Mulan

Looking for a private room around Sydney.

Hello my name is Mulan. I'm a 44 year old single Australian woman, currently working part time in Finance and have been traveling in Southeast Asia and Europe for the past 18 months. I am heading back to Australia shortly.

As a flatmate I am quiet, clean, tidy and always pay bills and rent on time. I am looking for more work around the Sydney and need a private room.

In my spare time I love hiking in nature, yoga, meditation and playing with other peoples dogs in the parks.

I have had lots of house sharing experience and enjoy living with others.

A little bit about me as a flat mate:

- I am vegetarian 

- I don’t drink, take drugs or smoke

- I don’t party

- I don’t have any pets

- I always pay rent and all bills well in advance and never late

- I like to be quiet at home but happy to also chat and hang out
