Respectful of shared spaces, tidy, and easy to live with. I enjoy the occasional friendly chat, and value a peaceful, predictable home environment.

Ideally looking to share with one other adult, in a quiet, well-kept place. Having my own bathroom is strongly preferred.

I’m seeking a space that supports focus, rest and low-drama living.

Timing: ready to move Jan 2–5. Ideally 5–6 months (I’ll be travelling from May/June 2026), so flexible arrangements suit me well.
