Ideally, Vida and I are looking for a studio, granny flat, or small self-contained space on Bribie Island or surrounds, preferably with a bit of outdoor access, a quiet patch of green, or close to walking paths.

What I’m looking for:
*A quiet, private, self-contained space with room for a writing desk.
*Formal RTA Lease: Seeking a clear, standard RTA agreement only so everything is secure, transparent, and above board for both of us.
*Budget: Around $350–$390/week max.
* Long-term stability.

About me as a tenant:
*Quiet & Respectful: I’m super low-key. Headphones on for audiobooks, no alcohol, no smoking, no parties, and no noise,just a clean, calm, and respectful presence.
*Homeowner Mindset: Having owned homes for most of my adult life, I treat every property with deep care, gratitude, and respect.
*Green Thumb: I hold qualifications in horticulture, so I naturally love keeping surrounding garden spaces neat, lush, and cared for.
*Reliable: Rent is guaranteed, always paid on time, and solid personal and rental references are readily available.

Meet Vida 🐾:
Vida is my trained support dog. He is quiet, intelligent, extremely well-behaved, and usually right by my side. He loves his morning walks and is a peaceful, gentle companion to everyone he meets.
