Hi, I’m Gaven.

I’m a finance broker starting with a new firm locally, working full-time Monday to Friday, so I keep a structured and consistent routine.

Originally from the UK but now an Aussie Citizen, I’ve recently moved back to the Gold Coast after 9 months living and working in Perth.

I’m clean, calm, and easy to live with, and I’m looking for a well-run, relaxed home for the next 6–12 months.

I value a peaceful environment, clear communication, and people who respect shared spaces.

I’m social and friendly, but also enjoy my own space and a steady routine during the week.

Outside of work, I’m usually at the gym, down at the beach, or out for some Latin dancing.

Looking for a place where I have my own bathroom, and ideally sharing with one other person.
