$200/week•24 year old female
I’m 24 years old and currently working in pharmacy full time whilst studying. Most weekends you’ll find me at the beach or spending time with my pup and catching up with friends. I’m looking for a housemate that I can also call a friend and share a few wines with or the occasional night out! In saying that though I do appreciate my alone time and can respect yours too. I’m clean, respectful and friendly. Floki, is my 10 month old (trained) Staffy whom will be living with me. He is a big softie and adores affection. If you have a dog too even better because he loves other animals!

I'm a reliable and easy going person. I'm a Laboratory Technician and I work in Bibra Lake. I have to drive to work, as the public transport in the area is next to non-existent, so some kind of parking spot is needed. Street parking is OK as long as it's not too much hassle if you're in a busy area. As I commute back and forth between Perth and the South West I can only really view potential places for a limited time during some week nights or on the occasional weekend. I am interested in something on the cheaper end of the scale as I am more often than not away from Perth on the weekend, and will often only be home a couple of week nights depending on my schedule. I'm an avid film fan and very interested in music, going to gigs when I can. I'm also a drummer and percussionist, but don't worry I won't be blazing away on the drums at home. If you play an instrument though I'm happy to have a tap on the bongos with you. I'm not after a small room with a queen size bed that can't be moved. A king single bed or a wardrobe already in the room that had to stay would be OK. Regards Dave

Hi, I'm Drew 👋 I'm a 25 year old recently single male looking for a comfortable abode to settle. Hard working corporate professional based in Nedlands. Standard Monday to Friday gig, usually 9am to 5pm but regularly work long hours. I like to be social and have a good time but also really value quiet time and enjoy my own space often so respecting each other's privacy would be essential. Ideally looking for a place with 1 other housemate who is as clean and tidy as I am. I have been described as anal but I prefer to think that I take pride in my surroundings. There's plenty more I could ramble on about but if you think we might be a good match, then feel free to hit me up ✌️

Clean, tidy individual who is FIFO and away for 2 weeks at a time. Home for the same away time. Active, enjoys cooking a meal and sharing, along with having a few glasses of wine or a few beers. Like to dive, hike, sail, fish, travel, spear, go camping, off road and kayak. Avid reader when I have time. Like getting out and about to check new places out in Perth. Looking for like minded people to share with. I also like my own space too. Clean and tidy. No drug users. Require a room with door lock due to being away and also doesn't mind if I have my lady friend around when I'm home. I'll likely be out more than in when home.

Hello! I’m looking to find a place to nest into that is secure for my dog and a sanctuary for me. We have moved around A LOT! We are both very ready for some routine to settle into and unpack the car we have been living and travelling in. I enjoy homely things like cooking and cleaning and can also mow lawns. Outdoor space is important as I often prefer be outside than in. I am considerate and happy to be social but also respectful of others personal space and quite times. I’m a yoga facilitator and would dearly love a room large enough that I can also do my practise in.

Former programmer and Murdoch Molecular Biology grad looking for work (or possibly post-grad study) so you need to be ok with someone unemployed (though financially responsible) and at home a lot, at least until I get more work (can be a bonus if you want your place/pet/garden constantly looked after!). I also come with an old, female, house-trained cat who mostly just sleeps on my bed and hides from strangers - you seriously won't know she's even there, most of the time, so to the "no pets" people - please consider. Fantastic rent history (never missed a payment in my life and often left places better than I found them), clean and tidy, bit of an academic/nerd, don't smoke, drink or do drugs and not looking for a "party house". Enjoy powerlifting at Onyxfit, bird/nature photography, an extremely eclectic range of music, board-gaming and learning new things. When not at the gym or on a nature walk, I'm glued to my PC or reading. Non-religious and mostly left-wing politics. Not a vegan, but sympathetic to it (have cut down meat to chicken and fish). Green friendly, enviro/energy conscious. Honest, empathetic, try to maintain open communication for sorting out any potential issues/conflicts, do my fair share of chores. Good at DIY and fixing things, have a bunch of tools and can often help with maintenance/repairs and trouble-shooting of tech/electronics, mechanical things, etc. Enjoy the occasional discussion or shared dinner, but don't need to be best friends with a housemate, as I value my own space and privacy. At the minimum just require the mutual respect/consideration that makes living with someone else tolerable, and anything above that is a nice bonus :) Drop me a line if you think I'd make a good tenant or you're looking for someone to share with in my preferred areas, or even outside of them if you think we'd make particularly good housemates. Cheers.
