Hi, I'm Chris! 👋

I'm a 27 year old female student currently studying my 4th year of Psychology. Last leg before more fulltime work!

I work two jobs part-time and like to maintain a schedule where I can. It's day work so I won't be coming in at late hours and I'm a bit of a grandma in liking my sleep so ideally I'd be situated at the back of the house where possible and closest to the garden/outdoor area!

My budget is pretty low at the moment as I am studying long hours and it’s basing my budget off guaranteed income and hours with buffer for other financial costs, eg. Vehicle, bills, personal expenses, ect.

I’m looking to move closer to uni and work to cut down on fuel and travel time. Ideally a quiet, clean household and if you have pets an absolute BONUS. For me fur is part of the furniture but I like to be tidy and clean up behind myself so the next person has an easy space to do their things in. I've grown up with animals and absolutely adore them. While currently I don't have the means to have my own I would be ecstatic to live with pets of any furry kind. But as the owner I will always respect your boundaries of how you raise your fur baby!

I enjoy creative projects, music and spend a lot of time reading for study and leisure. Always keen for a swim or chill out with some board games. Happy for end of day chats or giving each other space to mind our own. Home is definitely a recharge space for me so not looking for a place that has heaps of traffic. I am fairly social but I tend to go out to see people and more of a daytime coffee gal. Communication is always key to establish an ideal homely living space so I'm always open to working around my crew to keep our space happy! I understand everyone has their own priorities and ticks and having a good home base is important so I always work as a team in that.
