Mulan and Fengqin

Looking for a private entire place in Newcastle for Mum and me for a minimum of 3 months.

Hello, my name is Mulan. I am a 45-year-old Australian woman currently working in Finance. My mum, Fengqin, is 70 years old and retired.

We are both very quiet, clean, tidy, respectful, and always pay rent and bills on time.

In my spare time, I enjoy hiking in nature, yoga, and meditation. We both value a peaceful, clean, and comfortable home environment.

A little bit about us as tenants:

• We don’t drink, smoke, or take drugs
• We don’t party or enjoy loud music
• We don’t have any pets
• We always pay rent and bills on time, often well in advance
• We are very clean and tidy
• We are respectful, trustworthy, and mindful of other people’s privacy

Move-in date: 22 May but flexible
