I'm a full-time office worker with a permanent position. I am fairly quiet and usually keep to myself but I'm happy to be around more lively crowds. I'm good with electronics, computers and tech in general. Cool with any types.

I'm looking for a large lockable space (granny flat, large room or 2 smaller rooms) since I do WFH half the week and need to set up an office space with 2 desks. My budget is up to $400 per week (not including bills).

I have furniture, so it would be great if the room were unfurnished or anything is removable.
