Friendly and good humoured Male, academic and teacher, house trained, straight and single. l enjoy the conviviality of a shared home but realise others have a right to privacy, too.

I like a clean and tidy home and happy to pitch in for all DIY and, of course, cleaning.

Granted my age, and while I'm still young and happy, I would feel more comfortable with 41+ age group, especially educated people, or autodidact if it suits, too.

I enjoy a permanent teaching position in Sydney (English/Italian/ history) and looking forward to finding a sharehouse in East Sydney, or thereabouts, in late April or early May.
