I’m a clean, respectful, and easy-going professional looking for a like-minded person to share a calm, well-kept home with on a long-term basis (ideally 6–12 months or more).
I run my own electrical business (Earthed High Voltage Pty Ltd), which means I work away at times, but when I’m home I value a peaceful space to reset. Outside of work, I’m into basketball, getting into nature, and keeping life balanced without unnecessary chaos. I’m very house-proud and appreciate a shared space that feels relaxed, tidy, and mutually respected.
I’ll be living with my 8-year-old Border Collie x Retriever, Koda. She’s exceptionally well-behaved, affectionate, and low-maintenance — everyone's favourite dog. Short bursts of energy, lots of love, and zero drama. She’s great with people and other dogs.
I’m flexible on location and more focused on finding the right fit — a place that feels like a retreat rather than just a house. Open to discussing creative arrangements if it suits both parties, including potential dog-sitting considerations when I’m working away.
