vegetarian but aware of the monstruosity that intensive farming is, trying to cut out from my diet as many as possible animal products (but don't say no to the occasional barbie). I also don't buy single use products and try not too buy plastic in general/going for bulk portions, and I'd love to contribute to take care of the veggie garden if you've got one! I normally have a healthy life style, going to the gym often, Including boxing and yoga classes, I will be also (hoping sooner than later) buy a mountain bike and explore the trails as much as I can (no climbing for me sorry). I am always up for a hike or a dip in the ocean, and anything that can be done outdoor, loving week ends camping! I will be selling my van soon to buy an empty one (and a little bit bigger) to build it up my self and be able to go camping even when it's raining! OK, I think I wrote too much, i don't want to annoy you 😂 I'll be happy to meet you and decide if would be worth to give it a shot and try to live together! I'll be in Hobart this week end/Monday! And I can move in straight away! If you want to stalk me a bit, this is my instagram: Riccardopicturesof My email: timellins@libero.it Hope to hear from you, Riccardo

$310/week44 year old female

Home needed soon for amazing Dog and her (YHWH) loving Human!! Must be a safe place for children, dogs and women. Can put my caravan in your garden or rent a building/part of a building. Would prefer self-contained (but most smoke free homes considered). ME (HUMAN): extremely honest; fairly quiet; responsible; non-judgemental; respectful; Spiritual; usually positive; (mostly) vegan {I sometimes eat fish and very rarely other meat but often eat happily-raised chicken's eggs - no cage eggs, at all, anywhere, for any reason (except in the unlikely situation where there were absolutely nothing else to eat and I were extremely malnourished). I don't use dairy.} soon to be working voluntarily TAFE student. I have a guaranteed income and a God-given ability to get along with people of all ages, sexual preferences, abilities, nationalities, religions, views etc (but much prefer conversation with honest people). I try to buy locally made and recycle soft plastics and anything else I can recycle. I also like to reuse if possible. I love dance; learning (esp. languages); clay work; flower arranging; music with positive lyrics and/or vibes; pets; nature; children; and helping if able to - even if only in a small way (it makes me feel good). I like a clean kitchen, toilet + bathroom. COMPANION DOG is a 20 month old staffy who's: quiet; extremely friendly; sensitive; clean; affectionate; obedient (most of the time!); good with almost every human (even those scared of dogs); good with cats, ducks, chooks and almost all other animals (except small flying insects); and doesn't damage things or dig (except at beach sometimes!). I am currently in the process of trying to get her officially registered as a companion animal. I have had her since she was 5w old (in Oct 2019). Don't need fully-fenced yard as when outdoors she can be put on her chain (if need be) when not being walked. I co-own a home in the northeast but I experience family violence there and I need to be near the city for family and medical reasons and to attend a great church and ballet lessons. We are currently sleeping in my vehicle whilst trying to find accommodation in the Hobart greater area.

$220/week24 year old female

Hello future house mate! My name is Ashleigh Bevan, I’m a 24 year old woman perusing through life about to start my masters in teaching to become a high school art teacher at UTAS. I’ve finished my bachelor of visual arts which was 3 years at the University of South Australia and I just finished my second bachelor degree in English literature and history/global politics. In 2016 unisa sent me to Venice for a couple of months to study painting, which was a once in a lifetime experience. I’ve backpacked Japan a couple of times and stayed with amazing families. I’ve made lifelong friends there and have had some of them come visit me here in Australia. I love animals , so if the future place I’m staying at has any cats or dogs of any kind I'm absolutely all for it. I love house plants, I have a lot of them. Like a lot. I’m not entirely unconvinced there isn’t anything a house plant can’t solve. I’m a piano player, mostly classical and movie soundtracks. I’ve worked in 2 art shops over the last 8 years. When I was in high school I worked at art riot art and craft and since the age of 18 I’ve been working in another art shop in the city. I paint a lot, mostly oils and watercolours, and I often do commissions. If you want to check out my socials. I’m looking for an oldy worldy kind of house. Quaint and cute, ideally not too far from the University at Sandy bay. My limit is $220 a week, but ideally just under $200 would be perfect. If I sound like a worthy candidate for your house please don’t hesitate to contact me.
