$210/week43 year old male

Hi :) I am working FIFO and am trying to relocate to Perth but am currently in a frustrating situation :) I have a house in Qld but with the borders closed I've been on my site for 9 weeks and should be getting some time off to be in Perth for a few weeks in June to hopefully find a place and try to start getting settled in over here :) I do have an awesome and lovely little dog, who is being taken care of by her "grandparents" back in Townsville that would eventually end up over here with me. I enjoy going out to have a meal somewhere, whether it is a hole in the wall, completely delicious unhealthy meal or to going someplace fancy...though Townsville's level of "Fancy" I suspect would be a lot different then Perth's level :) I do cook at home as well and can make some amazing bagels and cinnabons :) I'm pretty easy going, have lots of stories from my travels around the world and like to keep things tidy, not museum level, but clean, in the tropics the ant's and roaches would take over in a heartbeat if things weren't kept clean :) I like to go mtn biking, scuba diving and outdoorsy things as well as having a couple beers or a nice wiskey with friends...Again, just relocating to Perth so don't have a friend base yet :) I was born up in Darwin, but grew up living between Los Angeles and Darwin, as well as spending 12 years in the US army(stationed in Germany for 5 years and a few other places) and being a firefighter/ambo for a few years before returning back to Australia to become a geologist...with a funny accent :)

$200/week22 year old female

Hello Everyone, My name is Amanii I’m 22 and I’m looking forward to finding immediate accommodation within any of these suburbs (bonus if it’s nearer to Fremantle) as working under an apprenticeship (Hair & Beauty) depends on it. I’d be happy to pay up to: $150p/w for a shared home. $250p/w for something more private. IMPORTANT INFORMATION ℹ️ • It must be a clean comfortable environment, I won’t live in a messy house. • I’d prefer it if bills were included and utilities accessible. • I don’t mind share accommodation as long as other tenants are respectful of each other and understand that when I’m not working I like to try and make time for my own circle; as it is, I care about my family and friends a lot and since I work hard all week I’m going to make every spare opportunity between studying for them count - I add this because previously I had a landlord who was under the impression that we would be like BFFs and more ( I don’t mix landlords with my personal life ) only my home life and respectfully I also think landlords need their own private life as well. So no clingy landlords please. • I don’t do drama, I won’t bring drama into my own space, so if you live in an area with a lot of that going on, straight up, I will pass. • I don’t smoke (nothing against it), and sometimes on occasion I like to share a drink over a BBQ or other chilled out reasons (birthday, NYE.. ect) • I’m pretty cultured so there’s no issues with people from all backgrounds, and also animal friendly. • Perks of having me around, I’ll offer tenants free haircuts, and always pay my bills. - I understand the concerns about COVID-19 and how it affects you. I will provide any clearance of documents that prove I’m safe if you need. I also can get a police check clearance if you wish. Feel free to ask any questions. Kind regards, Amanii.

$250/week28 year old female

I’m looking for a somewhere to live that I can commit to for six months or longer, ideally something long term. I love renting with people and sharing tea or meals together but also enjoy having my own space. In my spare time, I like going to the beach, visiting friends, cooking and going to meditation and yoga classes. I like spending time at home and past roommates have said that I’m very quiet and easy to live with. I love nature so I’m looking for something with a garden or near a park. I’m also interested in joining an existing sharehouse or teaming up with other people. My budget is up to $250 per week in rent excluding bills. As I don’t have a car, something close to public transport is ideal. In terms of location Fremantle and surrounding suburbs would be amazing but I’m also interested in Applecross or Como as I work nearby. I will also consider other locations if you have something available outside of these areas. I’m looking to share with mature, communicative, easygoing and respectful roommates. Strictly no drugs, or smokers, and I don’t mind a drink or too but party houses will not be suitable. If you know of anything that sounds like it could be a good fit, please let me know. I’m looking for something that fits the above criteria but I’m somewhat flexible and I will consider places on a case by case basis. I’m usually available on weekends for viewings but also some evenings later in the week. I’m available to move ASAP so please don’t hesitate to contact me via pm if you’re aware of something that’s available. Thanks.

$280/week42 year old female

Hi, I’m 42 female - friendly, easy going, clean and tidy. Looking for a space I can call home. I’m into clean healthy living and nature. I enjoy meditation, walking, beach, learning new things, gardening, yoga/qi gong, getting out in nature. Love to learn stand up paddleboarding and other things. Pref areas: south Freo, Beaconsfield, white gum valley, Freo, palmyra, Hilton, Bicton, east Freo, attadale, Melville etc (love the Freo doctor air!) I also own my own home and have rented out rooms so I know this process and what it’s like on the other end! My house is north of river but I want to live south closer to friends and it’s more “me” (alternate, enviro conscious, healthy etc) I have my own beauty business but I only work a few hours a few days a week. I would ideally like a place where I could have a second room to see a few clients a week. If this is not possible, then I will rent a space for work elsewhere but as I’m only working a few hours a week, I’d prefer not to. I will also need adequate storage space as I have my own things. I am financially stable and am out most days. Non smoker, rarely drink. I’m not after a party house. I have chronic fatigue and some sensitivities (can’t be in house with mould or lots of chemicals) so I’m just looking for a place I can feel comfortable, look after myself and enjoy a new environment. I’m told I’m great to live with, I enjoy cooking and super clean and can socialise when suits. I’m generally pretty easy going but also like my own space (and respect others). I would prefer - ideally 2 rooms (one for my beauty work/study) with ample storage - more modern facilities (tend to be better for mould!) - open to either male or female (or a couple). No more than 3 people in house - Own bathroom and air conditioning (but not essential) - Private space, studio or granny flat also ideal (as long as there’s storage) - Genuine easy going nice flatmate/s Look forward to hearing from you!
