Hi There!

I’m a 28yo single female. No pets, non smoker. I’m a social worker with WA Health based around Murdoch and looking for a place nearby. Currently in Kardinya but looking for a new flatshare due to current housemate (owner) is selling the property. Looking to move from September.

I’m house proud and enjoy a clean, tidy space. Having a home that’s a peaceful and pleasant space to retreat to is important to me. I’m friendly love a chat and enjoy connecting with my housemates but appreciate respecting each others space. I spend most of my free time at Pilates, gym, reading, coffee dates or beach days with friends or occasional social drink or visiting friends down south or family back home on the east coast.

Ideally looking for my own room & bathroom but open to a shared bathroom for the right place. I have a bedroom worth of furniture so seeking an unfurnished room.
