My name is Denise. I’m 47, bit of a hermit. Im the happy mama of my fur child whom turned 10 years in May. I’m hoping to find someone to sign a lease with, (12 months) SOR - Melville, Willagee, Freo, Hilton etc etc and so if it all works well on paper, we could meet for coffee or some such. I think having a police cert is something we could both agree on. Especially as I am hoping we would pool our bills, bond rent etc.
Errr about me, I’m building in Melville atm, so I’m currently the proud owner of a chunk of sand, and I don’t see that changing in the foreseeable future as builders everywhere have got contracts for years (sigh).
Ever since COVID it’s made life extremely easy to just hang at home. I am a little quirky and have mastered resting biatch face extremely well, so please remember my dry sense of humour is just that, humour.
I was on the mines for about 20 years off and on, so I’m quite self aware and try to treat peeps how I like to be treated.

Could you tell me a little bit more about yourself and what you are looking for so we can see if we are wanting at least the same preferences on paper. Some examples, your spend limit for rent and if that’s inclusive of expenses. Job, children, partner (if they’re planning to spend a lot of time with you at the rental), pets, lifestyle etc etc?
I have a cleaner come once a week and a gardener every monthish depending on the garden. You don’t have to contribute to this, I shall be responsible for them. Which I’m hoping that this will give me a teeny advantage for the master bedroom.
